DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the technique disclosed in the above publication, since a seesaw switch that mechanically operates as a door switch and opens and closes an electrical contact is adopted, the seesaw switch is pressed to operate mechanically. Since the seesaw switch must be exposed so that the piece can be provided on the door body or the heat insulating box and the pressing operation can be performed by the pressing piece, not only the switch and the pressing piece can be seen from the outside, but also the switch and the pressing piece. Is exposed to the outside air and is exposed to the influence of dew, which poses a risk of electric leakage, and the secular change due to repeated pressing operations becomes significant, and damage due to wear is likely to occur.

On the other hand, in the technique disclosed in the above publication, a reed switch that operates in a magnetic relationship is adopted. However, when disposing two magnets directly involved in the operation of the reed switch in the door body and the heat insulation box body. , A special storage part must be formed in the vicinity of the hinge for opening and closing the door in order to keep the magnets close to each other, which not only impairs the appearance but also opens and closes the door by opening and closing the door. There is a problem that dew that adheres to the inner surface easily moves and enters the storage section.

Action The bottom of the article storage portion not only acts as a placement member for placing an article, but also acts as a storage member for burying a magnet, and serves as a reed switch in which the magnet embedded when the door is closed is embedded in the partition wall. The magnets are brought close to each other and open the door to separate the magnet from the reed switch. Further, since the reed switch is embedded in the partition wall, it is not affected by dew condensation due to the door opening / closing operation.

The inside of the heat insulating box 2 is divided into upper and lower parts by a partition wall 6, and the upper part of the partition wall 6 is a freezing chamber 7 that is cooled to a freezing temperature. In addition, the space below the partition wall 6 is divided into three upper and lower chambers by a partition plate 8, the uppermost part of which is cooled to a refrigerating temperature, and the middle part is an ice greenhouse 11, which is cooled to an ice temperature zone.
The lowermost part is a vegetable compartment 12, and a container (not shown) having an upper opening is arranged in the ice greenhouse 11 and the vegetable compartment 12 so as to be freely dispensed. Reference numerals 13, 14, 15, and 16 are heat-insulating door bodies that respectively open and close the chambers 7, 10, 11, and 12 described above.

Reference numerals 31, 32 and 33 are door pockets as article storage units arranged in order vertically on the inner surface of the door body 14 of the refrigerating room 10, and both sides of the door pockets project to the shelf 22 side and face the shelf 22. The one surface is formed in an arc shape substantially along the rotation trajectory of the shelf 22. Further, the inner surface of the door body 14 has a shape in which the central portion projects forward in an arc shape having a smaller curvature than the one surface,
The front spaces on both sides of the shelf 22, which is a dead space, can be effectively used, and the depths of the left and right portions of the door pocket are made larger than the depth of the central portion to secure the volumes of the door pockets 31, 32 and 33. Further, the front portion of the door body 14 also has a central portion protruding forward in an arc shape, so that the heat insulating thickness of the door body 14 is secured. Therefore, the door body 14 has a curved shape which forms an arc as a whole.

The door pocket 41 has both sides projecting to the shelf 21 side, and its bottom portion 42 has a shape that closes the lower surface of the tubular body formed by the inner surface of the door body 13 and one surface of the door pocket 41. When closed, the front surface and the bottom portion 42 of the partition wall 6 facing the inside of the freezing room 7 are closed.
And face each other. The left and right portions of the bottom portion 42 are formed so as to project more toward the inside of the refrigerator than the central portion, and the left and right portions (the right portion in the present embodiment because the hinge is attached to the right side) are provided with a reed switch 46 to be described later. A magnet 43 to be controlled is embedded together with a holder 44 made of a heat insulating material such as polystyrene foam. As shown in FIG. 2, the compartment 6 has a resin upper plate 6A facing the freezing chamber 7 side and supporting the shelf 21, a resin lower plate 6B facing the refrigerating chamber 10 side, and these upper plates 6A. And a heat insulating material 6C such as styrofoam located between the lower plates 6B, and its front portion is curved so as to project forward from the side wall of the heat insulating box 2.

Further, a reed switch 46 whose contact is turned on / off (that is, closed and opened) by the magnetic force of the magnet 43 is embedded in the front right portion of the partition wall 6. Reference numeral 47 is a holding heat insulating material for burying the reed switch 46, and 48 is a cap for closing an inspection port 49 formed in the lower plate 6B. The reed switch 46 and the magnet 43 described above constitute a door switch. Further, the reed switch 46 is configured to be connected to an electric component such as a blower for cooling or an interior lamp (both not shown) to control the energization of this electric component, and the door body 13 is closed. When the magnet 43 is in proximity to the reed switch 46, the magnet 43 receives the magnetic force of the magnet 43 to close (turn on), the door body 13 is opened, the magnet 43 and the reed switch 46 are separated, and the magnetic force of the magnet 43 changes. It is configured to open (off) when it reaches the limit.

Next, the embedding of the reed switch 46 and the magnet 43 will be described. With the magnet 43 inserted in the recess 45 formed in the lower portion of the holder 44, the magnet 43 is held at an appropriate position in the bottom portion 42 of the inside cabinet plate 13B made of resin, and is placed between the inside cabinet plate 13B and the door exterior plate 13A made of metal. The foam heat insulating material 13C is filled (at this time, the magnet 43 is located near the inner surface of the bottom portion 42) to form the door body 13. 13D is the door 1
It is a packing containing a magnet provided in a portion facing the partition wall 6 of 3. On the other hand, with the reed switch 46 inserted in the recess 50 formed in the upper portion of the holding heat insulating material 47, the holding heat insulating material 47 is fixed to the holding recess 51 formed in the heat insulating material 6C, and the upper plate 6A and The lower plate 6B holds and fixes the heat insulating material 6C. At this time, connect the lead wire 52 of the reed switch 46 to the inspection port of the lower plate 6B.
Lead to the 49 side. Then, connect the lead wire 52 to a lead wire (not shown) extending from the electric component, and
The inspection port 49 is closed at 48, and the partition wall 6 is created. For this reason, the reed switch 46 has a cap 48 and a holding insulating material.
Since it can be removed by removing 47, the inspection and replacement work can be easily performed, and the reed switch can be held in a portion that is not affected by dew drops.

With the above configuration, each door has a curved shape that projects forward, but since the space in front of the door is a space required for opening and closing the door, this curved shape reduces the installation area of the refrigerator 1. Even if it is increased, the adverse effect of the increased installation area is extremely small.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, since the magnet is embedded in the bottom of the article storage portion that faces the inside when the door is closed, a special protrusion for storing the magnet is formed. No need. Further, since the reed switch is embedded in the bottom of the article storage portion of the partition wall and the portion facing the magnet, the portion of the partition wall where the article is not placed (so-called dead space) can be effectively utilized, and the door The effect of dewdrops on the reed switch due to the opening / closing operation of is eliminated.
