Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve touch, softness, and applying function by impregnating a cosmetic oil agent which is well compatible with cosmetics into through holes of a fine fluff raising surface layer created by tearing a fine foamed layer. CONSTITUTION: In producing a polyurethane wet foamed sheet, a fine foamed sheet is formed on a nonwoven fabric carrier using a wet coagulation method. A nonwoven surface is feced down, a NBR latex foam is poured on the fine foamed sheet, it is vulcanization-formed at a desired width and the nonwoven fabric is forcibly peeled off from its end, and the fine foamed layer is torn into two parts and a fine fluff raising is formed at the torn part. To improve the compatibility of a cosmetic oil agent with cosmetics, inorganic property-to- organic property ratio of a cosmetic oil agent should match with a specific HLB value of a cosmetic. A cosmetic oil agent is directly impregnated into a fine foaming layer, or a substance in which a cosmetic oil agent is impregnated into an ultra-fine particle dimethysilicone cross-linked elastic body is made into a slurry and it is impregnated into a fine foamed layer.

2. Description of the Related Art A flexible foam such as polyurethane or synthetic rubber is often used as a foundation cosmetic applicator, but the cosmetic applicator is used delicately for sensitive skin. The feel on the skin is of particular importance. When the applicator is processed for the purpose of improving the feel to the skin and improving the texture, it is often the case that these properties become inferior because it greatly affects the functionality such as the spread and amount of cosmetics applied during application. Improvements have been made as seen in the prior art introduced in, but have not yet reached the level of satisfaction. As a conventional technique for improving the feel and texture, a method of coating the surface of the foam body with a flexible synthetic resin layer
No. 57-29687), but the tingling sensation due to the sharply pointed part of the foam body disappeared, but it hardened and the frictional resistance increased, the texture was poor, and the feeling of bracing became strong and it became a flexible sponge puff. I couldn't say. Further, in the method of applying a flexible resin to the open-cell foam to seal the open-cell pores to a certain depth (Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-20896), the permeation of the cosmetic can be stopped by sealing the pores. However, the foam was significantly hardened by the impregnation of the flexible resin, and a soft sponge puff having a good texture could not be obtained.

In the method of incorporating a silicone oil having a property of poor compatibility with a foam (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-311909), a silicone oil having a poor compatibility with the foam is selected to eliminate the feeling of tightness. Although it can be used as a cosmetic, silicone-treated talc, silicone-treated mica, silicone-treated titanium dioxide, silicone-treated red iron oxide, silicone-treated iron oxide yellow, silicone-treated zinc oxide, carbinol-modified siloxane, squalane, liquid paraffin, etc. The emulsification type foundation mixed with the cosmetic ingredients and the specific silicone oil are not well compatible with each other and the adhesion of the cosmetic to the skin is poor. Further, instability of quality such as separation of cosmetics is unavoidable, which causes an unfavorable problem in quality of cosmetics.

On the other hand, as a means for improving the surface structure of the foam, the main body according to the previous invention of the present inventor is made of a flexible and breathable foam, and the coating surface is a liquid impermeable layer, and the liquid impermeable layer is used. Micropores provided only on the surface of the permeable layer (Japanese Patent Publication 4-
No. 62721), there is a method of tearing a fine foam layer to generate fine feather-like naps and using the outer surface having the feather-like naps as a cosmetic application surface (Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-15681).
Since the surface of the foam has a very soft feeling and has fine pores on the surface, it is ideal for low viscosity emulsion foundations and liquid foundations, but in the initial use, cosmetics penetrate into the continuous pores of the puff. As a result, the amount of the cosmetic material on the coated surface is extremely small, so that the frictional resistance at the time of coating is large, and as a result, the spread of the cosmetic material is poor and there is a problem that only thin coating is possible.

A soft sponge puff having a soft feeling and texture to the skin is a main body made of a flexible foam, and a fine foam having a continuous foam finer than the main body on the surface of the main body. The outer surface of the sponge puff to which the layers are adhered or the fine foam layer of the laminated sponge puff has a fine fluffy nap generated by tearing of the foam layer, and the texture of the sponge puff is excellent. Fine pores are optimal for low viscosity liquid foundations and emulsion foundations, but the cosmetic penetrates into the fine continuous pores of the puff during initial use, and the penetration increases due to the pressing force of the fingers during application. As a result, since the puff surface contains only a small amount of cosmetics, the puffs and cosmetics do not spread well, and a thin coating is unavoidable. Sponge puff to all the functionality of sufficiency had not yet obtained. In the present invention, it is possible to form a puff having a soft feeling brought about by the above structural improvement, and exhibiting excellent performance in terms of coating functionality, and it has no adverse effect on the quality of cosmetics. As a result, a sponge puff with good texture, soft feeling, and coating functionality, which was excellent in adhesion to cosmetics, was obtained.

The cosmetic applicator of the present invention improves the sponge puffs disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 4-62721 and 4-15681 according to the present invention. The continuous pores of the fine foam layer of a soft cosmetic applicator comprising a main body made of a flexible foam and a fine foam layer having fine continuous foam laminated on the surface of the main body, or The soft pores of the soft makeup tool with fine fluffy naps generated by tearing all over the outer surface are impregnated with a cosmetic oil agent that is compatible with cosmetics to impregnate the soft feel, texture and coating functionality. It is intended to provide a drastically improved makeup applicator. The soft sponge puff of the present invention does not impair the soft feeling at all, exhibits the effect of oozing the cosmetic onto the application surface, a so-called smoothing effect, and is well compatible with the cosmetic, affecting the quality of the cosmetic and the skin. There is no problem in terms of safety.

A general-purpose synthetic rubber latex or natural rubber latex can be used as a material for forming the foam body, and a synthetic resin capable of obtaining a flexible foam can be used in addition to the synthetic rubber latex, but it is required for a puff. NB in terms of skin feel, texture, sensation, flexibility, mass, economy, etc.
R (nitrile-butadiene rubber) latex is most suitable. Further, as the forming material of the fine foam layer laminated on the applicator main body, the same or different material as the above main body forming material can be used, but polyurethane is dissolved in a solvent such as dimethylformamide and mixed with a bubble controlling agent or the like. A so-called polyurethane wet coagulation method, in which a dope is applied and immersed in water, is preferably applied. Furthermore, in order to laminate the polyurethane wet foam layer on the foam body, a conventional compounding agent such as a vulcanizing agent, a vulcanization accelerator, a gelling agent is added to NBR latex on the fine foam layer sheet. What is foamed by a foaming machine may be directly cast and vulcanized and molded so as to have a thickness of 50 to 500 .mu., Or a wet vulcanized polyurethane sheet having the above-mentioned thickness may be added to a pre-vulcanized NBR foam. It can also be formed. At this time, it is preferable to provide an adhesive or a dense layer as a blocking layer for blocking the passage of the cosmetic oil agent between the applicator body and the fine foam layer.

In order to provide fine fluffed naps on the outer surface of the fine foam layer by tearing, the fine foam sheet is formed on a carrier such as a nonwoven fabric by a wet coagulation method when a wet foam sheet of polyurethane is prepared. Next, when the NBR latex foam is cast on the fine foam sheet with the non-woven fabric side facing down and vulcanized to a desired thickness, and then the non-woven fabric is forcibly peeled from the end, the fine foam layer becomes two. It is torn, and fine fluffy raised hair is formed on the tear surface.
