Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a wrapping bag having an engaging device which is excellent in heat-sealability at low temperature, flexibility, easiness in crushing or the like, unsealability and re-sealability, and which has good appearance by forming of random ternary copolymer of crystalline propylene, ethylene and butene-1. CONSTITUTION: An engaging device 1 is formed of random ternary copolymer of crystalline propylene, ethylene and butene-1. Copolymer having a melt index of 0.5 to 20g/10min. may be used as random ternary copolymer of crystalline propylene, ethylene and butene-1. This random ternary copolymer of crystalline propylene, ethylene and butene-1 is ternary random copolymer mainly comprising propylene, wherein typically an ethylene content is 1.0 to 9.0wt.% and a butene-1 content is O.5 to 9.0wt.%. The engaging device 1 is typically fabricated by means of extrusion molding. As a method for attaching the engaging device 1 to a bag, it is fused 2 to a bag body made of a laminated film comprising PET/CPP.

Examples 1 to 6 The articulation tools A to F obtained in Production Examples 1 to 6 were subjected to PET / CP.
P (biaxially oriented polyester / polypropylene, total thickness 5
3 μm) The film was heat-welded to the CPP side to obtain 7 types of packaging bags with an engaging device as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The heat-sealing temperature, heat-sealing strength, and Olsen rigidity of the obtained packaging bag with an engaging device were measured. The Olsen rigidity varies depending on the use, but is usually 3000 to
It is preferably about 7,000 kg / cm 2 . The results are shown in Table 1. The heat-sealing temperature was set to a temperature showing a strength of 300 g / 15 mm width and 1 kg / 15 mm width by a heat gradient tester. Regarding the heat-sealing strength, the heat-sealing strength of 2 mm or more in the width of 15 mm was evaluated as ◯, and the heat-sealing strength of less than 2 kg was evaluated as x. As shown in Table 1, these materials were easily welded and showed a strong welding force, and the openability and resealability of the occlusion tool were excellent, and the appearance was also good. In particular, it was excellent in low-temperature heat sealability, flexibility and crushability. The raw material resin was mixed with a necessary amount of slip agent. This is the same in Comparative Examples 1 to 3.
