Generally, corrugated pipes with spiral protrusions on the outer circumferential surface have a corrugated pipe wall in the direction of the pipe axis, but as the diameter of synthetic resin pipes increases, the wall thickness must be considerably thickened to ensure strength. This will cause problems. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 1, a synthetic resin pipe A is considered in which a spiral protrusion b with a hollow cross section is formed on the outer circumferential surface a, and a cylindrical surface is formed on the inner circumferential surface c. Since the cross section is hollow, the section modulus is large, and the cross-sectional shape is difficult to deform, resulting in high strength.Furthermore, since the inner peripheral surface c is also a cylindrical surface, the flow resistance of fluid and the insertion resistance of electric wires, etc. are small. It has the advantage of being By the way, the concrete structure of such a synthetic resin pipe is as shown in FIG. A structure in which the corrugated tube 1 is connected with a membrane body 3, and a structure in which an inner layer tube 5 in which the side edges 4a of the flat strip body 4 are joined to each other on the inner periphery of the corrugated tube 1 as shown in FIG. 2b have been proposed. However, since the cross-sectional shape of the wave band body 2 is open, the cross-sectional shape easily deforms when it is spirally wound, and it is difficult to wind it without deforming. Further, there is a problem in that the joints between the side edges of the corrugated band body 2, endometrial body 3, and flat band body 4 are likely to peel off. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2c, it has been proposed that a raised part 7 is formed on a part of a wide tape-like material 6 and the material is wound in a spiral manner. This requires a device equipped with means for suctioning the tape-like material 6 from the outside and applying pressure from the inside of the raised portion 7, and there are other problems such as difficulty in operating and managing the device.

For this reason, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-89531, a core material having a certain cross-sectional shape is enclosed in the raised portion 7 formed by a part of the tape-shaped material 6, and this core material is A synthetic resin pipe has been developed that has a structure in which the inner circumferential surface of the raised portion 7 is brought into close contact with the surface of the core material. Even if the raised parts are formed in close contact with each other, there may be a gap between the core material and the raised parts, and especially when the core material has a short rectangular shape, a tape-like material is placed on both vertical sides of the core material. It becomes difficult to bring the parts of the raised part into close contact with each other on the entire surface, and the above-mentioned gap tends to become large. As a result, unevenness occurs on both sides of the raised part, making the appearance unsightly and reducing the product value. In addition, if the core material is not fixed or integrated with the outer circumferential surface of the pipe wall but is simply enclosed within the raised part, even if the core material has flat strength, the joint strength cannot be improved by fixing the ends of the tape-like material to each other. It means that you have it,
There is a problem that the overall strength is weakened.

Therefore, in the present invention, reinforcing members with a hollow cross section are stacked and fixed together in the longitudinal direction at an intermediate position in the width direction of the tape-like material, and these tape-like materials and the reinforcing member are attached to one side of the tape-like material. We propose a synthetic resin pipe having a spiral protrusion formed by overlapping the other side of the preceding tape-like material and winding it in a spiral shape, and integrally joining the tape-like materials and the tape-like material and the reinforcing member to each other. It is something. In this way, by using a reinforcing member with a hollow cross section, the cross-sectional shape is difficult to deform when it is wound spirally, and it can be easily manufactured by simply winding it on a core metal in the same way as before.
In addition, this reinforcing member is layered on the tape-shaped material, and the sides of the tape-shaped material are overlapped and wound together to form an integral bond, so it is difficult for them to separate from each other, and even if they do peel off a little, it will not affect the function of the pipe at all. It is not enough. Furthermore, since the reinforcing member is fixed and integrated onto the tape-like material forming the pipe wall, the strength of the entire pipe increases, and the reinforcing member having a constant hollow cross-sectional shape is attached to the tape-like material forming the pipe wall. Since the spiral protrusions are formed in an exposed state, the reinforcing member provides a beautiful appearance with a well-arranged protrusion shape.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. Note that FIG. 3 shows a cross section of the main part, and since the overall shape is the same as that of FIG. 1 already explained, the explanation will be omitted. Reference numeral 11 denotes a reinforcing member having a rectangular cross-section and a hollow cross-section. The reinforcing member 11 is arranged at an intermediate position in the width direction of the tape-like material 12 so as to be overlapped in the longitudinal direction, and is integrally fixed to each other. The tape-like material 12 is the tape-like material 12
It is wound spirally so that one side part 12a overlaps the other side part 12b of the preceding tape-like material 12,
By integrally fixing the tape-like materials 12 to each other, a synthetic resin pipe 10 having a spiral protrusion having an external shape as shown in FIG. 1 is constructed. The side edge of one side 12a of the tape-like material 12 is connected to the reinforcing member 11 on the preceding tape-like material 12.
The side edge of the other side portion 12b reaches near the lower side of the reinforcing member 11 of the following tape-like material 12, and the pipe wall of the synthetic resin pipe 10 is in contact with the tape-like material over its entire length. One side 12 of the material 12
A and the other side part 12b are overlapped, and the intermediate part of the tape-shaped material 12 and the inner circumferential wall of the reinforcing member 11 are overlapped to form a two-layer structure. However,
One side 12a and the other side 12b of the tape-shaped material 12
In some cases, a portion with a single layer structure is provided by making the overlapping allowance small.

In order to manufacture such a synthetic resin pipe 10, the fourth
As shown in the figure, a core metal 13 that has been conventionally used to manufacture spiral tubes, that is, a core metal 13 that is configured to move the material fed onto its outer periphery in the axial direction while winding it. Use. The illustrated core metal 13 has a large number of cylindrical rotors 15 disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the support shaft 14, and a cylindrical holding member 16 loosely fitted to the support shaft 14 in the axial direction of the support shaft 14. They are arranged in a plurality of rows with a certain twist angle, and either the rotor 15 or the support shaft 14 is made of a magnet, and the support shaft 14 is driven to rotate as shown by the arrow. The reinforcing member 11 and tape-shaped material 12 in a semi-molten state, which have been molded by a die 18 at the tip, are supplied onto the core metal 13 from a synthetic resin material supplying device 17. In this way, the supply device 17
Reinforcing member 11 and tape-shaped material 12 supplied from
are overlapped with each other at the starting point of winding around the core metal 13, and while being wound around the outer periphery of the core metal 13, the wound portions are successively moved in the axial direction, and the tape-like material 12 and the reinforcing member 11 are The tape-like materials 12 are then cooled and solidified in a state in which they are integrally fixed to form a synthetic resin tube 10 having a spiral protrusion made of the reinforcing member 11, and then sent out from the core bar 13. In this manufacturing process, since the reinforcing member 11 has a hollow cross-section, there is no risk that its cross-sectional shape will be significantly deformed when it is wound around the outer periphery of the core bar 13, so special regulations are imposed to maintain the cross-sectional shape. It can be manufactured by simply winding it around the core metal 13 without providing any means or the like. On the other hand, since the reinforcing member 11 has a hollow cross section, deformation of the cross-sectional shape can be more reliably prevented by blowing pressurized gas or the like into the inside.

In the above embodiment, the reinforcing member 11 has a rectangular cross-section, but is not limited to this and can have any cross-sectional shape such as a trapezoid or a semicircle. Further, if a hard synthetic resin is used for the reinforcing member 11 and a soft synthetic resin is used for the tape-like material 12, the adhesion between the two can be improved and the tube can be made flexible.

As described above, according to the synthetic resin pipe of the present invention, the synthetic resin reinforcing member with a hollow cross section is fixed and integrated in a polymerized state along the length direction on the widthwise middle part of the synthetic resin tape-like material. , and these tape-like materials and the reinforcing member are wound in a spiral shape with one side of the tape-like material overlapping the other side of the preceding tape-like material protruding from the overlapping part of the adjacent reinforcing member. The reinforcing member forms a spiral protrusion, and since the tape-like materials and the tape-like material and the reinforcing member are integrally joined to each other, the hollow cross-section synthetic resin reinforcing member forms the helical protrusion. This increases the strength of the entire tube, making it possible to form a large-diameter synthetic resin tube with a diameter of 200 mm or more, and by winding and polymerizing the tape-like material, a cylindrical surface with a flat inner circumferential surface is formed. is formed to reduce fluid flow resistance and electric wire insertion resistance.

Further, a reinforcing member is superimposed on the middle part of the tape-shaped material, and one side of the tape-shaped material protruding from the overlapping part with the reinforcing member is placed on the other side of the preceding tape-shaped material protruding from the adjacent reinforcing member. Since the reinforcing member with a hollow cross section is polymerized and integrated with the parts, it is not only easy to manufacture, but also allows the hollow ridge to be formed while maintaining its shape without deforming the reinforcing member with a hollow cross section. First, since the reinforcing member is fixed and integrated with the tape-like material forming the pipe wall, the entire pipe can be formed into a spiral pipe with uniform and high strength over the entire length, and also has a certain level of strength. Since the reinforcing member having a hollow cross-sectional shape forms a spiral protrusion in an exposed state on the tape-like material forming the tube wall, this reinforcing member creates a beautiful appearance with a well-arranged protrusion shape. It has a shape and increases its commercial value.
