構造物が円形や楕円形であってもまた偏平していても同
様に配管を密閉することができる。

The circular or elliptical structures located inside these outer pipes are not perfectly circular or elliptical, and rubber packing, etc. cannot be used because the shapes are not constant, and so far, mixing of raw materials and injection foaming have not been performed on site. Such complicated work has been done, but by solving these problems, anyone can easily and reliably seal the pipe in a short time and easily when replacing the structure located in the outer pipe such as the telephone cable. The previous sealing material can be removed in a short time. Furthermore, even if the structure located in the pipe is circular or elliptical or flat, the pipe can be sealed in the same manner.

ック発泡帯状物が外配管の切断部に隣接する円形乃至楕
円形構造物上に該外配管上の外径とほぼ同一の太さにな
るまで巻かれており、更に該巻き付け部と外配管上にま
たがってゴムまたは軟質プラスチック発泡帯状物が巻か
れ、その巻かれた外配管上と円形乃至楕円形構造物上に
配管固定具を設置した構造を有する配管密閉構造。
