Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the collating work by an operator, grasp the flow of photographic materials, and quickly and surely deliver them between a DPE shop and customers. CONSTITUTION: IDs specifying a negative film 10, a cartridge 22, a container 300, and a DP bag 34 respectively are provided in advance, and the film ID, DP bag ID, cartridge ID, and container ID are recorded on the magnetic record layer 16 of the negative film 10. The film ID is recorded on an index print 118. The magnetic record layer 16 provided on the negative film 10 is utilized for collation on a collation section during processing. When the negative film and index print are collated via ID and the index print and photographic paper are collated visually, the same effect is obtained as the effect available when the negative film and photographic paper are collated.

In recent years, it has been proposed that the photographic film be once removed from the cartridge (cartridge), subjected to development processing and printing processing on photographic paper, and then rewound into the cartridge (cartridge) again. . This makes it possible to omit the photographic film cutting process and the negative sheet accommodation process. Incidentally, in order to store the negative film in a cartridge (cartridge) and return it, it is considered to attach an index print or the like.

At this printing position, the image recorded on the photographic film is printed on the printing paper. The photographic film that has undergone the printing process is released from the bonding, that is, separated for each film, and then stored again in the separated cartridge. (Flow of Index Print) In the index print, for example, an image recorded on a developed photographic film is read by a scanner and stored as a digital image.
The stored image data is recorded on the index print by the index printer. The index print on which the image is recorded is sent to the collation position. The image recording on the index print may be printing exposure. (Flow of photographic paper) The photographic paper is exposed at its transmission image by setting the developed photographic film at the printing position of the printer and irradiating it with a light source. An image is printed on the printing paper by the exposure of the printing paper. After that, the photographic paper is developed and cut into individual images, and then one film (one bundle) is set at the collation position. (Flow of DP Bag) The DP bag is sent to the lab system in a DPE store with a cartridge put therein, and then waits at the collation position. After that, the DP bag is sent back to the DPE store with the cartridge (with the developed photographic film loaded), the photographic paper and the index print reaching the collation position through each process, and returned to the customer. To be done.

[0014] At the start of acceptance of the "container-film collation process", an empty container is prepared in advance. For example, the photographic film is pulled out from the cartridge and separated in the loading section of the empty container, and then this cartridge is loaded. . Here, because the loading section of the container is limited,
If there are more cartridges than this loading section, it is necessary to prepare the next empty container. Like this, 2
Since more than one container may be used, it is necessary to record in which container the cartridge is loaded.

Therefore, when the cartridge is loaded in the loading section, the container ID recorded in advance in the container is read. The read container ID is magnetically recorded on the magnetic recording layer of the separated photographic film. The photographic film is then re-stored in the same cartridge as it was when separated at the collation position. Therefore, at the time of collation, by collating the container ID recorded in the container with the container ID recorded in the magnetic recording layer, the container at the collation position is separated from the photographic film reaching the collation position. It can be determined that the cartridge is loaded in the loading section. When the "cartridge-film collation process" is accepted, the cartridge ID recorded in advance in the cartridge is read. Thereafter, when the photographic film is pulled out from this cartridge, the read cartridge ID is magnetically recorded on the magnetic recording layer of the photographic film.

At the collation position, by collating the film ID recorded on the photographic film with the film ID recorded on the index print, the photographic film and the index print are surely collated without checking the image. be able to. "DP Bag-Film Matching Process" The DP bag sent from the DPE store has the DP bag ID recorded in advance, and the DP bag ID is read at the time of reception and recorded on the magnetic recording layer of the photographic film. Keep it. Thus, the DP bag ID recorded on the DP bag and the DP bag ID recorded on the magnetic recording layer can be matched at the matching position. "Index print-photographic paper collation process" Since photographic film is stored in the cartridge when it reaches the collation position,
In some cases, the image recorded on the photographic film cannot be compared with the image on the photographic paper. This is because it is necessary to finally collate the cartridge containing the photographic film immediately before being put into the DP bag with the printing paper.
Therefore, the film ID of the photographic film before being stored in the cartridge is read, and this film ID is collated with the film ID recorded on the index print. Motilon, this function can be substituted by visual comparison of the image of the photographic film and the image of the index print until it is stored in the cartridge. After that, by visually comparing the image on the photographic paper with the image on the index print, the result equivalent to that of the image on the photographic film and the image on the photographic paper can be obtained. As described above, the collation workability can be improved by performing at least one collation process. Considering the entire photo processing system, it is desirable to execute all the above collation steps, which makes it possible to perform the collation work that is complicated for the operator extremely quickly and accurately, thus improving the work efficiency. Can be achieved.

A container having a loading section capable of loading individually, a DP bag for passing at least the cartridge between a customer and a lab system, and recording of an image on a photographic film based on an image recorded on the photographic film Using the photographic material of the index print that can recognize the state and has a heading function, Lum, cartridges, each of the container and DP bag, previously each film ID, cartridge I
A method for collating photographic materials in a photographic processing system for collating each photographic material in a photographic processing system that performs lab processing with D, container ID, and DP bag ID recorded. The recorded container ID is read, the container ID is magnetically recorded on the magnetic recording layer of the photographic film, and at the time of matching, the container ID recorded on the container and the container ID recorded on the magnetic recording layer are matched. In the container-film collation process, at the time of reception, the cartridge ID recorded in the cartridge is read, the cartridge ID is magnetically recorded in the magnetic recording layer of the photographic film, and at the time of collation, the cartridge ID recorded in the cartridge and the Cartridge for collating with the cartridge ID recorded on the magnetic recording layer-
Film collation process: When the index print is created, the film ID recorded on the photographic film is read, and the film ID is recorded on the index print. At the time of collation, the film ID recorded on the photographic film and the index print are recorded. Film that matches the recorded film ID-
At the time of index print verification and acceptance, the DP bag ID recorded in the DP bag is read, the DP bag ID is recorded in the magnetic recording layer of the photographic film, and the DP bag ID recorded in the DP bag at the time of verification. And a DP bag ID recorded on the magnetic recording layer.
At least an index print-photographic paper collating step of visually collating the bag-film collating process, the image of the photographic paper created by the printing process, and the developing process with the image recorded on the index print. A method for collating photographic materials in a photographic processing system, characterized in that collation in one step is performed.
