[Prior Art] With regard to soundproof floors of conventional houses, in concrete construction houses, due to the use of floating floor structures and cushioning materials, it is currently about JI.
Improvements have been achieved by the time it can pass the floor impact sound level sound insulation class L-60 specified by S, but for wooden houses it is extremely difficult due to the relationship of the structure and the properties of the materials, and a person skilled in the art makes an effort to research day and night. However, the current situation is that we have not yet completed a soundproof floor that satisfies us, and recently there are two floors above and below.
This desire has become stronger and stronger as the number of apartments in which the households live is increasing, and as a builder, it is unavoidable that the second floor should be laid with carpet or joutan in all places except tatami mats to prevent impact noise. However, this is not yet satisfactory, and it is a place where we often hear complaints from residents, and also it is harmful to insects such as house mites of carpets or Jewtan, or hygiene aspects such as adsorption of dust and dust. However, due to problems, residents are now hungry for soundproof floors that are made of wood and have excellent soundproofing effects.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the present invention, the second-floor slab of a two-story wooden house usually uses synthetic wood or particle board, and the sound insulation of the wooden slab is extremely poor. A soundproof floor (material) with excellent sound insulation is installed on the wooden slab to greatly reduce the propagation of floor impact sound, and the floor impact on the light weight sound within the JIS building sound insulation class (A1419) The objective is to pass the sound insulation class L-60 regarding sound level.

That is, the inventors of the present invention have conducted various experiments and trials on the relationship between various materials, the physical properties of the materials, and the sound insulation characteristics. (1) As the members constituting the surface layer, the surface is wood and One or two or more foam rubber sheets containing iron powder or iron oxide powder and vulcanized by filling a large number of bubbles with a single volume used for plywood production, as a low-volume sound and a low-noise sound. A composite plate in which two or more plates were bonded together was selected. As a result, the sound generated by the impact of the object can be greatly reduced.

(2) On the other hand, the asphalt plate-like body was selected as the member constituting the lower layer. In general, it is said that it is very difficult to insulate the low-to-middle frequency range of 63 to 500 Hertz that constitutes the generated impact sound, but the present inventors have found that as a result of experimental research, iron powder on asphalt, The asphalt plate-like body made of iron oxide powder, one kind of iron and steel slag (slag), or a mixture of these, or a part of which is replaced with sand or crushed stone, produces a floor impact sound I learned that there is a function of sound insulation that can effectively reduce the sound in the middle range.

(3) Furthermore, in order to block the sound in the high frequency range of 1 to 4 kilohertz, which is the internal frequency of the generated impact sound, it is effective to reduce it by a sound absorbing action or the like. It has been found that the organic or inorganic cushioning material contained therein may be used as an intermediate layer member between the surface layer and the lower layer.

Further, by being characterized in that the above three types of layers are combined and integrated, a soundproof floor material having excellent sound insulation performance against floor impact sound can be obtained.

(1) Preferred examples of the surface layer include, for example, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, and chloroprene copolymerized or homopolymerized by emulsion polymerization with a monomer having a conjugated double bond, such as butadiene, isoprene, or chloroprene as the main composition (70% or more). A mixed latex obtained by replacing one or more synthetic rubber latex such as rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber latex or a part of the synthetic rubber latex with natural rubber latex (hereinafter, these are simply latex. Is used as a main agent, and additives necessary for vulcanizing at least the rubber component in the latex, for example, vulcanization aids such as sulfur powder and various vulcanization accelerators, and surfactants and High-speed latex mixed solution made by adding a foaming agent such as metal soap The foamed latex is agitated by stirring, and 1 part by weight or more and 10 parts by weight or less of iron powder or iron oxide powder is added to and mixed with 1 part of the rubber component contained in the mixture solution. It may be foamed after adding iron powder or iron oxide powder), and the foamed latex mixed solution prepared by adding a delaying gelling agent such as sodium silicofluoride to this foamed latex mixed solution is cast on a flat body. A liquid layer having an appropriate thickness, and one or two or more foam rubber sheets obtained by vulcanization after gelling and molding, and two or more veneer sheets used for plywood production, and adhesion to bond them well An example is a composite plate obtained by laminating and adhering a compound (for example, a mixed type of synthetic rubber latex and amino resin), and when this composite plate produces impact sound by hitting, ordinary plywood or particle board In a similar way It was found that the volume of sound generated was 10 to 30% less than that of the impulsive sound generated, and the sound reduction effect was remarkable especially in the mid-high range. Regarding the method for producing the composite plate, Japanese Patent Application No. 61-229806 (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-8537) filed by the present applicant is applied.

The sound insulation property of this asphalt plate is frequency 63,12.
Not only is it excellent at isolating the bass at 5,250 Hz,
It has been found that the middle frequency of 00 Hz can be effectively reduced. The sound insulation performance of this asphalt plate was measured and found to be 63,1
It was found that 10 to 20 dB (decibel) can be reduced at 25,250 Hz and 15 to 35 dB can be reduced at 500 Hz.

(3) The cushioning material to be interposed between the surface layer and the lower layer as an intermediate layer is a porous and elastic cushioning material such as commercially available glass wool, rock wool, foam rubber, urethane foam, felt, amber board, and soft fiber board. Examples thereof include polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride foams. As the sound insulation performance characteristics of these cushioning materials, it is extremely effective in reducing the high sound of 1,2,4 kHz. When its sound insulation performance is measured, it is possible to reduce the sound by 10 to 40 dB (Digibell) in these high frequencies. However, it was found that the effect was not so great in the low and mid frequency range, and that the attenuation range was 10 dB or less.

This cushioning material does not withstand the load applied to the floor and its thickness is reduced, so that it is easily deformed. Therefore, it is preferable to select and use not only the sound insulation performance but also the physical properties which are not easily deformed under load and whose processing is improved or a composite of two or more kinds.

Two layers of lauan veneer used for manufacturing plywood with a thickness of 1 m / m on both sides of this rubber sheet are combined in a five-layer structure so that the fiber directions on both sides are parallel to each other. Good compatibility with urea resin on both sides of 4th layer veneer
60 parts (weight ratio) of SBR latex and 40 parts (weight ratio) of urea resin are mixed to form the main agent, and 2 parts (weight ratio) of ammonium chloride and 10 to 20 parts (weight part) of flour for viscosity adjustment are added to this. Adhesive formed by adding and mixing, applying a coating amount of 350 g / m 2 and stacking these veneers and rubber sheets, pressure 5 Kg / cm 2
After cold-pressing for about 30 minutes, the temperature is 115 ° C and the pressure is 5 Kg / cm 2 for 3 minutes, and the foam rubber sheet containing iron oxide is sandwiched between the core layers. A 5-layer composite plate having two sheets (however, the fiber directions on the front and back sides were parallel to each other) was obtained.
