2. Description of the Related Art In a shield method for a tunnel or the like, segments of wood, cast iron, steel, concrete, etc. are often used, but the segments need to be manufactured accurately so that they can be assembled in a tunnel, and can withstand the thrust of a jack. It must be strong. Therefore, it becomes expensive, and about 40% of the shield tunnel construction cost is spent on the segment. For this reason, a method is used in which a frame is assembled in a shield without using segments, and cast-in-place concrete is applied thereto to perform lining. In this case, there has been no established technique for the panel as a temporary material, the wooden panel of a residential building structure, or the wooden panel that responds to the demand for heat insulation or sound absorption which has been diversified in recent years.

A panel as a temporary material for a tunnel is required to be lightweight, easy to handle, tough, and inexpensive. Panels such as floors, ceilings, interior doors, walls, and roofs of residential building structures are also required to be lightweight, tough, low-priced, and, in some cases, to have heat insulation and sound absorption. In view of such demands, the present invention provides a wooden knitted board panel that can be manufactured at a factory or on site and still satisfy the above requirements.

Means for solving the problems A wooden member laminated on a net is assembled into an outer frame in which flat wooden members are laminated with an adhesive,
At least one outer surface is covered with an outer surface covering plate, and a knitted board panel is characterized in that a concave portion and a convex portion are provided on an end surface of an outer frame so as to be fitted to each other. Further, it is also possible to incorporate, into the outer frame, a wood member formed by connecting upper and lower members of wood laminated on a net margin with vertical members laminated so that vertical plates are arranged side by side. Also, in the space of the wood laminated on the net,
It may be filled with insulation or sound absorbing material.

The wood member 2 laminated on the net is incorporated. (B)
FIG. 3 is a view showing details of a wooden member 2 laminated on a net, which is laminated with an adhesive so as to stack flat plates.
(C) is a diagram of the outer covering plate 3, for example, a wood, an iron plate, a synthetic resin plate or the like is used depending on the purpose of use of the panel. The figure forms a curved surface with curvature and is mainly used as a temporary material for tunnels. A concave portion 1b and a convex portion 1a that can be fitted to each other are provided on the end surfaces in the curvature direction, and consideration is given to easy connection.

The wood member 2 laminated on the net is incorporated. (B)
FIG. 3 is a view showing details of a wooden member 2 laminated on a net net; a vertical member 2b in which only the upper and lower members 2a are stacked so as to be stacked on a flat plate, and the upper and lower members are vertically arranged side by side and stacked.
To form a net. The upper and lower members and the vertical member are joined by a fastening member 2c made of thin wood. This embodiment is also used as a temporary material for a tunnel. (C) is a diagram of the outer covering plate 4 made of concrete. Therefore, when curvature cannot be obtained, a flat plate divided into a plurality of sheets is used. The provision of the concave portion 1b and the convex portion 1a which can be fitted to each other on the end surfaces in the curvature direction is the same as in the case of FIG.
