Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve frost damage resistance as well as to make the designability of a roof surface not damaged, in this roof whose surface is provided with an inorganic flat root tile. CONSTITUTION: Inorganic flat roof tiles 1 are installed on a ridge side A of a roof surface, and those of thin metal plate tiles 2, whose exposed surface has almost the same design with that of the inorganic flat roof tiles 1 are installed at an eaves side B of this roof surface. At this eaves side B of the roof surface, each side end of these symmetrical metal plate tiles 2 are flat- locked, namely, a lower end of the upper metal plate tile 2 is superposed on an upper end of the lower metal plate tile 2 and flat-locked, and thus these metal plate tiles 2 are installed.

By the way, generally, frost damage occurs particularly prominently on the roof near the eaves. That is, the water on which the snow accumulated on the roof is melted flows toward the eaves side along the slope of the roof and is repeatedly frozen and thawed near the eaves. Further, in recent years, the frost damage resistance of inorganic flat tiles has been improved by improving the material composition. Therefore, even if the roof is made of inorganic flat roof tiles,
By improving the frost damage resistance of the roof near the eaves, the frost damage resistance of the entire roof is significantly improved.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a roof in which the roof surface is roofed using an inorganic flat tile, and the frost damage resistance is improved and the design of the roof surface is impaired. It is intended to provide a roof that will not be damaged.

On the upper surface of the ridge side A of the roof substrate, an inorganic flat tile 1 is installed in a substantially zigzag-roof. This inorganic flat roof tile 1 is a molded product formed into a flat plate by using an inorganic material in which cement is a main component and an aggregate or a fiber component is mixed into the raw material, and as shown in FIG. The right and left side edges are straight lines that are orthogonal to each other when viewed from above, and the ridge-side upper edge is symmetrical with the bulging portion 11 protruding to the ridge side A on the left and right sides and the bulging portion 11 on the other side. It has a curved shape with a drop-in portion 12 drawn into the eaves side B. The upper half portion of the inorganic flat tile 1 is a superposed surface on which the inorganic flat tile 1 which is to be installed on the upper side overlaps, and the lower half is an exposed surface. The upper flat inorganic flat tile 1 overlaps and hides the recessed portion 12 of the flat inorganic tile 1, and the upper flat flat tiles 1, 1 are laterally butted on the bulging portion 11. The inorganic flat roof tile 1 is nailed to the roof substrate 5 through nail holes provided on the left and right in the overlapping plane.

On the upper surface of the eaves side B of the roof substrate, a metal plate tile 2
Like the inorganic flat roof tile 1, it is laid in a substantially zigzag thatched roof. The metal plate tile 2 is a molded product of a thin metal plate formed in a rectangular shape, and the design of the exposed surface is substantially the same as that of the exposed surface of the inorganic flat plate tile 1. As the metal plate used for the metal plate roof tile 2, a plate having excellent weather resistance such as a copper plate, a stainless plate, an iron plate or a steel plate plated with various platings may be used.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the metal plate roof tile 2 has a lower gob piece 24 formed by folding the edge of the metal plate upward at one of the left and right side ends, and the edge of the metal plate at the other end. Is folded downward to form an upper goby piece 23, and the metal plate roof tiles 2 and 2 that are installed on the left and right sides are the lower goby piece 24 and the upper goby piece 2 respectively.
3 and 3 are engaged with each other and spliced with a goby. Also, the metal plate tile 2
At the lower end of the metal plate, the edge of the metal plate is hung downward, and further bent toward the ridge to form a lower end goby engaging piece 21. The upper end of the metal plate tile 2 has the edge of the metal plate. An upper end goby engaging piece 22 is formed by folding back toward the top eaves, and the upper metal plate tile 2 is provided on the upper end of the lower metal plate tile 2.
The upper and lower metal plate roof tiles 2, 2 are spliced by the lower end portions of the metal plate roof tiles 2 and 2 being overlapped with each other from above and the lower end portion goby engaging piece 21 and the upper end portion goby engaging piece 22 being engaged with each other. At this time, a hanging portion of the lower end goby engaging piece 21 is formed between the upper and lower metal plate tiles 2 and 2 such that the metal plate tile 2 has a thickness.
It is intended to produce a step-like appearance formed by the lower end surface of the inorganic flat plate tile 1 that is installed on the ridge side A of the roof surface.
Therefore, the eaves side B formed by erection of the metal plate tile 2
The roof surface of not only the exposed surface of the metal plate tile 2 but also the whole appearance in which a plurality of metal plate tiles 2 are laid in a substantially zigzag shape are the building side A formed by laying the inorganic flat plate tiles 1 The design is almost the same as the appearance of.

Further, the eaves side B on which the metal plate tile 2 is installed
At the boundary portion on the ridge side A where the roof tile and the inorganic flat roof tile 1 are roofed, as shown in FIG. 6, an engaging piece 61 that overlaps and engages with the upper end engaging piece 22 of the metal plate roof tile 2 from above is provided at the lower end. The water return plate 6 provided is provided. The water repellent plate 6 is interposed between the inorganic flat roof tile 1 and the roof substrate 5 along the roof substrate 5 from the lower end to the upper end. Further, the inorganic flat roof tile 1 is laid on the water return plate 6 via the lower attachment plate 8. The water repellent plate 6 improves the waterproof property at the boundary between the metal plate tile 2 and the inorganic flat tile 1.

According to the roof of the present invention, the ridge side A of the roof surface
Since an inorganic flat tile 1 is laid on the roof side and a thin metal plate tile 2 is laid on the eaves side B of the roof surface, the roof side B of the roof surface
Has excellent frost resistance. Further, since the exposed surface of the metal plate tile 2 has substantially the same design as the exposed surface of the inorganic flat tile 1,
The exterior of the eaves side B of the roof has the same design as that of the ridge side A. Therefore, the roof is ridge side A and eaves side B of the roof surface.
