However, in the bag-shaped container of the composite container, since a single-layer film or a laminated film is formed into a bag shape by bonding by heat sealing or the like, the bonding of pinholes or the like is not possible. Liquid leakage due to defects is easy to occur, and the shape of the outer container and the shape of the bag-like container are significantly different, so it is inevitable that some wrinkles will occur, and a part of the stored liquid content will be Easy to remain.

Further, since the bag-shaped container has no shape-retaining property at all, not only is "body swelling" easily caused by the contained liquid, but also when the composite container is dropped,
Due to the weight of the content liquid, the bag-shaped container is easily peeled off from the adhesive surface with the outer container. Furthermore, the filling of the bag-shaped container with the content liquid must be performed in a state where the bag-shaped container is housed in the outer container, and there is a problem that a dedicated filling machine is required.

Further, in the above-mentioned composite container, generally, the upper part of the outer container is formed into an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is provided with an opening for projecting the spout of the bottle from the outer container. However, this bottle is formed by biaxial stretch blow molding, and has a sheet-like thickness (for example, 1.
Since it is a relatively hard container having a volume of 5 liters (350 μm), it has the advantage of having high mechanical strength and sufficient shape retention, but the spout is located from the inclined surface of the outer container. In order to project it, the spout must be bent with respect to the body of the bottle and inserted into the opening in this bent state. There is a problem that it is not easy to mold because it is necessary to have a special stretchable structure such as forming a bellows in the part.

Further, the conventional outer container is generally assembled by using an adhesive, but in the sake brewers and the like producing small lots, the outer container is mainly filled with bottles filled with contents. Since it is done by hand (packing), an outer container that can be easily assembled without using an adhesive has been desired.

Further, the bottle body can be stored in the outer container in a stable state without adhering or fixing the side surface or the bottom surface of the bottle body to the inner surface of the outer container, so that the bottle body can be easily separated from the outer container. Also, unlike conventional bag-shaped containers, it has a certain degree of shape-retaining property, so that large wrinkles do not occur on the inner surface of the bottle body, it is difficult for the liquid content to remain in the bottle body, and the bottle body is a little different from the outer container. Since it is independent, it is less likely that the body will bulge due to the filling of the content liquid.

Further, since the bottle body is a biaxially stretched and blow molded article, the spout portion is along the axial direction of the bottle body, but the thickness of the body portion and the shoulder portion is 100 μm to 20 μm.
Since it is 0 μm, it is lighter than the conventional plastic bottle body, and it is possible to reduce the amount of raw plastic used.
Without giving the shoulder a special shape such as a bellows, the shoulder can be easily bent to incline the spout, and the spout can be fixed to the inclined wall of the outer container. Further, it can be folded and stored / conveyed if desired, and since the body is stretched at an area stretching ratio of 30 to 40, cracks and pinholes do not occur even when folded, and whitening and cloudiness occur. Nothing.

Further, since the shape of the primary molded product to be biaxially stretched and orientation blow-molded is exactly the same as that of a normal biaxially stretched and orientation blow-molded bottle body, it can be molded without using a mold having a special structure. Is possible. The bottle body according to claims 1 to 4 is a polyethylene terephthalate resin (hereinafter, PET).
It is a biaxially stretched orientated blow-molded product of a monolayer of (1) or a laminate having the innermost layer of PET, and thus has excellent aroma retention and gas barrier properties, does not adsorb the odor of the content liquid, etc. Since it has no odor, the odor of the bottle does not transfer to the content liquid.

In the first to fourth aspects, the area stretching ratio of the body is 30 to 40, and the body and shoulder have a wall thickness of 100 μm or more.
The reason for selecting 200 μm is that the area stretching ratio exceeds 40,
If the wall thickness is less than 100 μm, the mechanical strength will be insufficient and opaque haze (cloudiness) will occur due to overstretching, making molding difficult, and if the wall thickness exceeds 200 μm, bending of the shoulder will be difficult. On the other hand, the area draw ratio is 30
This is because the bending property is excellent and sufficient strength, rigidity, gas barrier property and transparency of the bottle can be obtained.

As is apparent from the above description, claim 1
According to the composite container described in any one of 4 to 4, since it can be stored and transported in a folded state before being filled with the content liquid, the cost required for these can be reduced, and the spout and the body of the bottle can be reduced. After filling the content liquid in a straightened state, the spout can be folded and stored in the outer container, or if desired, the content liquid can be filled while the bottle is simply stored in the outer container. It is also possible to make and fill boxes with some changes to existing equipment. Also, since the side and bottom surfaces of the bottle can be stored in the outer container in a stable state without being bonded or fixed to the inner surface of the outer container, the bottle can be easily separated from the outer container, and the inner surface of the bottle is large. Since wrinkles do not occur, the content liquid is less likely to remain in the bottle body, and the body swelling due to filling the content liquid is less likely to occur. Furthermore, since the thickness of the body and shoulder of this bottle is 100 μm to 200 μm, it is lighter than the conventional plastic bottle, and the amount of raw plastic used can be reduced, and the bellows and the like on the shoulder can be reduced. It is possible to easily bend the shoulder part to incline the spout and to fix the spout to the inclined wall of the outer container without giving a special shape of You can also Further, the shape of the primary molded product to be biaxially stretched and oriented blow-molded is exactly the same as that of a normal biaxially stretched and oriented blow-molded bottle body, so that it can be molded without using a mold having a special structure. Since it is a biaxially stretched oriented blow-molded product of a PET single layer or a laminate having the innermost layer of PET, it has excellent fragrance retention and gas barrier properties, does not adsorb the odor of the content liquid, etc. Since there is no odor of the bottle body in the content liquid and the mechanical strength is high, there is no concern that it will break even if the bottle body filled with the content liquid is dropped, and it has excellent recyclability. There is an effect that various drawbacks in the composite container of can be solved. According to the composite container of claim 5, when the bottle is housed in the outer container, the movement of the tilted spout is provided on the first sandwiching piece forming the tilted lid plate of the outer container. Since it is constrained by the lock mechanism by, the assembly of the composite container can be performed easily and quickly. According to the composite container of claim 6, a substantially U-shape provided on the first sandwiching piece forming the inclined lid plate of the outer container in the annular recess formed between the support ring and the flange of the bottle body spout. Since the pouring portion is clamped and fixed by abutting the inner peripheral surface of the notch, the fixed state becomes more solid. According to the composite container of the seventh aspect, the bottle can be easily taken out by breaking the weakening line provided in the outer container. According to the composite container of the eighth aspect, the operation of fixing the inclined lid plate on the outer container can be performed simply and accurately, and the operation of taking out the bottle body by removing the second holding piece becomes extremely simple. According to the composite container of claim 9, the lower end of the elongated hole provided in the annular recess formed between the support ring and the flange of the bottle body spouting portion, the elongated hole extending across the first top plate and the first sandwiching piece. Since the bottle body spouting part is pinched and fixed by abutting the inner peripheral part, and it is constrained by the lock mechanism by the opposed protrusions provided on the first pinching piece, the assembly of the composite container can be performed easily and quickly. In addition, the bottle pouring outlet can be fixed more firmly. In the composite container according to claim 10, since the outer container is assembled and the bottle body is fixed by inserting the insertion piece into a predetermined position according to the procedure according to claim 11, an adhesive is used. Not only is it unnecessary, but even an unskilled person can easily, simply and quickly carry out the manual filling work of bottles. Therefore, it is suitable as a composite container for small lot production,
Further, since the outer container can be disassembled by pulling out the insertion piece, it is possible to very easily separate the bottle body and the outer container.
