シヤフツトに関する。

従来、プリント基板外形加工機としては、たとえば実
開昭61−5509号公報に開示されているものがあつた。す
なわち、製品となるプリント基板(以下、基板と呼
ぶ。)を大きい基板(以下母基板と呼ぶ。)から切出す
とき、カツタの周囲を環状のブラシで囲み、加工部から
発生する切粉が周囲に飛散するのを防止すると共に、ブ
ラシで囲まれる空間に連通するダクトを介して発生した
切粉を吸引し、外部に排除する。また、母基板から基板
を切離すときには、ブラシとブラシの外側に設けた環状
のゴムとにより、母基板と基板の両者を加圧して、両者
の位置がずれないようにしていた。そして、ブラシとし
ては外形加工時に母基板の浮上りを確実に押えるととも
に発生する切粉を効率よく吸引するため、内径40mm程度
にしていた。

る。17は圧縮空気の導入口で、本体1の下面に設けられ
