Abstract

PURPOSE: To make heat-insulating, sound-absorbing panels producible at a low cost either in a factory or in a construction site by a method wherein wood members laminated in a grid is built in an outer frame made up by laminating flat woods with an adhesive, and at least one side thereof is covered with a covering board with a protuberance and a recession provided at both ends of the outer frame. CONSTITUTION: Wood members 2 laminated in a grid is built in an outer frame 1 made up by laminating flat woods. A recession 1b and a protuberance 1a for meshing with each other are provided on both ends of the outer frame in its curvature direction for making connection easy. When forming the grid, the upper and the lower members 2a only are made up by laminating flat woods, and the upper and the lower members 2a are connected and joined together with vertical members 2b that are made up by laminating vertical boards arranged broadwise. Furthermore, the upper and the lower members 2a and the vertical members 2b are fastened together with fastening members 2c. 要求に応えるような木製パネルに対して、特に確立され
た技術は無かった。
