【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 金属帯コイルを移載機の移載アーム間に
把持させてコイル梱包ラインへ移載するに際し、移載用
アームに付設されたコイル内径穴検出用のセンサとコイ
ル挟み検出用のセンサの作動位置を計測してこの計測値
をもとに金属帯コイルの外径、内径、肉厚、幅を演算
し、この算出値を予め当該金属帯コイルの外径、内径、
肉厚、幅の基準値が記憶されている計算機に入力して両
者を比較照合することを特徴とする金属帯コイルの照合
方法。
1. When a metal strip coil is gripped between transfer arms of a transfer machine and transferred to a coil packing line, a coil inner diameter hole detection sensor and a coil pinch detection provided on the transfer arm are provided. The operating position of the sensor is measured, and the outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, and width of the metal strip coil are calculated based on this measurement value.
A method for collating metal strip coils, wherein the reference values of the wall thickness and the width are input to a computer in which they are stored and the two are compared and collated.
