本発明は、PC杭の杭頭とコンクリート構造物との接合に際して、コンクリート構造物中に他端側が埋設され、一端側において杭頭端板に接合する異形鉄筋等からなる杭頭接合鉄筋の取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種の杭頭接合鉄筋は、実開平7−35539号公報に記載された発明のように、異形鉄筋の一端部を切削して雄ねじ状に加工したり、または、異形鉄筋の一端部を熱間鍛造等で太く成形し、その太くなった部分を切削してねじを形成するなどして作製されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の杭頭接合鉄筋においては、それぞれ次のような問題点がある。

すなわち、前者のものでは、異形鉄筋の一端側の外周面を切削して雄ねじ部を形成するから、当該ねじ部が鉄筋径よりも小径になって断面欠損が生じる。

さらに、PC杭の端板に設けられたねじ孔に適合する雄ねじ部を異形鉄筋の一端部の切削により形成するから、そのねじ孔以上の太さの異形鉄筋を選択してねじ加工しなければならない。そのために、設計強度から見ると、異常に大きな(太い)異形鉄筋を選択することになり、不経済である上に、大径の異形鉄筋であるから、重くて取り扱い難く、労力を要して作業性が悪い。

また、後者のものにおいては、異形鉄筋の一端部を熱間鍛造等により太く加工するから、その加工部分の寸法精度が悪くなる。そのために、外周面に雄ねじ部を形成する前に当該太径部分の切削が必要になり、加工工程が増えてコストが高くなる点である。

本発明は、上記従来技術の問題点を解決するためになされたもので、設計に合った鉄筋径の異形鉄筋を選択することができ、細径の異形鉄筋を使用することにより、軽量で取り扱い易く、経済的な杭頭接合鉄筋の取付構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、本発明に係る杭頭接合鉄筋の取付構造では、端部に設けられた雄ねじ部を介してPC杭の端板のねじ孔に螺着され、当該雄ねじ部に螺嵌したナットの締付けにより前記端板に固着される杭頭接合鉄筋として、前記端板のねじ孔に一端側で螺合し中間の余長部分にナットを螺嵌可能な雄ねじ部と他端側に設けられたスパナ掛け部を備えるボルト体と、このボルト体の他端側にほぼ同じ軸心で固着された異形鉄筋で構成し、これにより上記目的を実現した。

【実施例】
図1ないし図4は、本発明の一実施態様を示している。その構成を図面に基づいて説明すれば、本発明で使用する杭頭接合鉄筋aは、ボルト体1と異形鉄筋4からなる。このボルト体1は、丸棒の外周面にその一部を残して転造または切削加工により雄ねじ部2を形成するとともに、その余の他端側部分をヘッダ等によって圧成加工し、六角形状のスパナ掛け部3としたものである。また、異形鉄筋4としては設計に適合した鉄筋径のものが使用される。

そして、ボルト体1のスパナ掛け部3側の端面と異形鉄筋4の端面を当接し、その当接部5を摩擦圧接またはスタッド溶接等により一体に固着して杭頭接合鉄筋aを構成する。

このようなPC杭bに対して、杭頭接合鉄筋aを、そのボルト体1の雄ねじ部2にナット6をスパナ掛け部3の近くまで予めねじ込んだ状態で、雄ねじ部2をPC杭bの端板7のねじ孔8に螺合する。

そして、ボルト体1のスパナ掛け部3にスパナまたは回転用治具等を係合し、杭頭接合鉄筋aを回転してそのボルト体1をPC杭bにおける端板7の下面側のコンクリート部に当接するまでねじ込んだ後、ナット6を端板7の方向に締め付ければ、PC杭bに杭頭接合鉄筋aが堅固に固着される。

【発明の効果】
本発明に係る杭頭接合鉄筋の取付構造では、PC杭の端板に設けられたねじ孔に適合する雄ねじ部とスパナ掛け部を備えるボルト体および異形鉄筋とをそれぞれ用意し、そのボルト体と異形鉄筋を固着した構成の杭頭接合鉄筋を使用するものであるから、下記のような利点がある。

(イ)必要な鉄筋径の異形鉄筋からなる杭頭接合鉄筋を、PC杭の端板に設けられた各種のねじ孔に適合するねじ径でそれぞれ作製することができ、作業上有益である。

(ロ)PC杭の端板に設けられたねじ孔に関係なく、設計に合った鉄筋径の異形鉄筋を選択し、その異形鉄筋をPC杭の端板に設けられた大きな径のねじ孔に対しても取り付けることができるから、異形鉄筋が必要以上に太径にならず経済的である。
