In the conventional steel transportation container C ', the distance L'between the lower end portion 17a of the wedge-shaped portion 17 of the toe grip angle 11 and the vertical wall 15 is narrowed, and the toe panel P2 is shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, the lower frame 19 is slanted outward (θ2 = approximately 45 ° to 60 °) and the lower frame 19 is wedge-shaped portion 1.
I am trying to lock it at 7. The same applies to the side panel 1. For this reason, a wide space is required in the front, rear, left and right of the lower waist 13, and the steel transportation container C ′ cannot be assembled in a narrow space.

Further, since the panels P1 and P2 are mounted while being greatly inclined as described above, the line of sight of an operator leaning the panels is blocked by the panels P1 and P2, and the wedge-shaped portion 17 of the grip angle 11 and the grip angle 21 are bent. It was difficult to confirm the piece 23. Further, since the worker has to engage the lower frame 19 and the grip angles 11 and 21 while supporting the weight of the panels P1 and P2, the work efficiency is extremely poor.

In addition, as shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG.
When the lower frame 19 of the toe panel P2 is once placed on the grip angle 11, the lower frame 19 is press-fitted between the wedge-shaped portion 17 and the vertical wall 15, and the left and right of the toe panel P2 with respect to the grip angle 11. In some cases, position adjustment in the direction (direction perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. 4) becomes impossible.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a grip angle for a steel transportation container according to the present invention has a side wall panel on each side of a lower waist upper surface edge which becomes a floor of the transportation container. In a steel transportation container which is erected and constitutes a side wall which is closed in a tubular shape by engaging side edges of the side wall panel with side edges of adjacent side wall panels, a lower edge of the side wall panel A horizontal plate-like lower frame fixed to the lower frame, and an engaged part integrally and horizontally extended from the outer side portion of the lower frame so as to slightly project from the outer surface of the side wall panel, An inner vertical wall extending vertically upward inside the lower edge of the side wall panel on the side of the lower waist upper edge, and on the side of the lower waist upper edge, An outer vertical wall extending vertically upward on the outer side of the lower edge of the side wall panel, A locking portion that extends integrally from the upper end of the outer vertical wall and hangs downward through the semi-arc-shaped bent portion on the side wall panel side and terminates at a position directly above the locked portion. The bent portion has a radius of curvature that vertically supports the side wall panel on a lateral side below the waist in the process of standing the side wall panel, and the lower end of the tip end of the locked portion of the side wall panel is The weight of the side wall panel is applied to the upper end surface and the weight is stored in the bent portion. When the side wall panel is tilted outward with the upper limit of about 10 ° in this state, the lower frame and the locked portion of the side wall panel are perpendicular to the inner side. A small radius of curvature that can be fitted between the wall and the outer vertical wall, the side wall panel is returned from the tilted posture to the vertical posture, and the locked portion is inserted under the locking portion. Is characterized by.

In the state where the side wall panel is erected vertically on the lower side of the waist, the lower surface of the tip of the locked portion at the lower end of the side wall panel is brought into contact with the upper end surface of the bent portion of the lower waist outer vertical wall. Deposit the weight of in the bent part. In this state, the side wall panels and the lower waist are positioned in the left-right direction so that the side portions of the panel do not protrude from the lower waist corners. Since the contact area between the lower end surface of the locked portion and the upper end surface of the bent portion is extremely small, the frictional force is small and the operator can perform the positioning with a light force.

From this state, the side wall panel is moved outward by about 10 °.
The upper limit is tilted and the locked portion is slid along the locking portion between the inner vertical wall and the outer vertical wall. Next, the side wall panel is returned from the tilted posture to the original vertical posture with the tip of the locked portion abutting on the lower waist. As a result, the lower frame and the locked portion are fitted between the inner vertical wall and the outer vertical wall, and the locking portion is located right above the locked portion to prevent the side wall panel from coming off. The removal of the side wall panel is performed by reversing the above procedure.

Next, how to attach the side panel P1 or the toe panel P2 to the grip angle 1 will be described. First, as shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG. 1, with the bottom surface of the lower frame 19 parallel to the horizontal portion 4 of the grip angle 1, the locked portion 19a is placed on the upper end surface 7a of the bent portion 7. At this time, the tip lower surface 19b of the locked portion 19a is in line contact with the upper end surface 7a of the bent portion 7. In this way, the lateral position of the side panel P1 or the toe panel P2 with respect to the grip angle 1 is adjusted with the total weight of the side panel P1 or the toe panel P2 stored in the bent portion 7. The sliding resistance of the lower frame 19 with respect to the upper end surface 7a of the bent portion 7 is low friction due to the line contact, and can move the side panel P1 or the toe panel P2 in the left-right direction with a small force.

The tip lower surface 19b of the locked portion 19a is shown in FIG.
As shown by the alternate long and short dash line, after coming into contact with the horizontal portion 4 of the grip angle 1, the toe panel P2 is vertically raised, and the vertical wall of the lower frame 19 is overlapped with the inner vertical wall. At this time, the tip lower surface 19b of the locked portion 19a comes into surface contact with the horizontal portion 4 of the grip angle 1 and is inserted below the locking portion 8, and the side wall panel P (the pair of side panels P1 and the toe panel P2) is inserted. And the engagement with the grip angle 1 are completed. The side portion P1
The a and the side portion P2a, and the side portion P1b and the side portion P2b have a structure similar to that of FIG. 7, and are engaged with each other in a tubular shape.

As described above, according to this embodiment,
When the lower ends of the panels P1 and P2 are vertically mounted on the grip angle 1, the sliding friction between them can be reduced, and when the panels are vertically set, the side panel P1 or the toe panel P2 and the grip are gripped. Since it is easy to visually confirm the engagement state with the angle 1, the position of the panel can be quickly adjusted. Further, since it is not necessary to incline the side panel P1 or the toe panel P2 to the outside, the panels P1 and P2 can be efficiently and surely assembled to the grip angle 1 even in a narrow place.

As described above, according to the steel transportation container of the present invention, when the side wall panel is temporarily placed under the waist,
Sliding friction between them can be reduced. Further, since the side wall panel is temporarily placed vertically, an operator who manually supports the side wall panel can see through the lower end portion of the side wall panel satisfactorily, and the position of each panel in the left-right direction can be easily adjusted.
Also, by widening the gap between the locking part and the inner vertical wall, making the bent part have a small curvature, and narrowing the space between the locking part and the outer vertical wall, the locked part can be tilted slightly outward. Since it can be easily slid into the locking portion and can be removed, it is possible to assemble or disassemble even in a narrow space where space is not enough.
