2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, as the number of terminals and combinations of connectors used for printed wiring boards have advanced, various demands have been made on the connector structure. Techniques capable of meeting these demands include connector division, cable division, etc., but the fact is that satisfactory ones have not yet been obtained. Therefore, the conventional mounting structure with many useless parts has been used without stop.

However, since the connector structure as described above cannot meet the mounting requirements,
There is a case where a dimensionally larger connector is used to cope with the problem, so that a large area for mounting the connector on the printed wiring board must be secured. Further, there is a problem that it takes a lot of time to divide the cable even when the incoming connectors are separately connected.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the connector structure of the present invention mounts a connector on a printed wiring board. Therefore, a predetermined number of divided connectors are formed in a step shape at the end of the printed wiring board. In the stacking, a concave portion and a protruding portion are provided on the upper surface and the lower surface of the connector as connecting means of the opposing connector, respectively.

In the connector structure according to the present invention, first, the cable of the first-stage connector is soldered to the printed wiring board, and the lower surface protrusion is fixedly engaged with the end portion of the printed wiring board.
The lower surface protrusion of the second-stage connector is fitted into the upper surface recess of the first-stage connector, and the cable is soldered and fixed.
Also, the third-stage connector is fixed to each other like the above-mentioned second-stage connector. Therefore, the connector mounting area is reduced to that of the first-stage connector, and the input / output cable can be divided for each connector, and the number of cores and the division request can be met.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1A and 1B are views showing a multi-stage stacking type connector used for a printed wiring board according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1A is an external perspective view in which an intermediate stage is omitted, and FIG. 1B is a front view showing a three-stage stacking type. Figure, (c) is the side view. As shown in the figure,
The connector 2 includes the printed wiring board 1 with the first-stage connector 2a and the second
The step connector 2b and the third step connector 2c are stacked in a stepwise manner. The first-stage connector 2a, the second-stage connector 2b, and the third-stage connector 2c each have a plurality of columnar protrusions 3a, 3b, and 3c (two in the drawing) on the lower surface, and also have an upper surface. Is provided with recesses 4a, 4b, 4c that fit with the projections 3a, 3b, 3c. When these connectors 2a, 2b, 2c are to be stacked on the printed wiring board 1, first, the first-stage connector 2a is hooked at its projecting portion 3a to the end portion 1a of the printed wiring board 1 to fix the cable by soldering. After that, the protrusion 3b of the second-stage connector 2b is fitted into the recess 4a of the first-stage connector 2a, and the cable is fixed by soldering. Further, when the protrusion 3c of the third-stage connector 2c is fitted into the recess 4b of the second-stage connector 2b and the cable is soldered and fixed, the work of fixing the connector 2 to the printed wiring board 1 is completed.

As described above, according to this embodiment, a plurality of connectors 2 can be stacked and mounted on the printed wiring board 1 in a stepwise manner, so that various combinations can be made. In addition, the number of unnecessary pins generated when using the conventional multi-pin connector can be reduced, and unnecessary connector mounting is eliminated, leading to cost reduction. Splitting the connector with cable becomes easy,
Workability and handleability can be improved.
