[0003] However, catalogs and pamphlets put in envelopes are often made in the form of booklets, and
Due to the restrictions on the shape of the envelope, the area per page of the catalog or pamphlet or the area when the page is opened is not so large, and it is not possible to secure a large amount of notification information to the recipient. It was inconvenient. In this regard, the inventor has proposed a sheet that can be folded into a sealed form by folding one sheet. In this sheet, the sheet body is provided with a horizontal fold portion extending in a first direction and a vertical fold portion intersecting the horizontal fold portion in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. It is divided into at least four sides by a vertical fold and a horizontal fold, so that it can be folded in the first direction from the vertical fold after being folded horizontally in the second direction from the horizontal fold. In this case, the sheet surface located at the end of the winding and folding is used as an envelope paper, and the sheet surface connected to the envelope paper via a vertical folding portion is used as an envelope paper so that a letter can be obtained. Further, in this sheet, in order to enable sealing as a sealed letter, a sealing piece folded on the envelope lower paper side is connected to a side edge of the envelope upper paper side, and the sealing is performed. The sealing piece can be peeled off between the opposing piece connected to the piece via the horizontal folding portion, and the counter piece and the sealing piece are folded and attached to the envelope lower paper in a state where the sealing piece is combined. I was As described above, since the sheet is folded horizontally and then folded from the vertically folded portion, the sheet length in the winding direction of the sheet portion inward at the beginning of winding and the winding direction of the sheet portion in the outward direction Even if the sheet length is the same, the end side of the inner sheet portion slightly comes out to the outside. That is, at the time when the sealing piece to be the final fold is folded on the envelope base paper, the side of the opposing piece protrudes outward from the sealed letter from under the sealed piece, and the appearance of the sealed letter is easily damaged. There has been a request to improve this point. In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to prevent the above-mentioned opposing piece from protruding even when the sheet body is folded horizontally, and is formed from a sheet that can secure a large area notification information surface. The purpose is not to impair the appearance of the sealed letter.

If the opposite piece 13 connected to the sealing piece 12 via the laterally folded portion 3 is not shorter than the sealing piece 12, it is likely that the winding piece will be exposed when it is wound and folded, as shown in FIG. In (d), the side edge portion of the opposing piece 13 indicated by the virtual line 13a is exposed. Therefore, in the present invention, in the facing piece 13, the first direction X is smaller than that of the sealing piece 12.
Is provided as a short rectangular shape. Since the facing piece 13 has a short width as described above, even if the facing piece 13 is overlapped on the sealing piece 12 and the sealing piece 12 is folded on the envelope sheet 6 from the folding section 16 as shown in FIG.
As shown in (d), the side edge 17 of the facing piece 13 is not exposed to the outside of the envelope, so that the appearance of the envelope is not impaired. The opposing piece 13 has a certain width dimension so that the side edge 17 does not cover the adhesive application planned area 14 of the sealing piece 12, but the present invention is not limited to this. As shown by the imaginary line 17a in FIG. 1 (a), the width may be reduced to a shorter width to eliminate the opening means, and the opposing pieces 13 may be eliminated.

On one sheet surface of the folded letter-sealing sheet 1, a postcard 18 is detachably attached via a holding means 19 to one side which is inward when the sheet is folded. (See FIG. 3), the recipient sees the information written on the folded envelope and opens the postcard so that the recipient can use it as a reply. Of course, the size of the postcard is smaller than the size of the sheet surface, and the width of the sheet surface gradually increases in the first direction from the winding start end to the winding end, so that the size at the winding start end side is small. The width and height of one sheet surface may be smaller than or equal to each other. The postcard is described as being detachably attached to the sheet surface. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a part of the sheet surface may be configured as the postcard.

In order to create a letter from the folded letter sheet 1 having the above-mentioned structure and the required information printed thereon, as shown in FIG. Fold horizontally in the second direction Y. Next, an adhesive is applied to the exposed adhesive application area 8 of the exposed sealing piece 7 and the adhesive application expected area 10 on the side of the horizontal folding section 3, and the sheet on the right side of the drawing in FIG. Winding is performed in the first direction X from the vertical folding section 4 with the front side (the sheet surface side opposite to the envelope upper paper 5) as the winding start end (see FIG. 2B). In this manner, the sealing pieces 7 are adhered to each other by applying the adhesive to the adhesive application areas 8 and 10 and winding and folding them.
And f are stuck together in a state where they can be peeled off. After the folding envelope sheet 1 has been wound and folded as described above, as shown in FIG. 2C, the envelope portion 20 having an opening on one side is obtained by laminating the winding envelope and the opposing portion. Envelope 21 with various information such as written printed on envelope 20
Insert Note that the envelope 20 is not necessarily
There is no need to insert one. Thereafter, an adhesive is applied to the adhesive application planned area 14 of the sealing piece 12, and then the sealing piece 12
And the opposing piece 13 are superimposed on and adhered to the envelope sheet 6.
In this manner, a required folded portion is attached, an enclosure is provided, and a sealed folded envelope 22 is obtained (FIG. 2).
(D)). In order to open the folded envelope 22 composed of the illustrated folded envelope sheet, the sealing piece 12 is opened from the opening means 15 and the sealing piece 7 is separated from the easy opening means 9, and the adhesive coated with the adhesive is opened. If the sheet body 2 is opened by returning the folded state while separating the application area 10 and the peeling section 11 from each other, the enclosure 21 can be taken out, and the entire surface of the sheet body 2 can be seen. The postcard 18 is also exposed and can be removed. In the above-described example, postcard sheets are arranged on one sheet surface, but postcard sheets may be arranged on a plurality of sheet surfaces.

As described above, according to the present invention, after the sheet body is folded horizontally, the sheet is folded as a vertical fold perpendicular to the transverse fold, and the sealing piece on the last side of the folded sheet is attached to the envelope base paper. In the sheet in which the sealed letter is obtained, the opposite piece connected to the sealed piece via the horizontal folding portion has a width smaller than the width from the adhesive application planned area of the sealed piece to the envelope paper, so that the sealing is performed. Excellent practicality, as the opposing piece does not appear outside the envelope when the piece is attached to the envelope bottom side, and the appearance of the envelope can be kept in a very simple structure. It has the effect that it has.
