連通管9にて連通させてあり、真空ポンプ3の吸引にて
囲い2内の空間を真空引きできるようになっている。こ
の囲い2の側面には出入口扉10を設けてあって、気密的
に閉塞し得るようになっている。出入口扉10の近傍には
ローダ11を配置してあり、ローダ11では上記熱盤7と対
応するように上下方向に複数枚の棚板12を設けてあり、
複数枚の棚板12を一緒に上下できるようになっている。
ローダ11の先にはコンベア13を配置しており、コンベア
13とローダ11との間には成形物をコンベア13からローダ
11に送ったり、またはローダ11からコンベア13に送るた
めの送り装置(図示せず)を配置してある。

13にて運ばれてきた適数枚の積層板をセットした成形物
を最上部の棚板12上に載せ、棚板12を一段上昇させ、2
段目に次の成形物を載せ、順次棚板12を上昇させながら
次々と成形物を載せ、各段の棚板12に成形物を載せ、複
数枚の棚板12を最上部まで上昇させて多段プレス1と対
応させる。この状態で囲い2の出入口扉10を開き、送り
装置にて各成形物を多段プレス1側に送って各成形物を
多段プレス1の各熱盤7間に入れる。成形物が多段プレ
ス1に入れられると出入口扉10が閉じられ、多段プレス
1で加熱加圧されると共に真空ポンプ3にて真空引きさ
れて囲い2内が真空状態にされ、加熱加圧されて一定時
間成形される。次いで加熱加圧された後に成形物は冷却
加圧される。このとき、冷却に入る前に天蓋部分2aに設
けた扉4を開いて囲い2内の上部に溜まった熱気を排気
して囲い2内の上部と下部の温度差を無くすと共に熱気
を排気することで囲い2内の温度を下げてから冷却工程
に入る。このように天蓋部分2aに設けた扉4を開くこと
で熱気は上方に向けて流れやすく囲い2内の熱気を完全
に排気することができ、加熱加圧を行った後、続いて冷
却工程に入る従来のものに比べて冷却時間が約3分〜5
分程度短縮することができるものであり、また、囲い2
内の上部と下部に温度差が生じることがなく、品質の一
定な製品を得ることができるものである。多段プレス1
で成形物が成形されると再び囲い2の出入口扉10が開か
れ、送り装置にて成形の終わった成形物は送り装置にて
最下部の棚板12から成形物が取り出され、コンベア13に
て搬出され、次いでローダ11の各棚板12を一段下げて下
から2段目の棚板12から成形物が取り出され、順次棚板
12を下げて各棚板12から成形物が取り出される。ローダ
11の各棚板12から成形物を取り出した後ローダ11の各棚
板12を最上部まで移動させて次の成形物の受け取りに備
