Not only is it very labor-intensive, it is also very difficult to maintain the accuracy of the bar arrangement, and the bar arrangement is apt to be disturbed, which is a major problem in terms of maintaining the strength of the concrete frame. In addition, when arranging bars, it is inevitable that overlapping portions will be formed between the steel bars, and there is a problem in terms of effective utilization of the material (steel bars).

Attempts have also been made to reduce the amount of work in the field and maintain the accuracy of the bar arrangement by producing a bar arrangement grid body in which steel bars are combined in a grid shape in advance and carrying it to the site. This method is effective in maintaining the accuracy of the bar arrangement and improving the work efficiency, but the grid body assembled in advance in the factory is bulky, requires a large space for transportation and storage, and is difficult to handle.

On the other hand, at the time of use, if the bar-shaped member 1 is stretched so that the steel bars 1 are parallel to each other, the bar materials 1 are regulated by the string material 2 and the steel bars 1 are accurately aligned at a predetermined interval L. It Therefore, by arranging the extended state vertically and horizontally and binding the intersections, the work prior to the concrete pouring can be completed. Further, in the invention according to the second aspect, when the cord material 2 is folded at the bending point as shown in FIG. 6 during transportation and storage, the cord material 2 can be stacked at a high density. Furthermore, since the interval L between the steel bars 1 is regulated by the metal bar material 6, more accurate and stable bar arrangement is possible.

When the steel bars 1 are extended, they are connected to each other by a plurality of cords 2 in an avalanche shape so that they are aligned in parallel at predetermined intervals L in parallel. The cord 2 is preferably made of a material having little expansion and contraction, and synthetic resin such as polypropylene resin and polyamide resin can be used. Further, a metal wire such as a steel wire having high flexibility may be used. .

Is 200 mm, but it is needless to say that this interval L can be arbitrarily set according to the pitch at the time of bar arrangement. This embodiment has the configuration as described above, and when it is transported or stocked, it can be made extremely compact if it is wound in a reel shape as shown in FIG. On the other hand, at the time of use, if the bar-shaped member 1 is made to extend in parallel with the bar-shaped members 1 to be parallel, the bar-shaped members 2 are regulated by the cords 2 and the bar-shaped members 1 are accurately aligned in parallel at predetermined intervals. As shown in FIG. 4, the reinforcement work can be completed simply by arranging them vertically and horizontally and binding the intersections. In FIG. 4, 4 is a skeleton, and 5 is a pillar.

Are vertically combined and each intersection is fixed by welding or other method, and a plurality of unitary lattices 3 are vertically aligned, and the unit bodies 3 are connected to each other with a string 2 so as to have a predetermined interval L. There is. The material and the like of the cord 2 are the same as those of the first embodiment described above, and the description thereof is omitted here. The distance between the steel bars 1 and the distance L between the unit bodies 3 are the same as the pitch at the time of bar arrangement, as in the case of the above-mentioned embodiment.
The metal rod 6 merely holds the distance L between the steel bars 1 and does not bear the strength of the reinforced concrete, so there is no problem even if it is a thin rod or wire having poor rigidity. This embodiment has the configuration as described above, and by folding the cord-shaped portion 2 as a bending point as shown in FIG. 6, it can be stacked at a high density, and transportation and storage space can be saved. Can be realized. Further, in this embodiment, the distance L is regulated by the metal rod member 6, so that more accurate bar arrangement is possible. In addition, if the vertical and horizontal lengths of the single grid 3 are made in advance so as to match the loading platform of the truck for transportation, no wasted space is produced during transportation,
It is even more efficient.

By simply extending the cord material 2 and making the cord material 2 in a stretched state, a preset bar arrangement interval L can be easily obtained, and the bar arrangement work can be completed accurately, easily and quickly. It is extremely practical because it not only contributes to the shortening of the material but also has the economical effect of saving the material (steel bar) by reducing the overlapped portion during the rebar arrangement.
