2. Description of the Related Art Recent buildings have various forms, and the roof has a circular shape shown in FIG. 1A, a conical shape shown in FIG. 1B, and a dome. Shape, polygon or polygonal pyramid shape shown in FIG. 1 (C), FIG. 1 (D)
Various shapes such as the bow shape shown in are adopted. The roof of the above-mentioned shape is mainly used for the roof of a large-scale and large-scale factory, a hall, a gymnasium, the clubhouse of a golf course, etc., but in the case of most roofs, the curved surface is partially The descending ridges a and / or the descending valleys b are formed by dividing them into planes, and the divided planar polyhedrons are made continuous to form a curved surface as a whole. When the base portion is a concrete skeleton, it is not necessary to partially divide the base portion to form a polyhedron because a curved surface can be formed on the concrete itself during construction. Therefore, when forming the base portion, a tapered surface or plate is formed as designed at the construction site so as to correspond to the polyhedron, and the surface or plate is continuous to form the polyhedron.

However, as described above, when a polyhedron is constructed by forming tapered surfaces or plates on the spot and making them continuous as described above, fine voids are generated at the connecting portions of the adjoining polyhedrons and rainwater is generated. May penetrate or wind may blow, and when forming a tapered surface or plate, if a straight plate is used, triangular parts will be generated on the left and right side edges, so the roof plate that constitutes the roof Since the shape and length of rafters are not constant, highly skilled roof construction technology is required. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, when a fan-shaped surface B is formed by using a plurality of strip-shaped parallel plate materials A, if the plate materials A are simply arranged, only rectangular surfaces can be formed.
Triangular plate materials A'must be arranged in parallel on both sides of the rectangular surface. In this case, if the plate material A is a roof plate or a drain plate, the rafters are located at the connection portions C of the plate material A, and the rising portions of the roof plate are located, but the connection portions C are linear. There are not many defects in construction. However, the side edge portions C ′ of the plate materials A ′ on the left and right side ends are the connecting portions C.
Since the length is different from that, if this fan-shaped surface B is continuous,
In the case where the above-mentioned drawbacks occur reliably and it is necessary to cut the upper edge of the plate material A located on the side edge in a slanted shape, a fine gap is formed unless it is carried out by a more skilled technique. Therefore, water may leak or wind and rain may blow. When the polyhedron is made small and continuous in order to make the curved surface of the roof smooth, the connecting portion of the polyhedron remarkably increases, so that the above-mentioned drawbacks may be remarkable.

In addition, a double-structured roof having an inner roof portion and an outer roof portion has been proposed in order to reliably prevent water leakage and to have high strength and to improve heat insulation and sound insulation effects.
When providing a curved surface to this double-structured roof, the roof material of the outer roof part can be tiles, tiles, roofing roofing boards, natural slate boards, etc. with a relatively small area, so the curved surface is configured. It's easy to do. However, since the drainage plate of the inner roof part is mainly intended for drainage function when water leaks from the outer roof part, it is necessary to prevent it from soaking into the ceiling even if water flows on the surface. Therefore, water must not penetrate. Therefore, there is a demand for a drainage plate on the inside of a double-structured roof, which ensures reliable rain operation, is easy to construct, and has a curved surface.

In the first embodiment of the present invention, the rising side portion 8 has a hollow frame shape, and the rising piece 10 that rises in an inclined shape from the side edge of the drainage portion 9 of the drainage plate 6 through which the water flows, and the rising piece 10 of the rising piece 10. An upper surface piece 11 that extends outward from the upper edge, and a folded piece 1 that extends downward from the tip of the upper surface piece 11 for a short time.
Each of the left and right rising side portions 8 has almost the same shape, and the dimensions are different by about the thickness of the plate, so that the adjacent rising side portions 8 of the drainage plates 6 are adhered when they are arranged side by side. It can be polymerized to. Therefore, when the drain plates 6 having the above-described structure are connected in parallel in the lateral direction so that the end portion having the shorter lateral width faces upward, as shown in FIG. 5, a taper having a narrow upper end and a wider lower end is formed. It is possible to configure the surface portion S of the shape. In FIG. 5, six drain plates 6 are horizontally connected in parallel to form one surface portion S.
The shape of the surface portion S can be freely set by freely selecting the width of the upper end and the width of the lower end of the drainage plate 6. Further, when the surface portion S is configured as described above, the drain plates 6 having the same standard size can be used, and the rafters that support the connection portions of the side edges of the adjacent drain plates 6 from inside are also long. Can be constant.

The drain plate 6 can be formed with the left and right rising side portions 8 by press-molding a long strip-shaped metal plate. However, the left and right rising sides 8
Since the drainage plate 6 has a tapered shape, it is difficult to integrally form the drainage plate 6 from one end portion to the other end portion of the drainage plate 6, so that the left and right rising side portions 8 may be individually press-formed. Besides the press molding, the rising side portion 8 of the drainage plate 6 can be molded using, for example, a cantilever roll molding machine. That is, in the roll forming machine, a pair of upper and lower rolls are arranged side by side, a metal plate material is sequentially passed between the pair of upper and lower rolls, gradually bent from the first stage roll, and formed into a desired shape by the final stage roll. Of. Therefore,
As shown in FIG. 7 (A), one side edge of the drainage plate 6 is roll-formed by a pair of upper and lower rolls R, R to form the rising side portion 8, and then, as shown in FIG. R
Thus, the other side edge of the drainage plate 6 is roll-formed to form the rising side portion 8. Thus, by separately forming the rising side portions 8 on the left and right edges, even the rising side portions 8 having a complicated shape can be formed extremely easily and efficiently.
