Description

【0001】

When the engaging projection of the holder enters the horizontal portion of the first guide hole and the horizontal portion of the spiral groove, the holder is prevented from upward movement and rotates only at the same height. On the other hand, since the projecting member continuously moves upward, the projecting member enters the holder and pushes up the stick-shaped cosmetic.
[0007]
The structure disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-41847 discloses a combination of the first guide hole and the second guide hole, and has a basic configuration disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-41846. Is the same as
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional feeding container has the following problems.
That is, since both the engaging projection of the holder and the engaging projection of the protruding member are engaged with the spiral groove of the outer cylinder, the relative positional relationship between the two members is determined by the pitch and lead angle of the spiral groove and the first guide. It depends on the circumferential position of the hole and the second guide hole, and the design constraint is large.
[0009]
The structure becomes complicated such that a horizontal portion must be provided in the spiral groove of the outer cylinder.
[0010]
Further, structurally, the length of the horizontal portion provided in the first guide hole and the spiral groove determines the pushing-up dimension of the rod-shaped cosmetic, so that the horizontal portion necessarily needs a certain length. .
[0011]
However, when the inner cylinder is reversely rotated to draw the rod-shaped cosmetic into the inner cylinder after the rod-shaped cosmetic is pushed up by the protruding member, the engagement protrusion of the holder can return to the horizontal portion of the first guide hole. In the meantime, even if the inner cylinder is rotated in the reverse direction, the stick-shaped cosmetic will not be drawn into the inner cylinder, so the longer the length of the horizontal part, the worse the retraction operability and the shorter the horizontal part When the pull-in operability is improved, the push-up amount of the stick-shaped cosmetic is reduced.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the related art, and has a simple structure, a large degree of freedom in design, excellent operability, and is capable of using a bar-shaped cosmetic without waste. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stick-shaped cosmetic feeding container which can be used.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
[Summary of the present invention]
The stick-shaped cosmetic dispensing container of the present invention comprises (A) an outer cylinder, (B) an inner cylinder, (C) a skirt, (D) a holder, (E) a protruding member, and (F) a conversion mechanism. It has. Hereinafter, each component will be described.
[0014]
<Outer cylinder>
The outer cylinder has a spiral groove on its inner peripheral surface.
[0015]
<Inner cylinder>
The inner cylinder is inserted into the outer cylinder, and is attached to the outer cylinder so as to be relatively immovable in the axial direction and relatively rotatable in the circumferential direction. A guide hole extending in the axial direction is provided in the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder.
[0016]
<Skirt> The skirt has a cylindrical shape with an open top and bottom, and is inserted into the inner cylinder so as to be able to move up and down. The peripheral wall of the skirt is provided with an engagement projection which is slidably inserted into the guide hole of the inner cylinder and slidably engages with the spiral groove of the outer cylinder.
[0017]
<Holder> The holder has a cylindrical shape with an opening at the top and bottom, and the inside is a supporting concave portion for supporting the base of the bar-shaped cosmetic, and is inserted into the inner cylinder so as to be able to move up and down. The lower part of the holder is connected to the upper part of the skirt, and is attached to the skirt so as to be rotatable relative to the skirt in the circumferential direction and immovable in the axial direction.
[0018]
<Protruding Member> The protruding member is disposed inside the skirt and the holder, is rotatable relative to the skirt, is not rotatable relative to the holder, and is installed so as to be able to advance in the holder. The top of the protruding member is in contact with the bottom of the stick cosmetic.
[0019]
As a mechanism for disabling relative rotation between the projecting member and the holder, for example, a groove extending in the axial direction may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the projecting member, and an engaging protrusion slidably engaged with the groove may be provided. An axially extending groove may be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the holder, and an engaging protrusion slidably engaged with the groove may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the protruding member.
[0020]
<Conversion mechanism> The conversion mechanism is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the skirt and the outer peripheral surface of the protruding member, and has a function of converting the relative rotational motion of the skirt and the protruding member into a relative linear motion in the axial direction. I have.
[0021]
The conversion mechanism includes a spiral ridge provided on one of an inner peripheral surface of the skirt and an outer peripheral surface of the protruding member, and an engagement provided on the other surface to engage with the spiral ridge. It can be constituted by a screw mechanism using a screw piece. More specifically, a spiral ridge may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the protruding member, and an engaging screw piece that engages with the spiral ridge may be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the skirt. A spiral ridge may be provided on the inner peripheral surface, and an engaging screw piece that engages with the spiral ridge may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the protruding member.
[0022]
In the stick-shaped cosmetic feeding container of the present invention, since the other surface is provided with a vertical rib extending in the axial direction from the engagement screw piece and substantially contacting the spiral ridge, the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are provided. The holder, the skirt and the protruding member move up and down in the inner cylinder by relative rotation of the inner cylinder. At this time, the engaging projection of the skirt abuts on the upper engaging portion of the guide hole of the inner cylinder, and the skirt moves upward. Until is regulated, the holder, the skirt and the protruding member move upward in synchronization with one another. After the upward movement of the skirt is restricted, the holder and the skirt are rotated relative to each other, so that only the protruding member moves upward along the vertical ribs in the skirt without swinging and supports the holder. The rod-shaped cosmetic material enters the concave portion and pushes up the stick-shaped cosmetic material in the support concave portion (corresponding to claim 1).
[0023]
In addition, when the engagement protrusion of the skirt abuts on the upper engaging portion of the guide hole of the inner cylinder and the upward movement of the skirt is restricted, the tip of the holder projects outward from the tip of the outer cylinder. By doing so, the holder and the skirt can be relatively rotated by relatively rotating the holder and the outer cylinder, or the holder and the inner cylinder, and the stick-shaped cosmetic material can be very easily protruded ( (Corresponding to claim 2).
[0024]
A top wall portion may be provided at the upper portion of the protruding member to substantially close the top wall portion, and this top wall portion may be brought into contact with the bottom portion of the stick-shaped cosmetic (corresponding to claim 4).
[0025]
[Applicability of the present invention]
The present invention can be used in the field of cosmetics such as lipstick.
[0026]
[Action]
<Operation of the present invention>
When the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder rotate relative to each other, the skirt moves up and down in the inner cylinder because the engagement protrusions of the skirt are engaged with the spiral grooves of the outer cylinder and the guide holes of the inner cylinder. The holder is connected to the projecting member via the stick-shaped cosmetic, and the sticking force of the stick-shaped cosmetic to the holder stops the relative axial movement of the skirt and the projecting member. As a result, it moves up and down in the inner cylinder in synchronization.
[0027]
When the engagement protrusion of the skirt abuts on the upper engaging portion of the guide hole of the inner cylinder, the skirt is restricted from moving upward and stops, and at the same time, the holder also stops.
[0028]
Thereafter, when the holder is rotated relative to the skirt, the protruding member rotates relative to the skirt without swaying along the vertical ribs . As a result, by the action of the conversion mechanism, the protruding member moves upward in the inner cylinder against the fixing force of the stick-shaped cosmetic material to the holder, and the protruding member advances (moves upward) in the support concave portion of the holder. By the advance of the protruding member, the stick cosmetic stored in the support recess is pushed up.
[0029]
In the stick-shaped cosmetic material feeding container, when the remaining amount of the stick-shaped cosmetic material becomes small, the stick-shaped cosmetic material can be continuously and continuously pushed up.
[0030]
Further, when the top wall portion is provided on the upper portion of the protruding member, it is possible to prevent the bar-shaped cosmetic from entering the inside of the protruding member at the time of the pushing-up operation, and it is possible to reliably push up the bar-shaped cosmetic. it can.
[0031]
Only the engagement protrusion of the skirt is engaged with the spiral groove of the outer cylinder, and the holder and the protruding member are not directly engaged with the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder.
[0032]
There is no need to provide a horizontal portion at the upper end of the guide hole, or even if it is provided, the length is extremely short, so that there is no useless movement in the retraction operation after the stick-shaped cosmetic has protruded.
[0033]

[0040]
Inside the inner cylinder 20, a plastic holder 40 and a skirt 60 are inserted so as to be able to move up and down. The holder 40 and the skirt 60 are formed as separate parts and then connected and integrated. FIG. 5A is a front view of the holder 40 and the skirt 60 in a connected state, FIG. 5B is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the connected portion, and FIG. It is I sectional drawing.
[0041]
The holder 40 and the skirt 60 are in the form of a hollow cylinder with an open top and bottom. The holder 40 includes a large-diameter cylindrical portion 41a having the same outer diameter as the outer diameter of the skirt 60, and a small-diameter cylindrical portion 41b having the same outer diameter as the inner diameter of the skirt 60.
[0042]
The holder 40 and the skirt 60 are formed by inserting the small-diameter cylindrical portion 41b of the holder 40 from above into the skirt 60, and by fitting the annular fitting protrusion 61a provided on the upper inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion 61 of the skirt 60 to the small diameter of the holder 40. By being fitted in an annular fitting groove 41c provided on the outer peripheral surface of the lower part of the cylindrical portion 41b, they are connected so as to be relatively immovable in the axial direction and relatively rotatable in the circumferential direction.
[0043]
The inside of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 41a and the small-diameter cylindrical portion 41b of the holder 40 is a support concave portion 47 that supports the base of the cosmetic bar A.
[0044]
Vertical ribs 48 are provided at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surface of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 41a. The distal end portion 48a of the vertical rib 48 is bent inward, and the distal end portion 48a has a function of preventing the rod-shaped cosmetic material A from falling out of the holder 40 and a function of determining a pushing-up end of the projecting member 50. are doing.
[0045]
On the inner peripheral surface of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 41b, engaging ridges 49 extending along the axial direction over substantially the entire length of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 41b are provided one by one 180 degrees apart in the circumferential direction.
[0046]
On the other hand, engaging projections 62 are provided one by one on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 61 of the skirt 60 at 180 degrees in the circumferential direction. The engagement protrusion 62 is slidably inserted through the guide hole 31 of the inner cylinder 20, and has a distal end slidably engaged with the spiral groove 13 of the outer cylinder 10.
[0047]
On the inner peripheral surface of the skirt 60 and slightly lower than the lower end of the holder 40, four engaging screw pieces 63 arranged on a virtual spiral are provided at intervals of 90 degrees in the circumferential direction. The four longitudinal ribs 64 extending in the axial direction are provided at the same positions in the circumferential direction as the engaging screw pieces 63. Note that the projecting dimension of the skirt 60 from the inner peripheral surface is larger for the engagement screw piece 63 than for the vertical rib 64.
[0048]
A protruding member 50 made of plastic is inserted inside the holder 40 and the skirt 60. FIG. 6A is a front view of the protrusion member 50, and FIG. 6B is a bottom view of the same.
[0049]
The protruding member 50 has a cylindrical shape with a top, and has a large-diameter tube portion 51a having an outer diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter of the small-diameter tube portion 41b of the holder 40, and an outer diameter slightly smaller than the large-diameter tube portion 51a. A small-diameter tube portion 51b and a top wall portion 51c that closes the upper portion of the large-diameter tube portion 51a are provided, and a hole 51d is opened at the center of the top wall portion 51c.
[0050]
A spiral ridge 52 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the small-diameter cylindrical portion 51b so as to engage with the engagement screw piece 63 of the skirt 60. The engaging screw piece 63 and the spiral ridge 52 constitute a screw mechanism, and when the protruding member 50 and the skirt 60 are relatively rotated, they are relatively moved in the axial direction. Moves forward in the holder 40.
[0051]
The spiral direction of the spiral ridge 52 and the spiral direction of the spiral groove 13 of the outer cylinder 10 are the same. That is, when the helical groove 13 is viewed from the viewpoint inside the helical groove tube 12, the helical groove 13 is inclined upward and leftward to the tip (upper end) side of the helical groove tube 12, and the projecting member 50 is viewed from the outside front. The spiral ridge 52 is inclined leftward and upward toward the tip (upper end) of the protrusion member 50.
[0052]
The vertical rib 64 of the skirt 60 is provided to prevent the projecting member 50 from swaying in the skirt 60. The vertical rib 64 is dimensioned so as to substantially contact the spiral ridge 52 of the projecting member 50. Have been.
[0053]
The spiral ridge 52 is discontinuous due to a break portion 53 provided at every 180 degrees in the circumferential direction, and the outer circumferential surface of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 51a has the same vertical position as the break portion 53 in the axial direction. Two grooves 54 are provided.
[0054]
The engaging ridges 49 of the holder 40 are slidably engaged in the axial direction in the broken portions 53 and the vertical grooves 54, whereby the holder 40 and the projecting member 60 cannot rotate relative to each other but are axially slidable. They are connected so as to be relatively movable.
[0055]
Next, the operation of the feeding container will be described.
<When the remaining amount of stick-shaped cosmetics is sufficient>
FIG. 1 shows a state in which the unused bar-shaped cosmetic material A is completely stored in the inner cylinder 20, and at this time, the engagement protrusion 62 of the skirt 60 is located at the lower end of the guide hole 31 of the inner cylinder 20, The engagement screw 63 of the skirt 60 is engaged with the upper starting end of the spiral ridge 52 of the holder 40.
[0056]
From this state, when the outer cylinder 10 is set to the non-rotating side and the inner cylinder 20 is rotated with the operation knob 21, the engaging projections 62 of the skirt 60 are engaged with the spiral groove 13 of the outer cylinder 10 and the guide holes 31 of the inner cylinder 20. , The skirt 60 rises inside the inner cylinder 20. At this time, there is no relative rotation between the inner cylinder 20, the skirt 60, and the protruding member 50.
[0057]
By the way, the holder 40 and the projecting member 60 are integrally connected via the bar-shaped cosmetic A, and the fixing force between the bar-shaped cosmetic A and the holder 40 causes the relative axial movement of the skirt 60 and the projecting member 50. When the skirt 60 rises inside the inner cylinder 20, the skirt 60, the holder 40, and the projecting member 50 rise together inside the inner cylinder 20 in synchronization with each other.
[0058]
In other words, at this time, there is no relative rotation between the inner cylinder 20, the holder 40, the projecting member 50, and the skirt 60, and there is no mutual rotation between the holder 40, the projecting member 50, and the skirt 60. There is no relative movement in the axial direction.
As a result, the stick-shaped cosmetic A protrudes from the tips of the inner cylinder 20 and the outer cylinder 10 and is exposed.
[0059]
The rising of the holder 40, the skirt 60 and the projecting member 50 integrally stops when the engaging projection 62 of the skirt 60 hits the upper end of the guide hole 31 of the inner cylinder 20 and enters the lateral hole 31b. FIG. 2 shows this state. At this time, the tip of the holder 40 projects upward from the tip of the outer cylinder 10 and is exposed.
[0060]
When the bar-shaped cosmetic material A is sufficiently projected from the holder 40 and exposed, the holder 40, the skirt 60, and the protruding member 50 are synchronously raised and used integrally as described above. This is "normal operation".
[0061]
<When the remaining amount of stick cosmetics is small>
When the remaining amount of the bar-shaped cosmetic material A becomes small and the amount of protrusion from the holder 40 becomes short and it becomes difficult to use, the following operation is performed.
[0062]
First, by the same operation as described above, the engaging protrusion 62 of the skirt 60 is made to enter the lateral hole 31b of the guide hole 31 of the inner cylinder 20, and the tip of the holder 40 is exposed from the outer cylinder 10.
[0063]
Next, holding the operation knob 21 of the outer cylinder 10 or the inner cylinder 20 with one hand, and holding the exposed portion of the holder 40 with the other hand, in the same direction as when raising the stick-shaped cosmetic A by normal operation. The outer cylinder 10 or the inner cylinder 20 is rotated.
[0064]
Here, since the holder 40 and the protruding member 50 are connected so as not to rotate relatively, the rotation of the holder 40 is transmitted to the protruding member 50.
[0065]
On the other hand, the skirt 60 has its engaging projection 62 locked at the end of the lateral hole 31 b of the guide hole 31 of the inner cylinder 20, and is integrated with the outer cylinder 10 and the inner cylinder 20. When rotated as described above, the protruding member 50 and the skirt 60 rotate relative to each other.
[0066]
As a result, by the screw action of the spiral protrusion 52 of the protrusion member 50 and the engagement screw piece 63 of the skirt 60, the protrusion member 50 rises against the fixing force between the stick-shaped cosmetic A and the holder 40, and To push up the stick-shaped cosmetic A in the support recess 47.
[0067]
Protruding the tip of the protruding member 50 into the support concave portion 47 of the holder 40 in this manner, thereby protruding the bar-shaped cosmetic material A from the holder 40, is referred to as “pushing operation”.
[0068]
As described above, since the push-up operation must raise the projecting member 50 against the sticking force between the stick-shaped cosmetic material A and the holder 40, a larger operation force is required during the push-up operation than during the normal operation. Become. This increase in the operating force makes it easy for the user to intuitively distinguish from normal operation.
[0069]
Further, in this embodiment, since the top wall portion 51c is provided on the protruding member 50, it is possible to prevent the bar-shaped cosmetic material A from being immersed in the protruding member 50 at the time of the pushing-up operation. Can be reliably pushed up.
[0070]
FIG. 3 shows a state in which the outer edge of the top wall portion 51c of the protruding member 50 abuts on the distal end portion 48a of the vertical rib 48 of the holder 40, and the upward movement of the protruding member 50 is prevented. A is in a state where A can be protruded to the maximum.
[0071]
In this stick-shaped cosmetic material feeding container, the stick-shaped cosmetic material A can be continuously and continuously protruded.
[0072]
After the stick-shaped cosmetic material A is protruded in this way, in order to draw the stick-shaped cosmetic material A into the inner cylinder 20, release the hand from the holder 40 and move the outer cylinder 10 and the inner cylinder 20 in the opposite direction to the above. All you have to do is rotate.
[0073]
Then, after the skirt 60 slightly rotates horizontally and the engagement protrusion 62 abuts on the right end surface of the guide hole 31, the skirt 60 descends in the inner cylinder 20, and the holder 40 connected to the skirt 60 also moves with the skirt 60. The protruding member 60 that locks with the vertical rib 48 of the holder 40 also descends integrally with the holder 40.
[0074]
In the subsequent use, the stick-shaped cosmetic A can be exposed from the outer cylinder 10 by a normal operation.
[0075]
Note that the horizontal rotation of the skirt 60 during the retraction operation is an extremely small angle, and does not adversely affect the retraction operability.
[0076]
In this stick-shaped cosmetic dispensing container, only the engagement protrusion 62 of the skirt 60 is engaged with the spiral groove 13 of the outer cylinder 10, and the holder 40 and the protruding member 60 are directly connected to the outer cylinder 10 and the inner cylinder. 20 is not engaged, so that the degree of freedom in design is large.
[0077]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the unusable portion of the bar-shaped cosmetic can be extremely reduced, and an excellent effect of being economical can be obtained.
[0078]
Moreover, the stick-out amount of the stick-shaped cosmetic when the remaining amount of the stick-shaped cosmetic is low can be set continuously and steplessly, so that the stick-out amount can be set to the stick-out amount according to the user's preference, and the usability is good. .
[0079]
Only the engaging protrusion of the skirt is engaged with the spiral groove of the outer cylinder, and the holder and the protruding member are not directly engaged with the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, so that the structure is simplified and the design is simplified. There is an excellent effect that the degree of freedom is large.
[0080]
In the pulling-in operation after the stick-shaped cosmetic is protruded, there is also an effect that there is no useless movement and the operability is good.
