Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a low-cost method for simply resin-treating woody material in which resin is impregnated in a short time. CONSTITUTION:After woody material 10 is electrically impregnated with cationic resin 14 by adding the resin 14 to water in which the material 10 is dipped, anionic resin 16 is added into the water to again allow the material 10 to be electrically impregnated with the resin 16, and the process is alternately repeated once or twice or more.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the case of impregnating a wood material with a resin, an example of an impregnating apparatus to which a pressure reducing / pressurizing method is applied is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, a storage tank 70 for storing a resin liquid in which a cooling monomer and a polymerization initiator are mixed, and an injection container for supplying the resin liquid in the storage tank 70 and impregnating the wood material 71 with the resin liquid 72, a vacuum pump 74 connected to the injection container 72 via a pressure buffer tank 73, a waste liquid tank 75 for draining the resin liquid after the impregnation in the injection container 72 is finished, and a wood material 71 which is heated. An impregnation device 77 having a heating container 76 for curing the resin liquid impregnated in the above was used. When the wood material 71 is impregnated with resin using the impregnation device 77, first, the wood material 7
1 is put in the injection container 72, and the inside of the injection container 72 is decompressed as much as possible (about 1 to 20 mmHg) by the vacuum pump 74 to exhaust the air in the wood material 71. Fixed time (0.5 ~
After about 20 hours), the resin liquid is introduced from the storage tank 70 into the injection container 72 while maintaining the reduced pressure, and the wood material 71 is completely immersed in the resin liquid. Then, air or nitrogen gas is introduced to return the inside of the injection container 72 to the atmospheric pressure and immerse for a certain period of time.
In addition, pressurized air or pressurized nitrogen is used for a certain time (2 to 2
Press for 0 hours) (1 to 20 kg / cm 2 ) and then gradually decompress and return to atmospheric pressure. Once impregnated, wood 7
1 was sent to the heating container 76, nitrogen gas was sent to the heating container 76, and the wood material 71 was heated to cure the impregnated resin.

A resin treatment method for a wood material according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. First, as an example of a wood material, 200 pieces of oak veneer 10 thinly cut to a thickness of 1 mm are stacked with a spacer 11 interposed therebetween. Impregnation device 12 in which the 200 veneer plates 10 are filled with water
Immerse it in the container 13 so that the whole is soaked. In this case, when the projecting plate 10 is immersed in water, the projecting plate 10 is negatively charged. Then, 40% by weight of the cationic melamine resin 14 which is an example of the cationic resin is added to 100 parts of water, and the mixture is lightly mixed with a stirrer 15 so that the entire container 13 is spread. In this case, as shown in FIG. 2 (A), the negatively charged veneer 10 and the cationic melamine resin 14 are electrically attracted to each other, and the cationic melamine resin 14 is impregnated from the surface of the veneer 10 into the central portion. Then, the projecting plate 10 is positively charged. Hold this treatment for about 30 minutes, then
Then, 40% by weight of anionic melamine resin 16 which is an example of anionic resin is added to 100 parts of water, and the mixture is lightly mixed with a stirrer 15 so that the entire container 13 is spread. In this case, as shown in FIG. 2 (A), the positively charged veneer 10 and the anionic melamine resin 16 are electrically attracted to each other, and the anionic melamine resin 16 is impregnated from the surface of the veneer 10 into the central portion. Then, the projecting plate 10 is negatively charged. After this treatment is maintained for about 30 minutes, the impregnated veneer plate 10 is taken out of the container 13 as shown in FIG. 2 (B), and heat is applied by a dryer to dry the melamine resin. Since the obtained veneer plate 10 is impregnated with resin even inside, and is so-called WPC (Wood-Plastic Combination) treated, the veneer plate 10 is extremely hard and water resistant. This veneer 10

In this embodiment, a veneer is used as the wood material, but a block-like material such as laminated wood, a thin-cut single plate-like material, a chip-like material obtained by crushing wood waste material, and its chip-like shape. A fibrous material obtained by defibrating the above may be used.
In this example, a cationic melamine resin was used as the cationic resin, and an anionic melamine resin was used as the anionic resin. The resin may be polyacrylamide resin, anionic urea resin, or the like. In the present embodiment, the cationic resin and the anionic resin were impregnated once, but they may be impregnated twice or more. The time for each impregnation treatment was about 30 minutes, but it may be changed depending on the type and thickness of the wood material. It is usually about 30 to 120 minutes. In the present embodiment, the wood material is impregnated with the cationic melamine resin and the anionic melamine resin in one container, but they may be impregnated in different containers.

According to the method for treating a wood-based material of the present invention, a cationic resin is added to water in which the wood-based material is soaked, and the wood-based material is electrically impregnated with the cationic resin. Since the wood material is electrically impregnated with the anionic resin again by adding the anionic resin to the water, the wood material can be treated with the resin at a very low cost in a short time. Therefore, it does not require a large-scale device such as the impregnation device by the conventional pressure reduction / pressurization method, and the resin processing time can be shortened, so that the cost can be significantly reduced. Particularly, in the resin treatment method for a wood-based material according to claim 2, since the addition amount of each of the cationic resin and the anionic resin is at least 10% by weight as an external component with respect to 100 of water, the resin is sufficiently treated. It can be impregnated. Therefore,
It is possible to obtain a wood material having extremely excellent water resistance and dimensional stability.
