【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、製品中にブローホールが生ずる欠陥をなく
して品質を向上させることのできる真空ダイカスト装置
に係るものである。

種の鋳造は溶融金属を高速・高圧で金型内へ充填するた
め、キャビティ内のガスを自然排気に任せると溶湯とガ
スとの置換が不完全となり、ガス巻き込み現象が起こっ
てブローホール欠陥が生じ、不良製品となることがあ
る。

所望の押圧力を作用させて良品質の製品を得ようという
方法が提案されている。

室6内に垂設し、この給湯管14の下端を給湯口13に臨設
し、真空管6の上壁上に位置する給湯管14にヒーター17
を付設したことを特徴とする真空ダイカスト装置に係る
ものである。

室6内に垂設し、この給湯管14の下端を給湯口13に臨設
し、真空管6の上壁上に位置する給湯管14にヒーター17
を付設した真空ダイカスト装置に係るものである。

が出来るダイカストマシンとなる。
