<Prior Art> As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when two adjacent wood panels are arranged at a right angle or an angle close to a right angle, the so-called corner joint structure is nailed and bonded. Most of them are nailed together with agents.

That is, the two panels 1 and 2 are arranged at a right angle, and the prismatic corner joint material 3 having a slightly flat cross section is brought into contact with the edge end surfaces 4 and 5 of both panels from the outside of the corner. Next, a dedicated pressing tool 6 is attached to the outside of the corner, the corner binder 3 is crimped to the panels 1 and 2, and the screw nail 7 is driven in this state.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> On the other hand, in the conventional panel connection structure, the screw nail 1 is used.
Since the binding force of the target material per line is small, the number of nails to be nailed must be increased, and in this case, more than half of them are diagonal hammers in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. Therefore, if not carefully driven, there is a possibility that the bonding force of the adhesive may be weakened or the tip may protrude to the outer surface of the panel. In addition, deep hammer damage is likely to occur on the panel surface at the end of hitting. Therefore, it requires skill and attention, and is a labor-intensive task.

Further, most of the nailing work is performed from the outside of the corner portion, which is outdoors in a house, and a scaffold is required above the corner portion in most cases.

At the beginning of nailing, the bonding force between the panels is unstable, so it is necessary to pay attention to the occurrence of trouble such as panel collapse.

<Means for Solving the Problem> The orthogonal joint structure of a panel according to the present invention has a structure in which one panel and the other panel made of wood with a plate material attached to one surface or both surfaces of the frame are arranged in an orthogonal state. , The side edges of both panels are joined together by a joining metal fitting, and the joining hardware comprises a bolt having one end side having a sharp wood screw portion and the other end having a screwing screw portion, and the wood screw portion is While being screwed into the frame body in a state orthogonal to the plate material surface of the one panel,
The threaded screw portion is inserted into a through hole penetrating the frame body in a state substantially parallel to the plate surface of the other panel, and the other panel is inserted through a nut screwed to the threaded screw portion. It is characterized in that it is joined to the one panel in a pressed state.

<Operation> According to the present invention, by the above means, the bonding force of the target material of the bolt as the coupling fitting is remarkably larger than that of the screw nail. In addition, the work of screwing in the pointed wood screw portion and processing the through hole can be performed by placing the panel horizontally.

Furthermore, in the so-called corner connection work at the panel installation site, the panel is placed upright and placed at the installation position, the threaded bolt part fixed to one panel is passed through the through hole, and the washer is attached.
All you have to do is screw in the nut and tighten. Further, the tightening work can be performed from the inside of the corner, that is, from the indoor side. In addition, both ends of the bolt are inside the panel and do not go outside the panel.

Two wood-based panels 13 and 14 in which plate materials 12 are adhered to both sides of a rectangular frame 11 (constituting frame members 20 and 21) are formed so that the panel surfaces are at right angles, and the side edges 15 on each long side are Abut 16 and join. Therefore, a bolt 19 having one end side as a sharp wood screw portion 17 and the other end side as a screwing screw portion 18 for screwing a nut is used as a coupling fitting.

Then, the side edge 15 of the frame body 20 of one panel 13 to be joined
The bolts 19 are arranged and positioned with respect to the entire length of, and the wood screw portion 17 of the bolt 19 is screwed into the frame member 20 at that position in a state substantially orthogonal to the surface of the plate material 12. Since the wood screw portion 17 is formed in a pointed shape as shown in the drawing, it can be screwed in sufficiently. Also, the other panel

In this embodiment, the working window 23 is provided on the inner surface of the corner of the panel.
However, depending on the situation, the same work can be performed by providing it on the outer surface of the corner portion. Further, depending on the contents of the work window closing / restoring work, the round hole in this embodiment may be replaced by a square hole or a continuous elongated opening over the entire length of the panel edge.

<Advantages of the Invention> According to the present invention, the corner connection of the panel becomes extremely strong, and the connection work can be performed extremely easily, quickly and safely. That is, most of the work is performed with the panel lying down, and the number of bolts used is smaller than in the case of diagonal nailing or the like, so that the work is simpler.
