との係合により一体的となる締結用機械要素の結合方法
にあって、前記締結部材に湾曲,折曲またはひねり,歪
等による曲面加工を行なう工程と、該通孔に、湾曲,折
曲またはひねり,歪,押圧,加熱等による挟孔によって
係止縁を形成させる工程と、おねじ体の軸部やねじ部と
通孔とを挿通して係止縁を、前記軸部やねじ部に接触さ
せ、該おねじ体と締結部材とを一体的に仮止めする工程
と、締結部材の曲面加工を平滑状として通孔の内縁を内
方へ張り出させ、おねじ体の軸部やねじ部に係止させて
おねじ体と締結部材との仮止めを促進させる工程とを備
えさせたことを特徴とする締結用機械要素の結合方法。

とを備えさせたことを特徴とする締結用機械要素の結合
方法。
