Claims (5)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 円筒状の導電性ドラムと、 該ドラムの内径とほぼ同一径の外周面を有するフランジ
を備えて、前記ドラムの開口端に圧入される樹脂製のデ
ィスクと、 該ディスクの中心を貫通するシャフトと、 前記ディスクの内側表面に沿って半径方向に延び、前記
シャフトに弾発的に当接する第1当接部と、前記ドラム
の内周面に弾発的に当接する第2当接部とを備えて前記
シャフトと前記ドラムの間を電気的に接続する板バネと
を有し、 該板バネは、半径方向中間部で軸線方向内方側に90度
よりも大きく折り曲げられた、軸線方向に若干傾斜して
延びる傾斜部を有し、 更に、前記ディスクおよび前記板バネを貫通して固定さ
れ、前記板バネの傾斜部と干渉して該板バネの全長を拡
大するピン部材を有し、 前記板バネが添設された前記ディスクを、前記ドラムに
圧入した後に、前記ピン部材を前記ディスクおよび前記
板バネに貫通させて、該ピン部材により前記板バネの傾
斜部を強制的に起こして該板バネの全長を拡大すること
により、初めて前記第2当接部が前記ドラムの内周面と
弾発的に当接することを特徴とする電子写真感光体。
1. A resin-made disc having a cylindrical conductive drum and a flange having an outer peripheral surface having a diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the drum, the resin-made disc being press-fitted into the open end of the drum, and the center of the disc. After pressing the disc into the drum, the pin member is passed through the disc and the leaf spring, and the pin member forcibly raises the inclined portion of the leaf spring to enlarge the entire length of the leaf spring. Thus, the electrophotographic photosensitive member is characterized in that the second contact portion elastically contacts the inner peripheral surface of the drum for the first time.
