BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a skin care method and a cosmetics selection method for skin care.
The present invention relates to a skin care method and a cosmetic selection method for skin care, which are switched between the months of May, August, and October to October.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, skin care has generally been carried out in two ways: summer care and winter care. This is because in the summer, due to the climate, it becomes difficult to use a heavy-feeling cream, and it becomes easy to sweat, so
Skin care was necessary to prevent the make-up from collapsing, and this was the result of our experience.

This rule of thumb is widely disseminated in the world, and accordingly, each cosmetics manufacturer sets June and September as the time to switch between summer cosmetics and winter cosmetics.
I have set up a campaign. That is, in summer, we recommend a care and skin care cosmetic that suppresses and removes sebum,
In winter it was customary to recommend care and cosmetics to supplement water and lipids.

However, it has never been examined whether or not the changeover time is appropriate, and it is impossible to know whether or not skin care is sufficient. Furthermore, the present situation is that the research on seasonal variation of the skin has not been exhausted.

From this point of view, when skin troubles are investigated, it is noticed that they frequently occur despite unexpected skin care. It is the inside-out of such a phenomenon that the cosmetics for each individual are being developed. However, this kind of correspondence complicates the classification of the skin quality and requires that the face part be divided into smaller parts and the cosmetics corresponding to each part be used, which is extremely difficult for the user to understand. (1) Seasonal changes in skin condition (regularity of cell arrangement and exfoliation of layers) In searching for a method for care and selection of cosmetics, the present inventors investigated the change in skin condition as the basis. . The survey method was a rule of cell arrangement under a microscope (cell array regularity) for samples obtained by tape-stripping the skin condition of 100 panelists selected arbitrarily every month.
And the appearance rate (multilayer peeling) of the material peeled as a lump due to the peeling of the stratum corneum was observed and evaluated. The evaluation standard is a 4-step evaluation in which the cell arrangement is 1: good, 2: slightly good, 3: slightly bad, 4: poor, and there is no multi-layered detachment: 2: few: 3:
There are five levels of evaluation: slightly less, 4: slightly more, and 5: more. The results of observation of cell array regularity are shown in FIG. 1, and the results of observation of stratified layer detachment are shown in FIG. From this, it can be seen that the period in which the cell arrangement is remarkably good continues from May to October, and that during this period, the layer detachment is significantly reduced. Here, it is known that the poor cell array regularity and the large number of stratified layers are closely related to the decrease in the water retention amount of the skin. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the skin with moisture during the period from November to May, in which the cell regularity becomes poor and multi-layer peeling frequently occurs. NMs such as hyaluronic acid, amino acids, etc.
F, cosmetics or the like containing a polyacrylic acid-based polymer moisturizer may be selected and used.

(2) Seasonal changes in skin condition (problems such as acne and pimples) In association with the above investigation, the appearance and appearance rate of skin troubles are investigated by oral consultation to determine the type and appearance rate of troubles. did. Among these, acne and pimples appeared the most, and these alone accounted for 90% of all troubles.
An analysis of the way it appeared revealed seasonal specificity. This is shown in FIG. That is, the appearance of these troubles was concentrated in March to May. It is widely known that these troubles are caused by the presence of excess lipid. That is, the reason why such troubles frequently occur at this time is presumed to be because the skin care method at this time is not appropriate and excess lipid remains on the skin. This assumption removes excess lipid, as shown in the Examples below,
It is proved correct from the fact that it can be prevented by taking care not to overdose lipids. That is, during the period from March to May, it is appropriate to remove lipids and not overdose as skin care for lipids. It turns out that it is good to choose avoiding the use of many creams.

(3) Skin care method and cosmetic selection method of the present invention According to FIG. 3 shown above, January-February and June-December are the conventional cosmetic selection method or care. You can see that there is no problem with the method. In other words, if you have a program that allows you to retain water and remove lipids from March to May and select a cosmetic product suitable for it, the rest will be troublesome due to the conventional care and selection of cosmetics. You can see that you can handle less skin. A feature of the skin care method of the present invention is that water is retained and lipids are removed from March to May. Furthermore, the method of selecting a cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by selecting a cosmetic for skin care that retains water and removes lipids in March to May. Although there are many devises for cosmetic dosage forms for obtaining such effects, the present invention is not limited by the type of such cosmetic dosage forms, and the effect obtained is 3 if it is a product that retains water and removes lipids. It can be selected and used from the month to May.

Example 1 Comparison by use test In order to confirm the suitability of the skin care method and the cosmetic selection method described above, the past cosmetics used, seasonal changes in skin surface morphology, and appearance of troubles have already been observed. The usage test was conducted by using 100 panelists whose situation is clear. 10
The panelists of 0 persons were divided into 5 groups of 20 persons, taking into consideration that the distribution of trouble appearance patterns and the characteristics of the skin surface morphology were not biased among the groups. The lotions 1 and 2 and the cleaning agents 1 and 2 shown in Table 1 were prepared. Considering water retention, the lotion 1 contains hyaluronic acid and glycine as water retention components, and the lotion 2 is a formulation in which the moisturizing component is removed. In addition, the cleaning agent 2 is mixed with cetanol as a fatliquoring agent, and the cleaning agent 1 is formulated to remove the fatliquoring component in order to prevent lipids from remaining on the skin. For 5 groups divided in this way, from March to May, 1 lotion and 1 cleansing agent for 1 group
To the 1st group, lotion 1 and detergent 2, and to the 1st group, lotion 2
And cleansing agent 1; lotion 2 and cleansing agent 2 remain in group 1.
The group received the conventional lotion and cleaning agent. still,
Allocation of the used samples to the groups was performed by double blind. During the test period, the skin surface morphology and the presence or absence of trouble were checked approximately every 10 days. Table 2 shows the results.
The numerical values are average points of the numerical values shown above. From this table, the group in which the lotion 1 and the detergent 1 which are the cosmetics selected by the selection method of the basic cosmetics of the present invention are superior in skin surface morphology and the number of appearance of troubles to other groups. Therefore, it is understood that the selection method and the skin care method of the present invention are appropriate.

Example 2 Usage Test Every spring, 20 women suffering from acne and pimples were collected each spring.
As a panelist, the lotion 1 and the detergent 1 used in Example 1 were used from March to May. At the same time, care was taken to retain water with lotion etc., and care was taken to avoid the use of cosmetics with a lot of lipid such as cream. A questionnaire was asked about how the skin condition during the last 3 months was compared to the average year. The results are shown in Table 3. From this, it can be seen that the skin condition of the present invention is improved by the care of the skin of the present invention using the cosmetic selected by the method of selecting the cosmetic of the present invention. That is, it can be seen that the care method of the present invention is superior to the conventional skin care methods.
