Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, when an in-situ stuffed concrete 1B is installed between existing concrete portions 1A, 1A such as precast concrete members, these are integrated into a prestressed concrete (hereinafter referred to as PC). In order to do so, the spiral sheath 2B for interstitial concrete is embedded continuously with the spiral sheaths 2A, 2A for inserting the PC steel material in the existing concrete portions 1A, 1A. At that time, the joint sheath 3 as shown in FIG. 5 is used. Each of these sheaths 2A, 2A and 3 is a so-called spiral winding tube in which a strip steel is spirally wound to form a tubular shape, and a seam and a convex-concave line are spirally arranged on the outer surface of the tubular shape. Has been done. The joint sheath 3 straddles both ends of the sheaths 2A, 2A to be connected to each other, and is screwed into the joints to connect the two sheaths 2A, 2A. When connecting the sheaths, the spiral sheath 2B for stuffed concrete is set at a predetermined position between the existing concrete parts 1A and 1A while the joint sheath 3 is deeply screwed onto either side of the two sheaths 2A and 2A. Then, the joint sheath 3 is swung to be screwed to the other sheath side, and the sheath 2B is swung to an angle at which the spirals coincide with each other, and the tip of the joint sheath 3 is screwed into the joint sheath 3 for connection.

Further, although taping is performed as a water-stop treatment for the joint, the existing concrete portion 1A has only the end portion of the sheath 2A opened on the surface thereof, so taping between the sheath 2A and the joint sheath 3 is performed. It is impossible and there is a problem that the water stopping process is troublesome.

The sheath outer fitting spiral tubular portion is inserted into the spiral sheath at the other end, and the outer sheath smooth insertion tubular portion is inserted into the spiral sheath, and the sheath inner insertion smooth tubular portion is provided on the proximal end side. In addition to integrally including flange-shaped step portions,
An annular elastic packing having an adhesive layer on the surface is fitted outside the smooth tubular portion for insertion into the sheath by contacting the stepped portion, and in the outside tubular sheath for external fitting, between the existing concrete members. While screwing the end portion of the spiral sheath for the filling concrete portion that is continuously placed in, the smooth tubular portion for inserting into the sheath is inserted into the sheath opened on the surface of the existing concrete member, The present invention resides in a sheath joint for inserting PC steel material for interstitial concrete, in which an elastic packing is sandwiched between the step portion and the surface of an existing concrete member.

Then, the tip of the smooth cylindrical portion for inserting into the sheath of the sheath joint is made to face the sheath opening of the existing concrete member. In this state, the sheath joint is rotated and screwed, and the smooth tubular portion for inserting into the sheath at the tip is inserted into the sheath of the existing concrete member. By further advancing, the elastic packing material comes into contact with the existing concrete surface, and the elastic packing material is caught between the flange-shaped step portion and the existing concrete surface due to the reaction force to the spiral sheath for stuffed concrete and stopped. Water is made.

Further, a smooth tubular portion 11b having a smaller diameter than this and a flange-shaped step portion 11c between the tubular portions are integrally formed. The cylindrical portion with a spiral 11a is formed in such a size that the spiral sheath 2B for the stuffed concrete portion fits inside the spiral tubular portion 11a, and the spiral groove 14 with which the spiral ridge 13 outside the sheath 2B fits on the inner surface thereof.
Is molded. The smooth tubular portion 11b is fitted into the spiral sheath 2A embedded in the existing concrete member 1A, and is formed into a cylindrical shape with a smooth outer surface so that the spiral sheath 2A can freely rotate inside. Further, the stepped portion 11c is a portion connecting both tubular portions having different diameters to each other, and is a base end portion of the smooth tubular portion 11b and has a flange-like shape on the outer peripheral side.

By providing the spiral-fitting tubular part outside the sheath, the smooth tubular part is inserted into the sheath of the existing concrete member simply by screwing the sheath joint with respect to the stuffed concrete part sheath. As a result, it is not necessary to rotate the entire sheath for the stuffed concrete part to match the spiral angle as in the conventional case, and workability is significantly improved. Moreover, the elastic packing material and the existing part are used. With the structure that sandwiches it between the side and the side, it is possible to automatically and automatically stop water at the joint with the sheath of the existing concrete member, which could not be done conventionally. In which it became a Rukoto.
