Abstract

PURPOSE: To commonly use the length of a drain conduit even in the case of large and small refrigerators having different heights. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises a defrosted water pan 11 installed in a machine room 10 to guide defrosted water received by a trough 8 installed at the lower part of a cooler 6 via a drain conduit 9 embedded in foamed heat insulator 14, wherein the conduit has an expandable or contractable part to regulate in length on the way of the conduit 9. Thus, since several types can be coped with one type of the drain conduit, a component management from the supply of the component to the service can be remarkably improved.

It cannot be shared even when the size between the gutter 28 and the evaporation tray 31 is slightly changed (in the case of a refrigerator having a different height). For example, a drainage conduit 29 having a length difference of 5 mm to 10 mm must be prepared. There was a problem of not becoming. Therefore, there is a problem that it is troublesome not only in production but also in inventory management at the time of service.

That is, a defrosting water received by a gutter installed in the lower part of the cooler is introduced into a defrosting water receiving pan installed in a machine room through a drainage conduit embedded in a foam insulation material. At this point, an elastic part whose length can be adjusted is provided in the middle of the drainage pipe so that it is not necessary to prepare several kinds of drainage pipes having different lengths due to the height difference of the refrigerator.

In order to achieve the above means, the drainage conduit is made of a synthetic resin material, and the expansion and contraction portion is made into a bellows shape, and each bellows member forming the bellows portion extends or contracts at the dead point. By making it a conduit that retains its shape as it is, it can be handled in the same way as a conventional drainage conduit at the time of assembly, etc., and it does not lead to a decrease in work efficiency.

Further, a part or the whole of the drainage conduit is formed of a bellows which can be expanded and contracted, and even if the drainage conduit is partially bent and used, a bending reaction force is not generated so that the drainage conduit is easily assembled. This is an improvement.

The bellows part of which the L dimension can be varied is formed in a part or the whole of the drainage conduit, and the bellows member is extended or contracted to make the dimension between the gutter and the evaporation tray of different heights. This makes it possible to support refrigerators of different types. That is, by preparing the bellows part of the drainage conduit in a contracted state in advance, a refrigerator having a taller height can be used by extending the bellows part as the height increases. Is.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The details of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 are longitudinal sectional views of a refrigerator equipped with the present invention. Figure 3,
FIG. 4 is a sectional view of a main part of the drainage conduit. First, FIG. 1 and FIG.
In the above, 1 is the refrigerator body. The main body 1 has a freezer compartment 2 and a refrigerator compartment 3 inside. 4 and 5 are the above-mentioned freezing room 2,
A door that closes the front opening of the refrigerating compartment 3, 4 is a freezer compartment door, and 5 is a refrigerating compartment door. 6 is a cooler installed at the back of the freezer compartment 2. 7 is a blower for circulating cold air. Reference numeral 8 is a gutter installed below the cooler 6 and receives defrost water when the frost attached to the cooler is melted by a defrosting pipe heater or the like. 9 is a machine room where defrost water collected in the gutter is formed in the lower part of the refrigerator.
A drainage conduit leading to the evaporation dish 11 installed inside. The drainage pipe 9 passes through the foam insulation 14 filled between the inner box 12 forming the freezer compartment 2 and the refrigerating compartment 3 and the outer box 13 forming the outer shell, and is removed from the gutter 8 to the evaporation tray 11. Guide the frost water. That is, one end of the drainage conduit 9 is connected to the gutter 8 and the other end is open in the machine room 10 so as to face the evaporation tray 11.

1 and 2 are refrigerators having the same structure as described above, the difference between them is the distance L from the gutter 8 to the evaporation tray 11.
1 and L 2 dimensions are different. (L 1 > L 2 ) Further, the drainage conduit 9 is the same as that in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the drainage conduit 9 in FIG. 1 has a bellows portion 9 a extending as compared with the drainage conduit 9 ′ in FIG. 2. Is.

3 to 6, A indicates a bellows portion,
B shows a straight pipe part. A is a bellows member forming the bellows portion. As shown in FIG. 5, the bellows member A1 moves like a solid line when extended and moves like a broken line when contracted. Then, the straight line P is used as a dead point, and a spring action is performed. As a result, the bellows member A1 remains stretched, or
It keeps the shrunk state. Of course, when the drainage conduit 9 is used for a bent portion, as shown in FIG. 6, the bellows member A1 is fully extended on the side having a large radius of curvature, and contracted when the radius of curvature is small. Even at this time, the above-mentioned state of expansion and contraction is maintained.

With the drainage conduit having such a structure, the space between the gutter 8 and the evaporation tray 11 is always the required size L 1 or L 2.
Therefore, there is no slack between the inner box and the outer box, which does not hinder the formation of the foamed heat insulating material. In addition, workability during assembly work is not deteriorated.
