ライバーの先きに繰り出す方法であって、ビス供給器に
おけるスリットと同様にビス頭の座面を係止して懸垂縦
列させることのできる軌条部と上方への抜けを阻止する
覆条部とをもつ条溝を有してビス供給器のシュートの代
替若しくは当該シュートへの接続が可能なカセットに所
定数のビスを縦列収納し、一方、自動ドライバー先端外
筒に組付けられる本体ユニットには先端チャック部に連
らなるビスガイドシュートとして前記カセットと同様に
ビスを上方への抜け防止のもと懸垂縦列させる条溝を重
力降下し得る傾斜姿勢に確保し、該カセットを該本体ユ
ニットに傾斜姿勢をもって着脱自在に組付け、締付け作
業サイクル毎にエスケープ機構を介してビスを1箇宛重
力に由って該ビスガイドシュートに繰り出させ、ドライ
バー先端の該チャック部にまで重力のみに由って摺動さ
せて自動供給するとしたことを特徴とするビス供給方
法。
