Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid occurrence of irregularity of an image caused by nonuniformity of an ink on the surface of a printing cylinder by controlling the number of pressing of a press roller in accordance with various conditions such as environmental temp. and the number of sheets of printing papers in the preceding printing process. CONSTITUTION: When a press roller 2 presses a sheet member 3 to a rotating original paper of a stencil printing plate 8 by specified times before fitting a new original paper of a stencil printing plate on a printing cylinder 1, environmental temp. data detected by means of a temp. detecting member 16 and pause time data integrated by means of a built-in clock 23 are input into a CPU 18 and these are prepd. in advance based on the environmental temp. data and the pause time data. Being compared with data of the table of the number of pressing of the press roller, the optimum number of pressing of the press roller 2 at that time is determined. Based on it, a command is output from the CPU 18 and the press roller and a solenoid 6 are actuated.

The present invention is as described above, and the invention described in claim 1 is a plate making means, a cylindrical plate cylinder provided with a large number of ink permeation holes, and a stencil sheet mounted on the outer periphery thereof. ,
The stencil sheet was equipped with an ink supply means provided in the plate cylinder and a press roller for performing printing by pressing a printing paper on the stencil sheet, and the stencil sheet was mounted on the plate cylinder when the preceding printing process was completed. When starting the subsequent printing process after the lapse of an arbitrary waiting time, the printing paper, the sheet member or the newly plateless base paper is placed between the plate cylinder and the press roller. In the stencil printing apparatus that presses the press roller a predetermined number of times as in printing, the number of presses of the press roller is controlled according to the standby time and the environmental temperature, so that the time corresponding to the environmental temperature and the rest time The press roller can be pressed with the optimum number of presses, and the number of presses is too small to cause ink shortage, or the number of presses is too large to increase the printing time and increase the load on the device. If the stencil sheet does not have excessive force and the ink viscosity is high, or after printing a large number of sheets, wrinkles occur on the stencil sheet, causing ink unevenness on the plate cylinder surface. Image unevenness does not occur after mounting the stencil sheet, and a good image can be obtained from the beginning even after a long rest. Claim 2
The invention described in, the plate making means, a cylindrical plate cylinder provided with a large number of ink permeation holes, the stencil base paper is mounted on the outer periphery, an ink supply means provided in the plate cylinder, the stencil base paper It is equipped with a press roller that presses the printing paper to perform printing, keeps the stencil sheet mounted on the plate cylinder when the preceding printing process is completed, and starts the subsequent printing process after an arbitrary waiting time has elapsed. At that time, in a stencil printing apparatus that presses a press roller a predetermined number of times in the same manner as during printing, with a printing paper, a sheet member or a newly plate-less base paper that is not interposed between the plate cylinder and the press roller. Since the number of presses of the press roller is controlled in accordance with the standby time, the environmental temperature and the number of printed sheets in the preceding printing process, only the optimum number of presses at that time is supported in accordance with the standby time, the environmental temperature and the rest time. The press roller can be pressed, the number of presses is too small to cause ink shortage, the number of presses is too large to increase the printing time, and the load on the device is not increased. Force is not applied and the viscosity of the ink is high, or wrinkles occur on the stencil sheet after printing a large number of sheets, causing ink unevenness on the plate cylinder surface, and image unevenness after mounting a new stencil sheet. There is an effect that it does not occur and a good image can be obtained from the beginning even after a long rest. According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the invention according to the first or second aspect, the ambient temperature is detected by a thermistor incorporated in the thermal head of the plate making means, so a circuit for detecting the ambient temperature is newly provided. There is an effect that it is possible to perform accurate detection at low cost without the need to provide.
