両の運転者などは列車を止めようと努力はするものの間
に合わなかったと言った事故例は後を絶つものではなっ
た従って踏切に設置された警報ボタンであれ一括型のコ
ントロールセンターであれ間に合わないのは隠せない遅
れである[発明が解決しようとする課題]何よりも列車
の運転手自身が線路先を見通せない状態にあったのだか
ら目隠し走行をしていたようなものなのである列車妨害
も年々悪質化傾向にありそのような最中の増便や高速化
は大事故の条件を揃えるようなもので鉄道の不安材料は
山済みであるその不安の一つは踏切である踏切事故に至
っては小さな子供ばかりではなく大人までもが含まれて
いる単に本人の不注意だと言えばそれまでなのだが見方
を変えて見れば遮断機の閉鎖に欠点があるあまりにも無
駄過ぎるものがあって却って危険であると言えよう何で
もが高速化である流れに逆らっているものでもありその
為に遮断機を飛び越えたり下から潜り抜けたりと後を絶
たないのはある意味では当然かも知れない踏切での無駄
時間はもたつく事もありうる車等の為にあって歩行者の
安全にはなっていない一例を上げると遅刻ぎりぎりだっ
た為に慌てての事故これは普段から飛び越えたり下を潜
ったりの光景を見慣れているからであり危険の認識が薄
れてしまっている証拠でもある従って列車の接近具合ま
で予期できるもので危険きわまりない目隠し走行を止め
れるもので直前のいたずら防止までできるようなものと
特にこの三つが望まれるのではないかと考えるのである [課題を解決する為の手段]本発明は以上のような課題
を解決したものであるこの発明は電動モーターで動く小
型車両に列車運転手の情報に必要なハイテク装置を搭載
した言わば鉄道の小型車両ロボットもっと簡単に説明す
ると列車運転手の盲導犬的役割を果たすもので見えぬ前
方の状況を列車に送信する車両ロボットである又図面に
登場する犬や鳥はそれなりに合わせたものであって別に
図面のような犬や鳥にしなくても構わないとし人が乗る
乗らないも問うものではない更に通信方法であるが配線
式でも強い電波等のものでも通信手段であれば何でもよ
いとする[作用]この小型車両ロボット鉄道犬と電線ロ
プロスは共に列車の前を先行して走行するものであるか
ら次のように使用すると同時に鉄道犬と電線ロプロスは
共に同じような内容のものであるから鉄道犬の使用説明
とする即ち鉄道犬と列車先頭は長い長いケーブル線入ロ
ープで繋げたようなものであるから列車に追突されたり
しないよう「ロ」でもって車間距離調整をするそして列
車運転席に設置するテレビ・モニターは鉄道犬のテレビ
・カメラ「ハ」が捕らえるものであり又障害物等の発見
には前方の物体を探知する鉄道犬の耳「イ」が捕らえ危
険信号としてケーブル線を通じ減速しながら列車運転手
に送信するのであるこの様な具合であるから列車運転手
は危険信号受信時モニター画面に注意をはらうので見落
としはありえないのである又減速しながら危険信号でも
って指示を仰ぐ鉄道犬に対し判断するのも指示を出すの
も列車運転手であるから盲目者と盲導犬との関係だと思
えばわかりよ過ぎるかも知れない従って特殊訓練済みの
盲導犬のように予め出発駅にて最終駅までのプログラム
をされている鉄道犬は列車運転手が操作しなくても予定
駅のホーム先頭に自動停止し発車の指示を待つものであ
るそしてすぐ後から追い着くように到着した列車運転手
が乗客の乗り降りに関係なく時期を見計らって運転席に
あるスタート・ボタンでもって鉄道犬を発車させる先に
発車した鉄道犬は後方列車を気ずかうかの様に徐々に加
速し先導車両として後方からの列車が間近に接近してい
る事を知らせるような感じで走行するのである[発明の
効果]深夜に移動する特殊トレーラーをはじめとしレー
ス場やオリンピックその他いろいろな所で先導する物が
見られる本案はそこに目を付けヒントを得たものである
即ち加速する列車の前で同じように先導車両が走るので
あれば何の意味もなく却って邪魔になり二重三重の事故
を起こし兼ねないしかし列車の制動距離含む確認判断を
考慮し余裕を作る意味で前を走るならば又そこからの生
の状況を直通で見れるとあらば列車にとってこれ程の安
全は無いと言えよう即ち列車にとって何があるかわから
ない前方とスケートでもするかのような長い長い制動距
離この二つは誰もが知っている手のつけようのない欠点
ポイントであり過去の事故例から見ても今更言うまでも
あるまい更に利点を続けると列車の錯覚を言いたい列車
は正面から見ると油断できるものがあり実際横切られる
と恐怖感さえ感じるこの極端な感じ方の違いだけでも事
故の誘発感が伺えるのである線路内に知らずして迷い込
