Claims (4)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 (イ)内周面に螺旋溝を有する外筒と、
(ロ)前記外筒に挿入され、外筒に対し軸線方向に移動
不能で且つ周方向に回動可能に取り付けられ、周壁部に
は軸線方向へ延びる第1ガイド孔及び第2ガイド孔を有
する内筒と、(ハ)前記内筒内に昇降可能に挿入され、
上下を開口させた筒状をなし上部内側が棒状化粧料の基
部を支持する支持凹部になっていて、その周壁部には、
前記内筒の第1ガイド孔に摺動可能に係合する第1係合
突起が設けられるとともに、下端縁から軸線方向に上延
する補助ガイド孔が設けられており、補助ガイド孔はそ
の途中に幅の狭い幅小部を少なくとも一つ有し幅小部の
前後が幅の広い幅大部となっているホルダと、(ニ)前
記ホルダの内側に挿入され、上部を棒状化粧料の底部に
当接させており、外側部には、前記ホルダの補助ガイド
孔を挿通し更に前記内筒の第2ガイド孔を摺動可能に挿
通し更に前記外筒の螺旋溝に摺動可能に係合する第2係
合突起が設けられ、この第2係合突起が補助ガイド孔の
幅小部よりも若干大きく幅大部よりも小さく形成されて
いる突き出し部材、 とを備え、 前記外筒と内筒とを相対回転することによって前記ホル
ダ及び突き出し部材が内筒内を昇降し、前記ホルダの第
1係合突起が前記内筒の第1ガイド孔の上部掛止部に突
き当たって上動を規制されるまではホルダと突き出し部
材とが同期して上動し、ホルダが上動を規制された以後
は突き出し部材の第2係合突起がホルダの補助ガイド孔
の幅小部を押し広げることによって突き出し部材だけが
上動してホルダの支持凹部内に進入し支持凹部内の棒状
