The top plate itself is responsible for the bonding strength between the upper ends of the side plates.

It has a conventional structure that plays a role as an element, and simply replacing the material of the top plate with metal from synthetic resin may result in insufficient strength.

It is inserted in the recess and the horizontal rails and the top plate are fixed together.
The top plate has vertical and horizontal ribs that intersect in a grid pattern on its lower surface, and the ribs located in the front and rear parts are formed with recesses in which the height is lower than the ribs located in the middle part. It is characterized by being

Therefore, the horizontal rail can be made thick without protruding the horizontal rail to the storage space side. Therefore, it becomes possible to function as a high-strength structural body, such as by forming the horizontal crosspiece in a channel shape, and the upper ends of the side plates can be firmly coupled to each other by the horizontal crosspiece. Therefore, it is not necessary to use the top plate as a structure for connecting the side plates, and the top plate can be easily made of synthetic resin.

Since it is formed, the intermediate portion that is not supported by the horizontal rail can be made thicker than the portion forming the recess by a dimension corresponding to the thickness dimension of the horizontal rail. It is easy to make it sufficiently strong against the top load.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, an inwardly bending attachment piece 51e is integrally projectingly provided on the upper end of the reinforcing frame member 51b, and a horizontal rail is provided on the attachment piece 51e.
54 is mounted. The horizontal rail 54 is provided with a through hole 54b having a cut-and-raised piece 54a, and the horizontal rail 54 is positioned by engaging the cut-and-raised piece 54a with an engagement hole formed in the mounting piece 51e. Then, the opening edge of the through hole 54b and the mounting piece 51e are welded together.
It is joined via 54c. A base end portion 58a of an L-shaped reinforcing metal fitting 58 is rigidly attached to the inner surface of the reinforcing frame member 51b.
The tip 58b of the reinforcing metal fitting 58 is fixed to the bottom surface of the mounting piece 51e. Then, this horizontal rail 54 is the upper end surface of the side plate 51.
It is arranged above 51j, and its left and right ends are opened to the side with a gap. Bolt insertion holes 54d for attaching the top plate are formed near both ends of the horizontal rail 54. On the other hand, the horizontal rail 55 provided between the rear ends of the side plates 51 has a channel shape that opens downward, and has an extending piece 55a that extends rearward at the rear edge thereof. Both ends 55t of this horizontal rail 55
Is placed on the inner half of the upper bent piece 51c of the left and right side plates 51, and the extending piece 55a is made to go under the upper bent piece 53a of the back plate 53. . An elastically deformable cut-and-raised piece 55b is integrally engaged with the extension piece 55a, and the cut-and-raised piece 55b and the extension piece 55a elastically move the upper bent piece 53a. The horizontal rail 55 is fixed to the upper bent piece 51c of the side plate 51 via the welded joint 55c in a state of being pressed. The upper bent piece 53a of the back plate 53 is provided with a rectangular positioning hole 53b with which the tip of the cut and raised piece 55b is engaged. By the way, this horizontal rail 55
Are also disposed above the upper end surface 51j of the side plate 51, and the left and right ends 55t of the side plate 51 are entirely opened laterally. Further, in the vicinity of both ends of the horizontal rail 55, a passage hole 55d having a large width and a locking hole having a width smaller than the passage hole 55d are provided.
55e and 55e are formed continuously in the front-rear direction.

And the side plate portion 6 hung from both side edges of the lower surface 61a of the upper plate portion 61.
2, and a front plate portion 63 hung from the lower surface front edge of the upper plate portion 61,
A flat one having a back plate portion 64 hung from the rear edge of the lower surface of the upper plate portion 61, and a concave portion 6a for receiving the horizontal rails 54, 55 at the lower front portion and the lower rear portion of the upper plate portion 61, 6b are formed respectively. Specifically, on the lower surface 61a of the upper plate portion 61, reinforcing vertical ribs 65 and horizontal ribs 66 intersecting in a grid pattern are provided, and the vertical ribs 65 and horizontal ribs at the positions where the horizontal bars 54, 55 are located. The recesses 6a and 6b are formed by making the rib 66 shorter than the vertical rib 65 and the horizontal rib 66 located in the middle. The vertical ribs 65 located in the central portion in the left-right direction are arranged at a narrower interval than the vertical ribs 65 on the left and right sides to increase the arrangement density.

Moreover, since the horizontal rails 54, 55 can be effectively accommodated in the recesses 6a, 6b provided in the lower front surface and the lower rear surface of the top plate 6, the side rails 54, 55 having a channel-like thickness can be used. The upper ends of 51 can be firmly joined together. Therefore, since it is not necessary for the top plate 6 to play a role as a structural element for connecting the side plates, the top plate 6 can be made of synthetic resin without difficulty. When the top plate 6 is made of synthetic resin, it can be easily manufactured and is lightweight, so that the cost can be reduced and the manufacturing efficiency and the usability can be effectively improved.

If the recesses 6a and 6b are formed so as to be lower than the ribs 65 and the horizontal ribs 66, the top plate 6 can be made lighter without lowering the strength. If you do this, the horizontal rails 54, 55
In the intermediate portion which is not supported by the vertical ribs 65 and the horizontal ribs 66, the height of the vertical ribs 65 and the horizontal ribs 66 can be increased by a dimension corresponding to the thickness dimension of the horizontal rails 54 and 55, so that the intermediate portions do not have insufficient strength.
