In the conventional structure, since a reactive dye such as an acrylic blanket is used, steaming with a sufficient amount of water is required even when the device is other than an acrylic blanket. This was shared by increasing the temperature of steam and increasing the amount of steam supply. However, since the acrylic blanket contains a large amount of water, the heat of vapor is removed as the heat of vaporization, and the high temperature air stays in the upper part of the furnace, resulting in uneven temperature distribution and uneven coloring. In addition, when the steam supply amount is increased, steam leaks to the outside from the entrance and exit of the blanket, a large amount of heat is lost in the form of steam, and the condensed water drips near the entrance and contaminates the blanket. There was a problem. In view of these problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for steaming an acrylic blanket and a device therefor which can eliminate the waste of heat amount due to steam leakage and can make the temperature distribution uniform.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the device of the present invention, in which a transfer means 3 for suspending a blanket 2 and transferring it in the furnace 1 comprises a plurality of hanging bars 3a. The blanket 2 is parallel-moved while being suspended in a U-shape between the moving bars 3a. As shown in FIG. 2, the hot air circulating means 4 sucks the air in the furnace with a blower 9, heats it with a radiant tube 10, and blows it back into the furnace from a hot air blowing chamber 11 arranged on the floor surface 6. 2 is a header portion for distributing hot air to the plurality of chambers 11,
Reference numeral 13 is a gas burner for a radiant tube. Radiant tube 1 is used as a means for indirectly heating hot air.
0 is the most efficient, but need not be limited to this,
For example, it is possible to use a flexible pipe through which high-pressure steam is passed. Further, below the floor 6 made of a perforated plate, a steam supply means 5 made of a steam jet nozzle or the like is provided as means for adjusting the humidity in the furnace.

In this embodiment, the steam supply means 5 is
It is mainly used to raise the humidity in the furnace to a steady state at the beginning of operation of the device, and is used to keep the humidity in the furnace constant even after the humidity reaches the steady state. Most of the amount of steam required to heat the acrylic blanket 2 with steam is covered by the water contained in the blanket itself and brought into the furnace. Therefore, according to this configuration, the humidity in the furnace can be adjusted independently of each other by the steam supply amount and the temperature in the furnace can be adjusted independently by the combustion amount of the radiant tube gas burner 13, so that a large amount of steam is discharged to the outside of the furnace as in the conventional example. There is no leakage, which can prevent the loss of heat from the blanket inlet and outlet and the contamination of the blanket due to dew.In addition, by stirring the air in the furnace, the temperature distribution is made uniform and uneven coloring is prevented. can do. According to the configuration of the present embodiment, the hot air circulation means 4 is stopped and only the steam supply means 5 is operated, so that the hot air circulation means 4 can be used for steaming thin fabrics. It can also be used as a dryer.

3 to 4 show another embodiment of the present invention, in which the vapor supply means 5 is omitted from the configuration of FIG. 1 and a plurality of rotating rollers 3b are provided as transfer means 3 respectively at fixed positions. The blanket 2 is suspended in a U-shape between them, and the rollers 3b are respectively rotated to drive the blanket 2
Is to be transferred. Reference numeral 14 in the drawing denotes a roller driving motor. In addition, since it is necessary to form or remove a U-shaped slack in the vicinity of the entrance and exit of the blanket 2,
The rollers at both ends are independently controlled. Further, in this example, since the blanket itself depends on the water content brought into the furnace for all of the steam amount required for steaming the acrylic blanket, it cannot be used for blankets other than acrylic blankets or fabrics. On the other hand, there is an excellent advantage that the steam supply means 5 such as a boiler or a steam pipe can be omitted. Further, as the transfer means 3, instead of transferring the bar 3a to move the blanket in parallel as in the conventional case, the roller 3b is rotationally driven to transfer the blanket itself. By so doing, it is possible to prevent the concentration of water due to gravity from causing a temperature drop due to heat of vaporization to occur at the same place, and to prevent the blanket from becoming too thirsty in part, so that the steam is replenished from the steam supply means 5. This is unnecessary, and the hot air circulation means 4 is further improved. Further, in the case of this example, since the amount of steam in the furnace at the beginning of the operation is insufficient, in order to raise the humidity in the furnace to a steady state, a dummy that is impregnated with water only without dyeing is used. The blanket is added to the head of the dyed blanket by a certain length and transferred, but of course other means such as water spraying in the furnace may be used. It should be noted that the circulation direction of the hot air is the same whether it is upward or downward,
In the case of facing downward as in this embodiment, there is an advantage that the ceiling heater 8 for preventing dew drop of FIG. 1 can be omitted.

As described above, the present invention provides the hot air circulating means 4
Is used together with the steam supply means 5 or alone, the whole or most of the steam amount required for steaming the acrylic blanket is covered by the water contained in the blanket itself and brought into the furnace. When the circulation means 4 is used alone, there is an advantage that the cost can be greatly reduced by omitting the boiler and steam piping, and also when the steam supply means 5 is used together, the heat loss due to the leakage of steam to the outside of the furnace is lost. In addition to being able to reduce the amount of dust, it is possible to prevent the blanket from being soiled due to the leakage of the leaked vapor. If the roller 3b itself that suspends the blanket is rotationally driven as the transfer means 3, nonuniform temperature distribution on the blanket due to concentration of water due to gravity is prevented, and at the same time, the blanket is partially thirsty. This has the advantage that it can be prevented, so that the supply of steam by the steam supply means 5 can be eliminated.
