Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a user to finely and easily curl even the irregular hair or the like by providing the central part of sponge vertically long with a net, mounting a rubber band at this sponge and providing the other end with a rubber stopper. CONSTITUTION:The central part of the sponge 1 provided vertically long with the net 2 and the one end of the sponge 1 is provided with the rubber mounting part 5 at which the rubber band 3 is mounted. The other end side is provided with the rubber stopper 4. When using, a user put folds on the net 2 to facilitate holding the net with one hand. The user inserts the hand into the net 2, puts the air tips into the net 2, picks the hair tips together with the net 2 and successively winds the sponge 1. The user hooks the rubber band 3 at the rubber stopper 4 to fix the band after ending the winding.
