Description of the Related Art Segments such as wood, cast iron, steel, and concrete are often used in shield construction methods for tunnels, etc., but the segments must be manufactured accurately so that they can be assembled in the tunnel, and they can withstand the thrust of the jack. It must be robust. Therefore, it becomes expensive and about 40% of the shield tunnel construction cost is spent on the segment. For this reason, a method is used in which a form is assembled in a shield without using segments, and cast-in-place concrete is applied to the form for lining. In this case, there has been no particular established technique for a panel as a temporary material, a wooden panel for a living building structure, or a wooden panel that meets the ever-diversifying demands for heat insulation or sound absorption.

パネルを提供する。A panel as a temporary material for a tunnel is required to be lightweight, easy to handle, tough and inexpensive. In addition, floors, ceilings, interior doors, walls, roofs and other panels of residential building structures are similarly required to be lightweight, tough, and inexpensive, and in some cases also required to have heat insulating properties and sound absorbing properties. In view of these requirements, a wooden knitted board panel that can be manufactured in a factory or on site and still satisfies the above requirements is provided.

At least one outer surface is covered with an outer surface covering plate, and the main purpose is a knitted plate panel characterized by being provided with concave portions and convex portions which can be fitted to each other on the end surface of the outer frame. Further, it is also possible to incorporate a wood member formed by connecting the upper and lower members of the wood laminated in the mesh allowance with the vertical members laminated so that the vertical plates are arranged side by side in the outer frame. Also, in the space of timber laminated to the net
It may be filled with a heat insulating material or a sound absorbing material.

The wood member 2 laminated on the net is incorporated. (B)
[Fig. 3] is a diagram showing details of the member 2 made of wood laminated on the mesh net, and is laminated with an adhesive so that flat plates are stacked.
(C) is a view of the outer surface covering plate 3, and for example, wood, iron plate, synthetic resin plate or the like is used depending on the purpose of use of the panel. The figure shows a curved surface with curvature and is mainly used as a temporary material for tunnels. In addition, a concave portion 1b and a convex portion 1a are provided on the end faces in the direction of curvature so that they can be fitted to each other so that they can be easily connected.

The wood member 2 laminated on the net is incorporated. (B)
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing details of a member 2 made of wood laminated on a mesh screen. A vertical member 2b in which only upper and lower members 2a are stacked so as to be stacked on a flat plate, and the upper and lower members are stacked side by side in vertical plates.
Connect and join to form a net. The upper and lower members and the vertical member are joined by a fastening member 2c made of thin wood. This embodiment is also used as a temporary material for tunnels. (C) is a view of the outer cover plate 4, which is made of concrete. Therefore, when the curvature cannot be obtained, a flat plate divided into a plurality of sheets is used. Providing the concave portion 1b and the convex portion 1a that can be fitted to each other on the end surface in the direction of curvature is the same as in the case of FIG.
