【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】内部に円筒状の流体通路を貫通した弁本体
と、該弁本体内に回転自在に軸支される円板状の弁体
と、弁本体と弁体との間に介挿された弾性密封材製のシ
ートリングとからなり、弁本体の直径方向対向位置に弁
軸孔が形成され、該弁軸孔に整合して弁本体の外周面か
ら直径方向外方へ延び出す弁軸筒が形成され、弁軸孔は
弁軸筒内を貫通しており、該弁軸孔に弁体を軸支する弁
棒が挿通軸支されているバタフライ弁において前記弁軸
孔の中心を通り流体通路と直交するフランジ面と平行な
分割平面に沿って弁本体を2つの弁本体部材に2分割
し、各弁本体部材を弁軸を対称軸とする対称な形状に形
成すると共に、各弁本体部材に分割平面に向って開放さ
れる盲貫の穴を複数形成し、分割平面を接合面として2
つの弁本体部材を一体的に接合して内部に前記盲貫の穴
を密封したことを特徴とするバタフライ弁。
