Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the power consumption and water and remove foreign elements efficiently and effectively by detecting the changes of the water-level difference of the upstream and downstream of a dust collector in a water channel and selectively using the operation control of an endless screen and a nozzle for removing remnants in the dust collector and a rotary brush. CONSTITUTION: Water level recorders 10 are fitted on the upstream side and downstream side of a dust collector 2. When detected water level difference reaches the operation water level of a specific low water level, the change of the water-level difference is detected by the water level recorders 10 while regarding as a rise to a specific operation water-level value, and an endless screen 7 is operated at a specific rotational speed while injecting wash water towards the screen from a second nozzle 11 mounted at a final place. Consequently, remnants flowing into a water channel are captured by the screen, and scraped up successively. The remnants are peeled and removed by the pressure of wash water injected from the second nozzle 11 and the rotation of the rotary brush 13 at that time, and discharged by a collecting discharging device 9. Injection and revolution are stopped. Accordingly, the remnants can be filtered and removed effectively and efficiently while reducing the power consumption and water.

2. Description of the Related Art Rainwater that falls in urban areas and domestic wastewater is
After being collected at a sewage treatment plant through an underdrain / sewer, where dust and the like contained in the sewage is removed, this sewage can be treated either directly or by pumping it up to a treatment tank in the next process, or treating it with rainwater. Then, it is released to the river next. A bar screen or the like is generally used to remove fine dust in the sewage. However, with this bar screen, the effective passage area of the screen will decrease if the screen width is reduced,
Generally, when a large amount of waste water is treated by flowing it, such as when it is raining, the loss is large, and film-like and string-like dust is more likely to come off than the screen mesh, making it difficult to remove it reliably. In addition, in order to improve the drawbacks of this bar screen, an endless screen in which a unit such as a net is placed between two endless chains located on both sides of the bar screen is installed adjacent to the end of the screen in parallel with the water channel and below the water surface of the water channel. The endless screen is rotatably driven so as to be submerged, and the contaminants captured by the screen are separated and removed by spraying washing water and a rotating brush.

However, the dust removal capacity of the screen moving type dust remover that rotates the endless screen is proportional to the rotational drive speed of the filter body. However, there is a limit to the high rotational drive speed of the filter due to its structure. Therefore, the speed is set as the maximum designed waste concentration based on the maximum value of the amount of waste that flows out to the treatment plant, and it is set to operate continuously or even for a predetermined time when a certain water level is reached.
However, the amount of garbage that flows into the treatment plant is usually very small, and it often comes in suddenly, such as during rainfall. Therefore, if the timer is operated intermittently or continuously on a regular basis as in the conventional case, energy is wasted by operating the filter body even if there is no inflowing dust, and it is always jetted from the nozzle for removing scraped residue. There is a drawback that the amount of washing water used is large.

Operation: A screen unit using a filter medium is formed between two endless chains so as to be adjacent to each other, and an endless screen is stretched in parallel with the water channel so as to be submerged below the water surface of the water channel to remove dust in the water channel. The water level difference between the upstream and downstream of the machine is driven to rotate the endless screen by detecting the predetermined water level difference value. For scraping, and further for removing the residue (contaminant) provided on the dust remover while spraying the cleaning water from the second nozzle provided at the final scraping position of the screen so that the cleaning water is sprayed toward the screen. After the rotary brush is also rotated to remove and remove the fixed brush, the nozzle is stopped and the rotational drive of the endless screen is stopped after a predetermined time. However, even if the dust is removed in this way, the amount of residue is large and if the residue is not completely removed, the eyes of the screen will gradually become clogged and the water level difference in the water channel will further expand. When this rise in water level difference is detected, cleaning water is sprayed from the first nozzle next to the second nozzle, and the rotary brush is also rotated to scrape and remove residue, and after a certain period of time, the brush and nozzle, The endless screen is also stopped.
In this way, the amount of inflow is detected by detecting the water level difference, and the operation can be performed in accordance with the detection, so that water can be saved and the inflow can be removed efficiently.

The screen-moving type dust remover thus constructed is operated as follows. The dust remover is normally stopped when the water level difference between the upper and lower drainage basins of the dust remover is equal to or lower than a predetermined low water level, which is an operating water level. Then, when the water flows into the water channel and the residue is captured by the screen and the screen is clogged and the water level on the upstream side of the dust remover rises, the water level meter installed on the upstream side and downstream side of the dust remover At 10, the water level difference is detected. To detect this difference in water level, is it possible to measure the water level change in a waterway with a single water gauge?
Alternatively, the water level difference on both the upstream side and the downstream side of the dust remover is used for detection.

According to the operating method of the screen moving type dust remover of the present invention, the change in the water level difference between the upstream and downstream of the dust remover in the water channel that changes following the change in the amount of residue contained in the inflowing wastewater is detected. The operation control of the endless screen, the nozzle for removing residue in the dust remover, and the rotating brush are selectively used to squeeze up while efficiently conserving power to save residue, so that residue is efficiently filtered and removed. It is possible to effectively and efficiently filter out the residue. In addition, if the water level difference value further increases due to the operation of the dust remover, the endless screen is rotated while jetting the washing water from the first nozzle and the second nozzle provided so as to jet the washing water toward the screen. Remove the residue captured by the screen, and detect the maximum water level when the water level rises. Rotate the first and second nozzles and the separation brush to scrape and remove the residue. Therefore, there is an advantage that the dust removal corresponding to the change of the inflow water amount can be efficiently and surely performed.
