PURPOSE: To save such trouble that a receiver of an envelope writes his address, name, etc., on a reply post card or on a reply envelope. CONSTITUTION: One oblong-shaped sheet is folded in two, or in three or more, to continuously form a front sheet part 13, a rear sheet part and an inner sheet part. An envelope 11 is formed in a folded state, and a display part for an address of a receiver of the envelope thus formed is provided on the outer face of the front sheet part. A part of or the whole of the inner sheet part is formed separably by perforated lines, and the separated inner sheet part can be used for a reply envelope, or for a reply post card, which is to be sent by the receiver. A lining sheet 23 with an adhesive layer, which lines the address display part, is attached to the inner face of the front sheet part. A cut-off line 24 is formed around the address display part within the range of the lining sheet so as not to reach the lining sheet and, according to this cut-off line, the address display part is peeled from the lining sheet together with the adhesive layer, whereby the peeled address display part can be stuck as it is to a sender's column on a reply envelope, or on a reply post card.

Although the reply envelope is integrally formed in the above embodiment, the reply postcard 31 is integrally formed through the perforation 32 for cutting as shown in FIG. The seat 33 may be used. In this case as well, the address display section 11c can be similarly attached to the sender column 31a. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the sheet is formed in the order of the front cover portion, the back paper portion, and the inner paper portion, but if the sheet 43 is formed in the order of the back paper portion, the front cover portion, and the inner paper portion as shown in FIG. Good. Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the envelope formed by folding one sheet into five and adhering the peripheral edges is described. However, this is an example, and one sheet is folded into 3 to 15. Any envelope may be used as long as it is formed by adhering the peripheral edges. In this case, since a relatively large amount of information such as product information can be printed on the inner surface of the envelope, the product can be explained to the customer in an easy-to-understand manner. Further, in the above embodiment, the products and the like are printed on the inner surface of the envelope, but the sample product can be releasably adhered to the inner surface of the backing paper, and the booklet can be releasably adhered to the inner surface of the backing paper. Good. In this case, when the customer tries the product sample, the customer can immediately determine whether or not he or she wants to purchase the product.

In the above embodiment, the adhesive layer is formed on the inner surface of the envelope. However, the adhesive layer may be applied at intervals so that the envelope is finally formed. Further, in the above embodiment, perforations were formed along the periphery of the sheet,
As shown in FIG. 9, an envelope sealed by forming a peelable adhesive layer 58 on the peripheral edge of the sheet without forming perforations, folding the sheet 53, and adhering the sheet with the adhesive layer 58. May be formed. In this case, since the adhesive layer 58 is peeled off relatively easily, the customer can easily open the envelope.
