字形状を成し、そのガイド部材の外周部に複数設けら
れ、そのワイヤが引き出される時には弾性変形してその
ワイヤが前記外周縁に沿って巻き戻されることを許容す
るが、そのワイヤの引出しが停止した時には、前記折曲
部とそのワイヤとの係合により、そのワイヤが自身の弾
