It is known to form a frame-like ridge on a rubber sheet around a fiber sheet as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2003-242242. However, such mats have a frame-shaped convex strip around the fiber sheet, so that the drainage of the fibrous sheet portion is poor, and the convex strip portion may give a pedestrian a feeling of strangeness. Pedestrians may get stuck in the department.

マツトである。<Means for Solving the Problems> As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention provides a mat in which a fiber sheet 2 having naps 1 is integrated on the surface of a rubber sheet 3 having an area larger than that of the fiber sheet. This mat is characterized in that the napped fibers 1 ′ in the peripheral portion of the fiber sheet 2 fall outward and the fibers 1 ′ are embedded in the rubber sheet 3.

It may be vulcanized.

It is composed of an upper mold a having a pressing portion 6 for pressing and a flat lower mold b, and is suitable for manufacturing the mat of the present invention.

There is no peeling and no fraying of the fiber sheet and napped fiber, and the life of the mat is extended. Moreover, since there is no convex stripe around the fiber sheet, the mat itself can be thinly finished, which does not give a pedestrian a feeling of strangeness or causes an accident due to a tripping, etc. Easy to remove and no drainage, easy to clean.
