1の上面に当接して、容器本体4を金型7から離脱する
ことを特徴とするものであり、さらには容器本体4の開
口部5を蓋体1で密封した後、挟着部15を容器本体4の
内側に折曲したことを特徴とするものである。

グ剤等を用いることができ、必要に応じてゴム等のパッ
キンを用いてもよい。次に、プレス機6を作動せしめ
て、蓋体1および容器本体4上に金型7を下降する。第
3図に示すように、最初は金型7の蓋押パンチ8の先端
が蓋体中央部12上に当接する。そして、蓋体中央部12が
容器本体4の開口部5に固定されると同時に、蓋押パン
チ8の外周が環状鍔2の立上がり壁2aに当接するため、
立上がり壁2aは接合剤3を介して開口部内壁5aに接合さ
れる。その後、第4図に示すように蓋押パンチ8は、上
記状態を保持し、続いて挟み型9が下降して、挟み型9
の凹部9aが環状鍔2の折曲壁2bに当接する。そして、折
曲壁2bは強制的に容器本体4の開口部外壁5bに接合剤3
を介して接合される。このようにして、環状鍔2は蓋押
パンチ8と挟み型9とに挟まれて、確実に開口部5に挟
着される。なお、蓋押パンチ8および挟み型9は必要に
応じて加熱される場合もある。密封作業が終了すると、
第5図に示すように蓋押パンチ8および挟み型9が共に
上昇する。この際、空気供給管14からシリンダ11内に、
圧縮空気が供給されて、蓋押パンチ8内でノックアウト
パンチ10が下方に移動し、ノックアウトパンチ10の先端
が蓋体中央部12を下方に押圧する。そして、金型7に嵌
合していた容器が強制的に落下せしめられる。なお、容
器本体4内の圧力が瞬時に高圧になる場合における密封
容器の製造方法としては、上記順序で密封した後、第6
図に示すように、容器本体4の挟着部15を、容器本体4
の内側に折曲すればよい。これにより、蓋体1の容器本
体4への挟着力が一層強化され、かつ密封性が向上す
