[Technical background] In the sewage treatment system, as shown in FIG. 1, rainwater 1 and domestic wastewater 2 flow into a water extraction station (pump station) 4 through a first pipe 3. Pump station 4
The sewage from the above flows into the preliminary aeration tank 7 and the sedimentation basin 8 through the second pipe 5 and the sand basin / screen 6. While passing through these, sewage is cleared of sand and large debris. Next, in the (main) aeration tank 9, the drooled water (activated sludge) containing the microorganisms (such as a moth worm) is added, and air is blown in and stirred. The microorganisms easily adsorb the dirt in the sewage and easily sink, and are guided to the concentration tank 10 as sludge, and then disposed of in the landfill 14 through the digestion tank 11, the dehydrator 12, and the incinerator 13. The sewage from the aeration tank 9 is guided to a sedimentation pond (final sedimentation pond) 15, where microorganisms adsorbing dirt sink to the bottom of the pond, and purified water remains above. The purified water is sterilized in the sterilization chamber 16 and then flowed into the river 17.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] In the sewage treatment system, aeration is performed after the preliminary aeration tank 7 and the aeration tank 9 have been entered. After losing and going through a long route,
As a result of rapid aeration, the load on these aeration tanks 7 and 9 becomes very large. As a result, these aeration tanks 7 and 9 have a considerably large capacity, are difficult to construct and costly, and because they are aerated rapidly, much electric power is required for effective separation of sludge and purified water. There is a need for inconvenience. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, an object of this invention is that the separation action of sludge and purified water has already progressed from the stage before entering the aeration tank, and the separation has progressed considerably when entering the aeration tank. Thus, the separation can be more effectively performed, and the capacity (area) of the aeration tank, the construction cost, and the power consumption can be significantly reduced.

[Embodiment] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the illustrated embodiment. FIG. 1 shows the sewage treatment system described above, and the sludge activating device according to the present invention is incorporated in the circled portion A. The locations A are two locations upstream of the water extraction station 4 and between the water extraction station 4 and the sand basin 6, but the actual location is either or both of them. It may be provided at other locations.
FIG. 2 illustrates the case where the device is installed in front of the water extraction station 4, for example. The first pipes 3 are embedded in the soil while being separated from each other. Both these pipes 3,
Sludge activating device is installed between 3 and connected, and
It is supposed to be embedded. A pipe 25 having a diameter several times as large as that of the pipe 3 (about three times in the embodiment) is connected between the first pipes 3 and 3, and a stirring means 26 for causing aeration is provided on the upper portion of the pipe 25. is there. A sludge discharge port 27 is opened at the bottom of the pipe 25. In the case of the apparatus of the embodiment, when the dirty water from the first pipe 3 enters the pipe 25, the pipe 25 has a sufficiently large diameter so that the flow velocity is rapidly decreased, whereby the separation keeps the flow. In addition to being effectively done, sludge easily accumulates in the lower part of the pipe 25 and is discharged through the sludge discharge port 27. This sludge is introduced to the preceding stage of the dehydrator 12 of FIG. 1 or a hopper (not shown). As the pipe 25, a tee (T-shaped) which is one of the pipes can be used. The pipe 25 may be provided with an air introduction pipe and / or a microorganism introduction means. The embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is similar to the above embodiment in that a pipe 30 having a large diameter is connected between the first pipes 3 and 3.
In addition to the air introduction means 31, a microbial circulation supply means 32 is provided. The means 32 has a microorganism contained therein and is supplied by a pump. Same means 32
In addition to the outlet pipe 33 having the valve 35, the circulation inlet pipe 34 is also provided, and the microorganism supply means 37 that can be opened and closed by the valve 36 is also provided. Most of the sludge flowing from the first pipe 3 is sludge, and the sludge is usually not activated in most cases.
Therefore, the microorganisms are supplied by the microorganism circulation supply means 32 and the air is supplied from the air introduction means 31. As a result, as shown in the figure, air and microorganisms are mixed into the sludge, the sludge is activated, the decomposition efficiency improves, and the sludge flows. Sludge may be discharged from the lower part of the pipe 30.

[Effect of the device] Since this device is configured as described above, the separation action of sludge and purified water has already progressed from the stage before entering the aeration tank, and when it enters the aeration tank, the separation proceeds considerably. Therefore, the capacity (area) of the aeration tank, the construction cost, and the power consumption can be reduced simply by providing the device.
