However, since the groove is formed slightly wider between the step plate and the groove, a gap is formed, and between the riser plate and the inner surface of the sasara girder. A gap is created due to the size of the riser plate being slightly smaller. Therefore, these gaps appear on the front side of the stairs, and there is a problem that a good appearance as a stair cannot be obtained.

In order to prevent these gaps, the thickness of the step plate and the width of the groove are made substantially the same, and the dimension in the longitudinal direction of the riser and the dimension between the inner side surfaces of the sasara girder are made substantially the same. However, in such a case, high processing accuracy is required for the sasara girder, step plate, and riser plate, which causes a problem in terms of production efficiency.

A stairway of the present invention comprises a pair of left and right sasara girders, a plurality of step plates horizontally installed with a vertical interval between these sasara girders, and between these step plates. And a plurality of riser plates vertically disposed on the inner surface of each strut girder, and a plurality of press-fitting grooves horizontally extending forward from the rear end face of these girder girders are formed. , Each sasara girder is provided with a step portion which is a boundary between a thick portion in the front part and a thin portion in the rear part and extends in the vertical direction, and these step parts are formed on the rear side from the tip of each press-fitting groove. The end of each step plate is press-fitted into each press-fitting groove, the front surface of each riser plate abuts each step, and the bottom surface of each step plate is provided with a continuous fitting groove along the longitudinal direction. The upper end of each riser plate is fitted in these fitting grooves, and the inner side surface of the front side of these fitting grooves is And it is located in front of the stepped portion.

In the present invention as described above, since the press-fitting groove for press-fitting the step plate is provided, there is no gap between the step plate and the groove as in the conventional case, and the fit-in plate is fitted. Since the front inner surface of the mounting groove is provided in front of the step portion which is the boundary between the front thick portion and the rear thin portion of the sasara girder, a riser plate is abutted against the step portion and erected. As a result, no groove is formed between the riser plate and the sasara girder. Therefore, there is no gap on the front side of the stairs,
The appearance of the stairs is good.

The width of the press-fitting groove is smaller than the thickness of the step plate so that the step plate can be press-fitted. Further, the lengthwise dimension of the riser plate can be brought into contact with the step portion of the sasara girder. Since it is sufficient to have such dimensions, when processing the press-fitting groove or when processing the riser plate, it is not necessary to have high processing accuracy as in the conventional case, and therefore the production of these constituent members becomes easy.

As shown in FIG. 2, each sasara girder 20 (only one of which is shown here) has inner side surfaces 21 facing each other.
Further, there are four steps of press-fitting grooves 23 horizontally extending forward from the rear end surface 22 of the sasara girder 20. These press-fitting grooves 23 have a start end portion 23A which is the start end of the press-fitting groove 23 on the side of the sassar girder 20, and a front end portion 23B on the front side. The groove width t of each press fit groove 23 is smaller than the plate thickness T of each step plate 30 shown in FIG. 1 (t <

According to this embodiment, the following effects can be obtained. That is, the press-fitting groove 23 is provided such that its groove width t is slightly smaller than the plate thickness T of the step plate 30.
Since the front end surface 30B of 0 is pressed against the front end portion 23B of the press-fitting groove 23, the sasara girder 20 and the step plate 30
There is no gap between and. Also, the fitting groove 30A
Since the inner side surface 30C in front of the stepped portion 20C is provided in front of the stepped portion 20C, the riser plate 40 is brought into contact with the stepped portion 20C and fixed to the step plate 30 immediately below, thereby the sasara girder 20.
There is no gap between the riser and the riser plate 40. That is, when the inner side surface 30C is provided on the rear side of the step portion 20C, the riser plate 40 is brought into contact with the inner side surface 30C before being brought into contact with the step portion 20C. A gap is formed between the plate 40 and the conventional problem cannot be solved. As described above, no gap is formed on the front side of the stairs 10, and a staircase having a good appearance can be formed.

The press-fitting groove 23 has a groove width t of the step plate 3
Since it is smaller than the plate thickness T of 0 and the step plate 30 can be press-fitted, and the riser plate 40 is only processed to have a length to be brought into contact with the step portion 20C of the sasara girder 20. It is possible to easily manufacture the sasara girder 20, the step plate 30, and the riser plate 40 without requiring high processing accuracy as in the conventional case.

Conventionally, the step plate was nailed or wedged to be fixed to the sasara girder, but in this embodiment, the step plate 3 is used.
You just need to press 0 into the press-fit groove 23 of the sasara girder 20,
In addition to the work of attaching the skirting board, nailing or wedge driving of the step plate 30 can be omitted, so that the assembling work of the stairs 10 can be performed more efficiently.

In the above embodiment, the riser plate 40 is used as the auxiliary member 4.
Although it was erected upright via 2 and was fixed to the step plate 30 and the sasara girder 20C by the nails 43 and 44, in the riser plate 40, the auxiliary member 42 is omitted and the step plate 3 is directly attached.
It may be vertically fixed to 0. In addition to nailing, the mounting method may be fixed by, for example, an adhesive material, or may be detachably mounted, and an appropriate mounting method may be used for the implementation.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the step plate is press-fitted into the press-fitting groove and the riser plate is disposed in contact with the step portion, the step plate and the sasara girder are disposed. In addition, there is no gap between the riser plate and the sasara girder, and it is possible to make a staircase with a good appearance, and the press-fit groove can be made smaller than the thickness of the step plate so that the step plate can be press-fitted. Since it is sufficient to provide the riser plate so that it can be brought into contact with the stepped portion of the sasara girder, high machining accuracy is not required when machining those sasara girder, step plate and riser plate. There is an effect that it is possible to easily produce the constituent members of the stairs.
