Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve absorbing speed of body fluids by utilizing a thick absorptive core forming a stool storing recessed part of a dispasable diaper. CONSTITUTION: In a disposable diaper 1 with a stool storing recessed part 10 under the crotch region 7, the recessed part 10 is formed with an upper layer core 15 with a through-hole with the same flat shape as that thereof and a lower layer core 16 which the core 15 is laminated on and covers the through-hole from the bottom and a hydrophilic non-woven fabric 17 placed between both cores 15 and 16 is exposed to the bottom of the recessed part 10.

In the known diaper described above, since the thickness of the core increases at least in the vicinity of the recess, the liquid absorbing capacity (liquid absorbing amount) of the core is correspondingly increased. However, on the other hand, there is a limit to the surface area of the core that can absorb body fluid, and since the liquid absorption rate does not improve as much as the increase in thickness, it does not reduce the time for which body fluid stays on the surface sheet. In a sense, there is a problem that the core material is wasted.

In view of the above, the present invention has an object to solve the above problems by forming a liquid-absorbent core in upper and lower two layers and interposing a hydrophilic non-woven fabric between the layers.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides means for solving the above problems as follows.

In the present invention, the liquid-absorbent core is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the liquid-impermeable back sheet, and the inseam is located in the front-rear direction between the front body and the back body and those body parts.
