Abstract

PURPOSE: To meet composite insulators with various sizes, which are light and inexpensive, by folding one-sided cardboard so as to form a polygonal columnar shape so that the liners are positioned at the external face along the ruled lines formed so as to cross at right angles against the stage heaves or stepped cores. CONSTITUTION: A roll of one-sided cardboard 7 impregnated with a resin and hardened is provided with stepped cores 9 stuck on the one-sided cardboard at the one-sided face of liners 8. In this way, a plurality of stage peaks 10 are stretched parallelly to the axial line of the roll. A plurality of ruled lines 11 parallel to the one-sided cardboard 7 are formed in the crossing direction at right angles against the stage peaks 10 and further, at such a distance that the external edge of the umbrella formed at the periphery of the core member of the composite insulators inscribes on the internal side wall of the polygonal column, when the cardboard 7 is folded to shape a polygonal column along the ruled lines 11. The composite insulators are placed on the stepped cores 9 so as to cross at right angles against the stage peaks 10. The cardboard 7 is folded so as to get in contact with the core 9 at the umbrella of insulators to pack the insulators.

Conventionally, when shipping a composite insulator from an insulator manufacturer, in order to prevent the composite insulator from bending and prevent the surface from being scratched, it is packed in a wooden box like a normal porcelain insulator. It was However, there is a problem that the wooden box is high in material cost and heavy in itself, and a different wooden box must be prepared for each size of the composite insulator. For this reason, as shown in FIG.
A packing method is also adopted in which the product is stored inside and fixed with a cap 6. However, even in this case, there still remains a problem that different paper cylinders and caps must be prepared for each size of the composite insulator, and further, as shown in FIG. 7, it is necessary to insert the composite insulator from one end of the paper cylinder 5. Therefore, there is a problem that a large work space is required.

According to the packaging container for a composite insulator of the present invention,
When the corrugated cardboard is bent in a polygonal column shape along a single-faced corrugated cardboard that is orthogonal to the stepped core corrugations, the outer edge of the cap portion formed around the core material of the composite insulator is inside the polygonal column inner wall. By forming a ruled line that is in contact with or located near the inner side of the inner side wall in the radial direction, and fold the single-sided corrugated board along this ruled line to package the composite insulator,
It is possible to obtain a lightweight and inexpensive packaging container that can be applied to composite insulators of various sizes.

A method for packing a composite insulator according to the present invention comprises preparing a liner and a single-faced corrugated board consisting of a stepped core joined to one side of the liner, and arranging a plurality of ruled lines in parallel with each other and with a stepped core. When the corrugated cardboard is bent into a polygonal column along the ruled line substantially orthogonal to the mountain, the outer edge of the cap portion formed around the core member of the composite insulator is inscribed in the inner side wall of the polygonal column,
Or, form a ruled line near the inner side of the inner side wall in the radial direction, place a composite insulator on the inside surface of the packaging container for single-sided corrugated board, and place the single-sided corrugated board so that the liner is outside the packaging container. It is characterized in that it includes a step of bending into a polygonal column along a ruled line.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Preferable examples of the packaging container for the composite insulator are given below. In addition, these suitable examples can be arbitrarily combined as new suitable examples as long as no contradiction occurs. (1) Reinforce the packing container for composite insulators by impregnating them with resin. This increases the strength of the container. (2) Make the packing container for the composite insulator into a square column shape. Thus, after packaging the composite insulator, a plurality of containers can be easily stacked on each other, which is convenient for storing and shipping the packaged composite insulator. (3) The step of the stepped core is extended so as to be orthogonal to the axis of the insulator to be packed. This increases the strength of the container. (4) At least the outermost wall should overlap with the corresponding inner side wall. This also increases the strength of the container. (5) Secure at least the outermost wall to the corresponding inner part of the container. This makes it possible to improve the strength of the container and prevent the container from losing its shape.

The container of the present invention has a weight of 15 as described above.
The single-sided corrugated board used in the present invention preferably has a certain level of strength and rigidity, since it is used for packaging a very flexible composite insulator of -20 kg. Therefore, in this embodiment, the single-faced cardboard 7 impregnated with a resin and cured is used. Specifically, the one-sided corrugated board 7 is immersed in an organic solvent in which a polystyrene resin is dissolved for several hours, and then dried with hot air at a temperature of about 60 ° C. to be used.

When a plurality of ruled lines 11 substantially parallel to the single-faced cardboard 7 are bent in a direction orthogonal to the step mountain 10 and along the ruled lines into a polygonal columnar shape, a core member of the composite insulator is formed. The outer edge of the cap portion formed around is inscribed in the inner side wall of the polygonal column, or is formed at intervals such that it is located near the inner side of the inner side wall in the radial direction.

The ruled line may be formed in advance in the manufacturing process of the single-sided corrugated board according to the cap diameter of the composite insulator to be packed, or formed each time the corrugated board is cut into a size necessary for packing and used. You may. The number of ruled lines 11 is limited by the width of the single-sided corrugated board 7, but also depends on how many side walls overlap with the inner side walls when forming the container. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, five ruled lines 11 are formed.

According to the length of the composite insulator, as shown in FIG. 3, a single-sided corrugated board 7 ′ having a predetermined length is cut off (see FIG. 2).
See also). Since the single-faced corrugated board 7 is cut along a cutting line orthogonal to the roll direction, the length of cutting can be set arbitrarily. The cut single-faced cardboard 7'is spread on the floor so that the stepped core 9 is on the top, and the composite insulator is placed thereon so as to be orthogonal to the steps of the core. Then, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the single-faced cardboard 7'is bent along the ruled line,
Wrap the composite insulator so that its cap portion contacts the stepped core.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention has various effects as described below. (1) Material cost is low because single-sided corrugated board is used. (2) The container is lighter than a wooden box because it uses single-sided corrugated board. (3) Since the single-sided corrugated cardboard for forming each composite insulator packaging container is formed by simply cutting the creases according to the cap diameter and the total length of the composite insulator, it is compatible with various sizes of composite insulators. The formed container can be easily formed. (4) Since the composite insulator is supported on the soft core side of the single-sided corrugated board, there is no risk of damage to the composite insulator. (5) Deformation of the composite insulator is prevented by the action of the step ridge extending in the direction orthogonal to the ruled line. (6) It does not require a large working space like when inserting the composite insulator into the paper tube. (7) The packing container for composite insulators can be folded flat after use, which is convenient for returning to the insulator maker for reuse. (8) If reinforced single-faced corrugated board is used as the material of the container, it is possible to prevent the container from being deformed during the transportation of the insulator.
