Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject chewing gum capable of preventing proliferation of bacteria by sufficiently removing a fermenting substance from a mouth and sufficiently cleaning the interior of the mouth and useful for preventing dental carries. CONSTITUTION:Proper seasoning or flavoring is applied to a gum base without mixing sugar or candy sugar fermented in a mouth with the gum base. Saliva can sufficiently be secreted and food left in the mouth after meal is washed with saliva and dental carries-preventing effect is given by chewing the gum. In the case of drinkable chewing gum, pollution due to the gum does not occur.

[Field of Industrial Application] [0001] The present invention ferments the food remaining in the mouth after eating a meal to cause dental caries, but in order to prevent it as much as possible, the fermented substance is saliva. It is to produce after-meal chewing gum, which is chewed for swallowing in.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] After eating, a small amount of various substances such as sugars, proteins and fats and oils remains in the mouth. It ferments in the mouth and calls bacteria to make a tooth decay. Especially when sugar remains in the mouth, it is said to be bad for the teeth, and sweets tend to be avoided. However, sugar is an important nutrient that the body absolutely needs,
It is necessary and necessary to be ingested especially for those who abuse the body and brain. Especially for growing children, they need to get enough sugar. It is bad for the body and the brain to avoid sugar as much as possible because it causes tooth decay. I should brush my teeth after meals, but it's not easy and I don't always have the facilities so I can't do much. Especially since infants and children eat their first intermediate meal, it is difficult to brush their teeth each time. Use the child's preference to do the equivalent of brushing teeth. Children like chewing gum. The act of chewing is fun, not to mention being drawn to the deliciousness of sweets. This is not limited to children. The same is true for adults. If you chew something, you will get a lot of saliva. Unless it produces sugar, the saliva will wash out sugar in the mouth for some time. A chewing gum that optimally performs such an action must be developed.

[Means for Solving the Problem] The present invention was devised there. The present invention is a method for producing after-meal chewing gum (post-meal gum) in which a substance that ferments when placed in the mouth is not mixed with a gum base.

[Action] By doing so, it is possible to produce a chewing gum that does not contain fermentable substances at all and is therefore not a confectionery that is bad for the teeth, only for the purpose of sufficiently secreting saliva. That is, after-meal chewing gum can be easily produced.

[Examples] In the present invention, since substances such as sugar and candy that are fermented in the mouth are not mixed at all, the resulting gum tends to be tasteless. I want to add something if possible. However, there is no suitable one. Well, it has only salt. I want to season it well.
And the only sweetener is artificial sweetener such as sacchari. Research that can be used well must be done. There is no choice but to use chemical seasonings for umami. Research must be repeated to see if it is suitable to use. Purified mint or the like can be used for flavor. You may add caffeine in some cases. And I don't know if it should be mixed with calcium as a caustic agent. Looking at it this way, after-meal chewing gum (post-meal gum)
Can be developed to withstand use.

[Advantages of the Invention]
When used each time after meals and snacks, meal chewing gum will remove fermentable substances from the mouth sufficiently to prevent bacterial growth, keep the mouth clean and improve the effect of preventing tooth decay. In particular, the sugar remaining in the mouth permeates the teeth and weakens the teeth, which is also sufficiently prevented. After-meal chewing gum, if its effects are well understood, will be widely used not only for children but also for adults. Sugar was not disliked only for dieting purposes, but it was also the cause of discomfort in the mouth after ingestion and dislike of bad teeth. Now, with this post-meal gum, adults and children can eat sweets like cakes, heads and ice creams anytime, anywhere. Therefore, the consumption of sugar will increase, and the sugar-producing countries will be enriched to some extent. Market competition in agricultural countries is fierce. Peace will be brought even a little. After all, this post-meal gum is likely to spread worldwide. Just as dentifrices are widespread in most of humanity, this after-meal chewing gum will be popular in most of the world's population. The world population now exceeds 5.3 billion. If one person consumes 30 yen a day, the annual supply and demand will reach a huge amount of 58,350 billion yen. A new culture with so much demand cannot be so rough. I hope that this new culture will blend into the lives of people around the world without any resistance, and that this post-meal gum will become a daily necessity like a toothpaste. The spread of this after-meal chewing gum would damage the beautification of the city as well as the smoking of cigarettes without the spread and improvement of public morals. In order to sell this post-meal gum, it is necessary to disseminate and thoroughly dispose of proper treatment methods for the used gum. If possible, I would like to develop a gum base that can be gradually swallowed, i.e., can be swallowed. Then there is no room for gum pollution.
