Abstract

PURPOSE: To assuredly detect the missing of an affixing of a sealing film at a spout, and prevent a boring due to welding from generating by laminating a surface resin layer which is fused with the internal side of a container with a base layer consisting of a resin in-between, as an opaque layer, and a surface resin layer which comes into contact with a content, as a coloring layer. CONSTITUTION: For a container, blanks on which a spout is provided are formed of a laminated material of which the base material is a paper layer, and a container main body is formed by bending the blanks. When the container is formed, an external film 2 is welded so as to cover the peripheral edge of the spout. Also, a sealing film consists of a laminated material being constituted of a surface resin layer which is welded to the peripheral edge of the spout so as to cover the spout from the inside of the container, and welded to the inside of the container, as an opaque layer 3, and a surface resin layer which comes into contact with a content, as a coloring layer 5. Then, by sensing the color of the coloring layer 5, the missing of the affixing of the sealing film is assuredly inspected. Also, the heat of a heater when a plug is welded is not absorbed by the opaque layer 3 being exposed to the outside, and a boring due to a fusion of the sealing film is prevented from generating.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a plastic container has been used as a container for filling a liquid, but in recent years, the disposal of the container after the contents have been used causes environmental problems. Paper containers are beginning to be used. For the liquid paper container, a laminated material in which aluminum foil having a gas barrier property against oxygen, water vapor, etc. is laminated may be used depending on the use condition. However, since aluminum foil becomes a lump when incinerated, environmental problems occurred when it was discarded, as with plastic containers. Therefore, instead of the aluminum foil, a laminated material in which an inorganic compound such as silicon oxide having a gas barrier property against oxygen and water vapor which is almost equal to that of the aluminum foil is provided by a method such as vapor deposition and sputtering has been used.

Further, the liquid paper container is provided with a spout for the liquid content, and the spout is covered with a sealing film. In order to provide the sealing film with gas barrier properties, it is necessary to use a laminated material containing aluminum foil, which causes the same environmental problems as the container body. Therefore, for the above-mentioned sealing film, a laminated material which does not have an aluminum foil laminated and which has a gas barrier property similar to the container has begun to be used. As a specific laminated constitution of this laminated material, a laminated material composed of a gas barrier resin film / black resin film having at least a vapor deposition layer of silicon oxide or the like was used.

As described above, the reason why the above laminated material is used as the sealing film is that it is possible to inspect by light whether or not the sealing film is surely provided in the container molding process. Here, the base layer itself having a gas barrier property may be colored, but due to problems such as strength of the sealing film, hygiene problems with contents, price problems, and adhesion strength between laminated layers, it is usually Such laminated materials are used.

Polyethylene resin is used as a material for the black resin film. This is because when the spout is opened, it can be easily opened, and there is no hygiene problem. In addition to polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin or the like may be used depending on the content.

However, when the above-mentioned laminated material containing no aluminum foil is used, the so-called window bonding process suitability, in which the spout of the liquid paper container is covered with a sealing film, does not cause any problem. There is a problem in the process of attaching the spout to the spout. That is, the spout is attached to the spout from the outside, and therefore heat is applied to the outer surface of the spout by a heat heater or the like, but this heat is absorbed by the black resin film of the sealing film and the sealing film melts. Occasionally there were holes.

On the other hand, without using a black resin film,
For example, when a layered material composed of an opalescent layer / base material layer is used as a layered material for spouting, there is no problem of perforation due to melting of the sealing film, but there is a problem that the window sticking of spouting cannot be inspected. That is, this is because the color of the sealing film made of a laminated material that does not use aluminum foil and the color inside the container are very similar to each other, so that even if the sealing film is forgotten attached to the spout, it cannot be confirmed.

As described above, the structure of the laminated material for spout according to the present invention is such that the base material layer made of resin is provided between the surface resin layer which is welded to the inside of the container and the surface resin layer which is in contact with the contents side. Since it is a laminated material that is a colored layer, by knowing the color of the colored layer, it is possible to reliably inspect whether the sealing film is left unattached, and the heat of the heater used to weld the spout is exposed to the outside. It is not absorbed by the milky white layer and prevents perforation due to melting of the sealing film.

The shape of the container using the pouring spout laminated material of the present invention as a sealing film welded from the inside of the container may be a gobel top type or brick shape at the ceiling of the container body, regardless of the shape of the container body. It suffices that a spout for discharging the contents is provided, and the spout may have a round shape, a square shape, or the like. An outer film for welding the spout is provided near the outer periphery of the spout. As the outer film, a film that can be welded to the container body and the spout may be used, and the shape may be a donut shape having an inner diameter slightly smaller than the shape of the spout, and A circular shape that covers the outlet may be used.

The opalescent layer is a layer provided to prevent perforation of the sealing film without absorbing the heat of the heater used for welding the spout to the spout. As the sealing film that seals the spout from the inside of the container by welding, when the content is food, a film that does not cause food hygiene problems is used.
When a resin having a gas barrier property is used for the substrate, polyethylene terephthalate, stretched polypropylene, stretched nylon or the like can be used, and further, an inorganic compound layer such as a silicon oxide layer or a magnesium oxide layer in the above film, The barrier property can be improved by providing a metal layer such as an alumina layer.

As the milky white layer, titanium white,
A white pigment such as calcium carbonate may be contained in a resin such as polyethylene, or the resin film may be white-printed to whiten the material to be used as a resin film. Further, for the colored layer in contact with the contents, the resin may contain a coloring pigment such as carbon black, as in the case of the opalescent layer. The colored layer can also be formed by providing colored printing on the surface of the resin film. However, when the coloring layer is provided by the printing layer, it cannot be used when the printing ink dissolves in the content.
