の速さで引き取られるプラスチック条等を所定の長さに
切断する引取切断機の改良に関するものである。ここに
いうプラスチック条等とは、ポリオレフインやポリ塩化
ビニルの細管や偏平条等で、ストロー、花莚やすだれな
どの織成材料などである。

タの移動速度を上げようとしても、回転速度に限界があ
るから、その後は円板(12)を大きくする方法以外には
なく、自ずと限界があった。

の細管や偏平条の切断は丸鋸ではその凹凸刃によるプラ
スチック条の逃げの反復か、又は、仮りに切断ができて
も切断面が良くなくて商品価値を下げる。加えて、製品
の引取速度上昇に対して切断速度を上げることも困難と
なる。そこでプラスチック条の切断には単刃のカッタで
なければならない。

てこれに対して単刃の回転カッタ(4)を突出して設け
