Abstract

PURPOSE:To restrain the exudation of resin during the main hardening period by high frequency and thus raise the productivity by performing a pre-drying process to the woody materials infiltrated with resin. CONSTITUTION:Spacers 4 are disposed between woody materials 1 such as veneer and they are laminated in the form of a multistage and thereafter resin infiltration is conducted thereinto by a resin infiltration device 3 and then the solvent is pre-dried in a pre-drying process (a). The pre-drying is carried out for 0.5 - 3 days in the case of wind drying and for 2 - 24 hours in the case of air heat drying in the form of being disposed by spacers 4. And, in the form of removing the spacers 4, they are subjected to decompression in a drying process (b) and pressed by a press P and finally main drying is executed by high frequency heating. In this way, the exudation of resin is restrained during the main hardening period and the use of a film 2 is made unnecessary during the high frequency drying period, with the result that the productivity can be improved thereby.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field 1] The present invention relates to a method for producing a wood N-impregnated wood M-nano material, and more specifically, to improve the quality and eliminate the need for a film used during high-frequency drying, thereby increasing the productivity. It is related to the technology to improve [Jubei Technique 1 Jubei wood has disadvantages such as burning, going crazy, and rotting, which limits its range of use. In order to improve these defects, painting, coating with resin or chemicals, impregnation, etc. are performed. In particular, wood is impregnated with a resin called WPC,
Various attempts have been made to harden (assimilate) and improve hardness, dimensional stability, etc. However, many addition-polymerizable resins (polyester-based, methacrylic acid-based, etc.) cannot be mixed with substances that inhibit polymerization (e.g., dyes, pigments, etc.), and resin management is difficult because an initiator is used. . In addition, it is difficult to control the impregnation rate (PL), and since the resin is rich in resin, it has drawbacks such as an appearance that looks like plastic.

In order to improve these drawbacks, condensation polymerization resin (Vt
The method used is to impregnate wood with water-soluble resin (which is most effective), then dry and harden (assimilate) it. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, since the resin oozes out during curing, the film 2 is required when performing heavy high-frequency drying, as shown in the process shown in Figure 2, and after drying. In this case, it was necessary to remove the film 2, and resin accumulated, which caused problems in terms of quality and productivity. The present invention was made in view of such problems,
The purpose is to provide a method for manufacturing resin-impregnated wood-based materials that can eliminate the need for a film during high-frequency drying and that can also improve quality and productivity.

[Means for Solving the Problems 1 The method for producing a resin-impregnated wood-based material of the present invention includes a step of impregnating the wood-based material 1 with a resin, a preliminary drying step of drying the wood-based material 1 impregnated with the resin, and a drying process using high frequency. It is characterized by the fact that it consists of a process. [Function] In this way, the process of impregnating the resin, the pre-drying process of drying the wood material 1 impregnated with the resin, and the drying process using high frequency, in other words, the process of impregnating the wood material 1 with the resin. In the pre-drying process of drying material 1, the solvent is removed, suppressing the seepage of the resin during the main curing by high frequency, and preventing the resin from becoming partially rich due to resin accumulation. The surface can be semi-hardened in the drying process, suppressing the transfer of 8g of fat and improving its quality, thus avoiding the use of Film 2 used during high frequency drying and increasing productivity. It is. Figure 1 shows the 91 construction process of the present invention, in which a wood-based material such as a veneer is stacked in multiple stages with a substrate 4 interposed, and the thus laminated material is impregnated with resin. Impregnation with the resin is performed in the apparatus 3, and then the solvent is pre-dried in the pre-drying step a. Such pre-drying includes air drying,
Possible methods include hot air drying, hot pressure press, hot roll press, and drawing with an a-roll, but if air drying is performed with the spacer 4 interposed, 0.5 to 3 days hot air drying at 40°C for 2 hours to 24 hour conditions have been determined. Then, with the substrate 4 removed, the pressure is reduced in the drying step b, and the material is pressed by the press P and high-frequency heating is performed to perform the main drying.

In this way, in the pre-drying step a in which the resin-impregnated wood material 1 is dried, the solvent is removed and the resin oozes out during the main curing using high frequency waves, which prevents the resin from pooling. It avoids becoming resin-rich, semi-cures the surface in the pre-drying step a, suppresses resin migration, improves its quality, and eliminates the use of film 2, which was used during high-frequency drying. Avoid them and increase their productivity.

[Example 1 A film was interposed on a 90m width XIOOO + length Xi, 5mm thick oak veneer, and it was evacuated for 1 hour at 10mmHg or less in an impregnating pot, and melamine resin (resin content 30%)
Inject and hold at reduced pressure for 5 minutes, then return to normal pressure. The treated veneer was then left for 1 hour to obtain a treated veneer. In such cases, the impregnation rate was 60-100%. Then, air drying was carried out for 3 hours with the substrate 4 still in place, and the impregnation rate was 40 to 80.
The veneer obtained as above 6% is film 2.
Even if the veneer was dried without interposition, the veneer did not adhere.

(Incidentally, items that were not air-dried were glued together.) [Effects of the invention J:. In short, the present invention includes a step of impregnating with resin;
This pre-drying process consists of a pre-drying process for drying the wood-based material impregnated with resin and a drying process using high frequency. By removing the solvent, we can suppress the resin from seeping out during the main curing process using high-frequency waves, and we can prevent the resin from becoming partially rich due to resin clumping.
The surface can be semi-cured in the pre-drying process, suppressing resin migration and improving its quality, thereby avoiding the use of film used in high-frequency drying and increasing productivity. There are advantages.
